We had good meals there but they were not really authentic.for example, I ordered a chicken shawarma and what i got was a very good chicken sandwich that is shawarma-like but wasn’t really a shawarma.also ordered spicy potatoes which is a traditional levantine dish, i got really potatoes with a nice spicy sauce but it wasn’t the authentic spicy potatoes that we expected.we also ordered mixed grill, that was very good.will definitely come back.one last note, unfortunately the table and surrounding smelled bad, like a dirty damp cloth was used to clean the tables or the floors.but within 5 mins or so we just forgot the smell.

I have been working in the hospitality industry as a hotel director for over 15 years. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this restaurant was very disappointing, and I won't order from them again. Firstly, my order was mixed up, even though I spent 180 CAD. They promised a refund, and I decided to give them another chance and ordered again. However, my second order arrived cold, and the meat was burnt. This was supposed to be a special occasion for my family, and we were left hungry. The manager offered a refund, but we were still hungry and expected a free order immediately.

I recently went back for dinner on valentines day.i met the new owner shiny and her husband.she was so lovely gave me a rose.awww.its so nice when the owner is on the floor seating customers and stopping to chat.and of course the food was exactly how i expected it. Amazing. I am updating my last review from 3 years ago.went to paramount October 21 2022.my first time back since the pandemic.the food was amazing! The veggie platter was so yummy.so many flavors.honestly, the food was even better than I remembered.pita bread came to the table fresh, piping hot crispy. I love that they bake it right there.the best falafel ever.i had the berry drink that went perfectly with the food.the prices are pretty much the same pre-pandemic.there are so many items to choose from.the staff is so friendly and very courteous. It's an open kitchen so you can see all the food being prepared.the restaurant is very clean.if you want to try something different when you go to Fallsview. I highly recommend paramount. (the mix platter is a great way of trying many of the different foods they have to offer.)

We loved this restaurant, we love the middle eastern cuisine and they have authentic fresh food. Restaurant was clean food was very yummy. Servers were very friendly and was checking on us time to time.highly recommend this place and there lovely overlooking the falls patio

Every thing was great and we love coming to paramount. We celebrated my brother’s daughter birthday and they have a surprise us with a nice cake. Food came on time and service was great.

I recently dined at Paramount Fine Foods, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, with the aroma of freshly cooked Middle Eastern cuisine filling the air. The food was a true delight – the shawarma was tender and flavorful, the falafel crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the hummus was simply divine. What truly stood out was the authenticity of the flavors; it felt like a culinary journey to the Middle East.

Ordered two chicken shawarma platters; food was awesome as it was like last time I came here. Would suggest to anyone who are visiting Niagara falls and wanted to try good and decent middle eastern food

Thats how the Chicken Shawarma was served. YES IN THIS SMALL PLATE. Absolutely tasteless, stale, overcooked, hard to chew and mood spoiler and after complaining she gave a discount of 2 dollars. Chicken shawarma wrap was also dry and stale and absolutely no sauce in that. If you want to go happy back home after spending a fun Niagara Trip thn only I could say is avoid going there. Never again. This place didn’t even deserve a 1 star. And their sorry and $2 discount doesn’t even matter. They spoiled the mood LITERALLY.

Went yesterday with my family of 15 people. Food was amazing. Service was great. Staff is super friendly. Will recommend everyone. Try paramount special drink it was so worth the visit.

So disappointed, we ordered the chicken shawarma platter with fries and they gave us old fries from other costumers. And the chicken in the shawarma was raw. And they take so long to bring your food btw they weren’t busy at all, I’m never coming here again.

Still on our vacation; went to grab a bite to eat before going to the Casino. The restaurant is inside the Casino. Pros: the food and non-alcoholic drinks were good; price wasn’t bad. Cons: customer service; wait staff took so long to take our orders and to bring the food. I wasn’t sure if it was a fast food restaurant because of the set up. I thought that we had to place our order at the register and have someone bring it to us. It should be like that and there would not be confusion about paying the bill. We weren’t sure were to go pay the bill because we never saw our waitress who took our orders. We had to ask someone else and they directed us to the back. They ask for the table number; our waitress didn’t tell us our table number. We eventually figured it out b/c we ordered espresso at the end. We laughed about it because it was an experience & the wait staff were friendly.

We love paramount and we will definitely come back. Highly recommend to all. Portions were big.

I liked their customer service in paramount fine foods. I was debating myself if I should order a falafel wrap or mixed grill. They let me have 1 sample falafel for me to decide falafel or not. It was really tasty. Crispy outside and freshly green inside.tahini sauce went well with it. They also offered us free paramount tea at the end. I came here with 12 people during dinner time, so we were probably making so much hassle to them by ordering so many food and requests but their services were amazing. Next time I visit Casino, I would like to stop by here again. Thank you team

This is the best restaurant at Niagara Falls hands down. Love the ambience of the patio at sunset in front of the water fountains. The authentic middle eastern food is made with love and fresh and we felt the difference.
The hot oven-baked pita, appetizers, and cold drinks we brought out right away. All the servers worked hard to ensure exceptional customer service was met. The best item of the night was their signature mixed platter
absolutely delicious and the presentation was on point. Definitely, give it a try and you will find yourself coming back repeatedly, We sure will once again thank you team.

This place is a gem. Good food, great service and nice ambience. After visit of Abu Dhabi, I really missed the middle-eastern food and this place remind me of Abu Dhabi. Service was exceptional, one lady I think she is Paris she was extremely helpful and professional.

Wow amazing! It was my first time visiting Paramount and hands down it serves best *Middle eastern cuisine* in town.
For appetizers we had Falafel? Which was served with tahini dipping sauce (which I loved), for our main dish we had chicken shawarma which was served with garlic dipping sauce and we also had Lamb chops accompanied with rice, hummus and grilled tomato and onion.
Overall it was a grate experience and I really enjoyed their service and definitely I will come again.

Kibbeh was amazing, Soup was so tasty, pita bread is freshly made. Can’t fault anything at all, I go all the time. Good value for money, unlike most places in the falls!

What a nice place best paramount ever we dine in. We stopped to have a quick wrap while playing in casino. Food was very tasty and paramount special drink was great.

We went with Our family and we had one of the best middle eastern food. We had vegielovers, shishtaowk and in desserts we had baklawa cheese cake. Really good quality and quantity. Highly recommended to all. Kudos to team. See u next time when we come next to Niagara Falls.

Personne a l'hôtel ne parle français, pourtant le canada est bilingue, ma chambre que j'ai réservé sur trivago n'était pas disponible malgré la confirmation de la réservation par l'hôtel, la chambre qu'ils m'ont donné, pas propre, des cheveux sur le lit et les meubles, de la poussière sur les meurtre, vraiment déçu. Et de plus parking a 70$ pour deux nuits

Middle Eastern food and the setting here is super good. Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. The place has an awesome feel to it. This place has good reviews for a reason.

Ordered the Yalla Special (fries with chicken and sauces), mixed BBQ plate, and a mushroom pizza. At least the pizza was tasty, but the meat was dry for the fries and the meat platter.

One of our go to restaurants while in area. Quick service. Awesome food. Server Nicholas is attentive and regularly checked if we need anything.

It’s so different from the one In Toronto I cant understand how can food same place name be different taste and it wasn’t good after checking the menu and ordering, the waiter came saying they didn’t have rakakat and Muhamara and middle eastern ice cream which they were putting it’s picas an advertisement on each table (unfortunately won’t think of going there again and I suggest fixing the menu at least to what they are offering, the paramount special drink lacked everything, the kasha’s was barely seen in the cup and tasted like regular juice we were 10 pple and thought our food experience was going to be better that that

Although we only go in for coffee and a small slice of cake (after enjoying a concert) ; very rich what we ask and very friendly the attention of the staff. The price, enough to enjoy a good talk at the same time as the dishes. I recommend it.

I’ve been there last summer and sit-down outside in the patio and I had a wonderful time.

Today is my birthday and I am there now with family and the food was fresh, the customer service is magnificent, even it was busy they managed deserve everyone.

Wait times are abysmal and management could communicate estimated time to customers. This way we can make a decision to wait for dine in or order takeout. Other than that it's nice to have a place in Niagara where you can get true halal food with some good options. Taste here is not bad but again I rather come here than have no options for proper halal food. If you don't support halal establishments due to $$$ then you can't expect them to be located at suck tourist areas.

Delicious Mediterranean food.
Only complaining about salmon which was over cooked and rice was with cinnamon. I hate cinnamon. No one told me that rice comes with cinnamon on it.

Worst staff! They closed down the restaurant at 9 pm when their official time to close is 10 pm. My friends and I (group of 7) arrived here from so far away at 9: 10 just to find out they were closing the restaurant. When asked why they simply said there weren't many people so we decided to close early. This was the only Halal place nearby and my friends and I had to order food from somewhere else because of this experience.

Very poor service & disappointment on my last visit to Niagara Falls location. I was not given the menu for good 15-20 minutes. Upon asking they apologized & said someone will be with you. Once again I had to wait for good 10 minutes. The initial bread & garlic I have usually received in almost all the paramount locations was not served. The food quality was not good either. They gave us the bread when we were almost done & without the garlic sauce. I have to ask again for someone to please come & get the payment. No one even showed the courtesy to come & Ask us if we need anything. We were out of water & was looking for more water. When I said all this to the serving person he said it was busy. I looked at the empty tables & just got shocked

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced, waited over an hour for my food. Not enough staff and the ones they have are poorly trained. Do not recommend

It's so nice having a middle eastern restaurant in Niagara like this! The food is delicious, authentic, reasonably priced, and the view is beautiful. Our server Nicolas was so helpful and attentive as well. Definitely coming back with the family to enjoy the mixed platter!

Had a wonderful dining experience yesterday, Nicholas the manager was amazing, he helped us very patiently and professionally choosing our food and seating as there were some noisy family on the other side, helped us pack our remaining food, he was so welcoming energetic and pleasant at same time. Best location in Ontario, highly recommended.

Need to train their staff better, food was dry, very very poor management during rush hours. Bad attitude of the staff. Overall the staff was very unprofessional and was rude. We are rushed to give our order but they were now where to be found when we asked for boxes to take away and for the bill of course. They are giving a bad taste to paramount from a location where thousands of people come and go. Extremely disappointed. Never going back plus would never recommend either

The beef manakeesh and the cheese manakeesh are to die for. The chicken shawarma is lightly seasoned, but very tasty. The beef shawarma is so tender and juicy.

MUST try the hummus, it comes with two large freshly baked pita breads. Dipping time.

The wraps are nice if you're looking for a quick lunch. All main dishes are served with basmati rice or fries. I love the rice, especially with the ghee butter.

I just went to paramount yesterday and I spent almost $80 for nothing. Let’s start with the rice. The rice was terrible! One bowl of rice is nothing, there was barely in it. Once I found a strip of hair inside of my rice! The rice was ridiculous. Next, the chicken shawarma wrap. The wrap was so small and a rip off. If you buy a wrap from a different place, it would be cheeper and bigger but the one you have in paramount is so small and expensive. And last, the waiting line took forever! The most worst food ever.

Service was a little slow, understandable as they were slammed with customers today (on Christmas day you would think it would be a slower day.) The food was excellent, same as I have had in Toronto in their restaurant on Bay Street, north of bloor. So nice to have a delicious option in the Casino that is not crazy expensive and so much better than anything else in there.

Really bad service. Had to wait staring at every server who walked by to get our bill. Food was dry and portion size was weird. I’ve had previous experience here that were not nearly as bad. The staff didn’t pay attention. We had multiple servers ask us what we were waiting for and then disappeared before getting us what we had asked for. I really don’t recommend dining here, you’re better off going upstairs to a different restaurant.

I've always enjoyed Middle Eastern but I haven't had it enough to be very knowledgeable - we enjoyed our meal very much and I really felt that I was exploring true middle eastern cuisine. I would go back in a heartbeat to sample some of the other dishes because the food was delectable!

I went there with my family and paid approximately $118 for bad service and some bad parts of foods when we would expect them to get it right for that price. Even the Chinese restaurant from the upper level outclasses Paramount by x10 for a cheaper price. This particular place in Niagara Falls had open for about 4 years! I get it if they’re having difficulties in their first year, but come on, this is 4 years. Additionally, back when they opened, it was utterly fine. Anyway, we ordered food and had to wait for ages, and the people serving kept messing the orders, meaning bringing the wrong food to the wrong table, making the organization skills horrible. By the time the food arrived, the rice was bland despite it smelling good, and the shawarma was so small!

Great experience.very tasty and healthy food at an affordable and fair price vs other restaurants in the area of Niagara Falls. The chicken swarma wrap or whatever it's called was a combo with a great fresh salad. The service was good. Everyone very polite and busy. Thank you so much
