Extremely well organised Condo complex. Special mention to all the concierge staff, everyone is very warm and always smiling

Lived here for two months - great building, superb location (literally a stones throw away from subway), friendly front desk (shoutout to Mary!)

The front desk staff were so amazing and helpful. They were the best part of this building. Communication was difficult with management and customer service of Del Rentals. No updates were made to the building in the year I lived there although there were improvements to be made. I lived there during covid so no amenities were opened yet we kept paying condo fees. They took away visitor overnight parking for the entire year of covid which was very difficult to maneuver. Very loud all the time with the Kipling busses. Overall it’s a nice place to live for a bit but I wouldn’t highly recommend the building.

Living here for 2 years. Good amenities, great management team, and helpful concierge (except may be 1 or 2 guys). Quiet and super clean. A minute walk to the subway if you need it.

There is one very rude guy (also with a big weird ugly long face) at the front desk, he is arrogant and did not really help you. But when he was talking with another person who seemed to be a resident of the condo, he smiled and behaved very politely. Amazingly strange terrible person.

I'm a new owner to this building and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with management as well as concierge staff. They were very approachable and informative while going the extra mile to accomodate my needs. Coming from a construction background, this building is extremely well maintained in all aspects.

The front desk guy is RUDE and even after getting info about a service elevator, they dont give the correct information and waste time.

If you are looking for a safe, luxurious and we'll appointed condo you can't go wrong with Parc Nuvo. I have lived here since it became habitable. The concierge staff are really first class crew. They make everyone feel comfortable, but if you have bad intentions, well you will be out of luck as they will shut it down for the safety of the community. The property manager is also on top of her game as well. She was here from the start and is very well informed and has maintained the building at a very high level of care

I lived at this building for a year and a half. It has its perks: quick access to TTC subway and GO Transit and to downtown. Nearby amenities and Etobicoke parks, as well as close proximity to airport.

Some things to note if someone is looking to rent, buy or otherwise spend time in this particular building (15 Viking Lane) : it is a newer building, which makes it look pretty on the outside and newer decor on the inside.

However, the reality is, the sound transfer (outside inward, and unit to unit) is the worst I have ever experienced. At any given time, I could hear trains (subway, freight and GO Transit), buses, and traffic. I could also hear my neighbours clearly - which was awful when you work business hours and have a partying 20 something year old next door, music up and guests unconcerned about their noise levels.

Other things to note are the condo management has limited ability to deal with noise complaints emanating from owner occupied units. That means they can’t do anything.

In storms or anything where the wind blows, the glass walls flex and make tons of noise.

I have lived in condos and other buildings and would honestly not recommend this building. It is conveniently placed, but you pay the price in crappy build quality and the various nuisances and noise that you may not want when trying to enjoy your space / home. Steer clear.
