The process was so easy and fast, it only took a little over a year, with hardly any work on my part after the initial application form to fill out, and finger prints taken, etc. It was worth every penny I spent.

From the minute I contacted you guys you've been there with me even when I have the silliest of questions and called I would get an answer, so I'd love for you all to know I appreciate the effort and work you do in helping people get their life back.

I speak to people from the Kingston community and beyond on a weekly basis who have been ripped-off by Pardons Canada and all other similar for-profit agencies that offer "assistance" with getting a record suspension. Applying for a record suspension should only cost you the $50 fee that goes to the Parole Board of Canada, as well as a fee for getting you criminal record from the RCMP. All the paperwork you need to apply is available for free on the internet provided by the Parole Board of Canada. Pardons Canada and their ilk are preying on poor and marginalized people. Keep your money and please do not give your business to any of these agencies.

Worst mistake I ever made in my life was trusting these guys to do my business when I could've easily done it myself.it really isn't that hard. After 3 1/2 years and 2 thousand dollars I still don't have my PARDON. They suggested I call the parole board to see what's going on where I learned that for a $50 fee there and a couple hundred more elsewhere I could've done this myself.
The real kick in the pants was Parole Board said if I did it their way it could've been done in a few months.

Terrific service from start to finish. You guys were there when I needed you and you did not disappoint. What a relief it is to have this burden lifted.

Horrible service and over charge for a service the Commissionaires do for much less. Pardons Canada want 1000.00 to do a File destruction to gain entry to the USA and the Commissionaires charge 310.00 for the same service. After paying Pardons a 250.00 deposit to start the process and learning that a cheaper option was available I tried to get a refund and was to they have a partial refund policy but after 7 days they wouldn’t offer any refund even though I attempted to get in touch with them 5 times to resolve my refund. (Took screenshots of the 5 attempts to call) And now I’ve contacted the BBB to hopefully get help is this issue l would stay away from these guys a completer rip off and would rate the lower than 1 star if I could. Contact the Commissionaires for services such as digital fingerprints, passport photos and File destruction/waivers/pardons they do the same service for less.

I understand a file destruction with Toronto Police can take a year or so to complete. But in my case it look less than 7 months. Now I can freely travel to the USA and can apply for Canadian citizenship and pursue my career in accounting field without the worry about my past coming back to haunt me.

I am forever grateful for getting another chance and am more educated now about the law. I want to thank all the Pardons Canada staff for their help and support during this process.

This is a scam organization. Not creditable, Stay away! One year later still no refund. What kind of company would post personal information on line. Take it down.

Before eliciting the services of Pardons Canada, people should realize that only the Parole Board of Canada can grant a record suspension. You may be best advised to apply independently of Pardons Canada. Do your homework. I failed to do mine and I paid Pardons Canada extra money as a result. My experience has been unsatisfactory.

This Company operates on a real ill manner do not pay upfront! They billed me $1000 and then said I didn't provide all the documents and closed my file! When I called to inquire about why would you close the file without even a phone call after charging me $1000 they had no reply the man said I can't deal with this and to email another person smh. To be brutally honest there's no way it cost $1,000 for you to email me asking for my documents that I need to pay for it your time does not cost that much! The least you can do is actually look into the matter and reimburse me at least half or 70% because you charging that much for no work is highway robbery

Lost my file, then tried to claim I sent wrong file. (Service Canada Sent it!) When I asked for a photo of wrong file, they couldnt find it either.

*PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT* This company is all lies! YouTube has a video on how to apply directly. It's from THE PAROLE BOARD OF CANADA step by step guide on how to apply and how you DON'T NEED A THIRD PARTY COMPANY TO APPLY FOR A RECORD SUSPENSION. Yes, it's more challenging if you have multiple offenses in different municipalities. If you do your homework and gather all the information and follow the YouTube tutorial, check each item off the list as it's completed you will save yourself alot of money and time. I have helped several people do it without paying this company. You want something done, do it yourself! Take your time and read everything in the RECORD SUSPENSION Package throughly. It took me 15 Months and $900.from pardons canada Plus about $800.to get a 1 year access to USA. At the USA border I was told if you can speak english, do it yourself. The fee was $585 American, for the american application, plus a records search and fingerprinting in Canada. My record was clean for the last 50 years and after all that, I was granted a ONE year admission into the USA. Hardly worth it if you go there a few times, especially during COVID times which means a$200.a person covid test to exit America. If it was worth it for me I would do the application myself next year. That was my mistake. Pardons Canada said if there is 1 mistake on the application they will send it back, and you shall start over. B. S. Pardons Canada is NON PROFIT. Thats a joke.

It has been 3 years since I applied for a pardon. I haven't received any updates and when I was finally emailed back they added another 12-24 months. This was last year that I received an email back stating they're waiting on OPP but when I called OPP region they said they never received any documents, also tried all stations in the region with the same response. Everytime I try and call the client support # I am number 8 in que and once I get to second or third it bumped me back up to 8th. Finally just left a call back number and when they called back I was called back with an automated voice messaging system telling me to leave my credit card information. I also paid for the premium package. My records are 12 years old and there was only 3 of them. Starting to think its a scam

I originally wasnt sure if this was legit. BUT i applied, i had 2 charges from 10 years ago, mischief and dui and i just got my papers in today stating i was awarded my record pardoned
It was definitely a long process, especially because the pandemic, and probably vost around 2000 after everything was complete. But worth it, it took about 1-1.5 years to get everything complete, filled out, and approved, again probably was longer because of covid.
This is 100% a real legit service. And im so happy i put my trust in it and am now pardoned

Their service is just checking a couple boxes. Writing your name on the form. You can do it yourself, get the form and read it. They literally do nothing.

I've come to develop a very good relationship with Pardons Canada. I've found them professional, they have helped out individuals in our organization tremendously. Quite simply, working with Pardons Canada has positivity changed the lives of our clients.

Pardons Canada let me know that a restitution order payment owing popped up while going through my application process. While this offence was many years ago now, I felt Pardons Canada impressed upon me to pay this restitution from 25 years ago by stressing that my current application would be delayed if I didn't pay it asap/my application would move forward immediately once paid. Understandably after so many years had passed I was intrigued how this outstanding payment could exist. I did call the court house.during Covid per Pardons Canadas instruction. The best they could tell me me is that it existed on paper from their end and I had payment options. Not surprisingly, the clerks at the courthouse could not advise me with options otherwise. I was interested if there was an option for me to dispute it, perhaps locate proof of payment etc if it existed. Pardons Canada advised that it needed to be paid for my application to proceed forward. Which isn't technically untrue I suppose. However, there was never a mention of any delay once it was paid. So it sounds like I should just bite the bullet.pay the money.and then I can get my pardon right? So I heeded Pardons Canada advice and paid the money. I expected in the nearby months to come I would receive an envelope letting me know that my application was almost complete, just have to settle up with the parole board and move on. I did receive an envelope recently, HOWEVER Pardons Canada sent me letter as a "courtesy" to let me know I'll have to wait 5 MORE YEARS for my pardon application to proceed. While the waiting period isn't their issue, it sure would have been nice to know BEFORE I paid it right? Perhaps I could have located proof of payment etc etc. It probably would have been a better courtesy to me. Pardons Canada did not advise me that there may be a 5 year delay when I paid this which I feel they should have known being the professionals I paid to advise me. Regardless now, it is paid, or double paid. I'll never know The speed of service was decent given these Covid times so there's that. I'll update this in 5 years, see you then!

This place is a lifesaver. Although it did take a little longer than expected, a little patience was all I needed for them to do a great job. HIRING A 3RD PARTY WILL NOT GET YOU YOUR PARDON FASTER! And to do the pardon application on your own and obtaining your finger prints and disclosures are very easy steps. Travis at pardons Canada told me that using their service will help me get my pardon faster, although he was completely oblivious to the legislation change for people residing in ON and BC who were convicted prior to 2012. Because of this "gentleman" and his lack of knowledge i almost missed out on applying for my pardon earlier than expected. Thank goodness i did my own research!

Andrew Tanenbaum, who was instrumental in this process, left no stone unturned, in helping me in my pursuit of a pardon.
The staff in the office made it clear of my responsibilities that are required to secure a pardon, including the full disclosure of my convictions, which meant I had leg work to do securing a complete official record from the Police dept.and fingerprints. A service that has a fee, charged by the police Dept.which I had to pay for, regardless if I was applying to Pardons Canada, or not.
I had to provide details of the crimes on my criminal record (to the best of my recollection) and acknowledge full acceptance of my guilt, with respect to those convictions.
As uncomfortable, as it was, this was one of the most important steps, in my journey, to a criminal record free life, moving forward.
Maybe I could have secured a pardon on my own, but as Andrew Tanenbaum had explained to me, that, if there were any omissions of details that the Parole Board were seeking in order to grant a pardon, my application would have been dismissed as incomplete and a pardon would have been denied.
I submitted my application to Pardons Canada in Dec. 2019, my Pardon was granted, with a date of Dec. 2020.
I received the Pardon at my door Jan. 17th 2021
Pardons Canada ARE the reason that I am now a criminal record free member of society, as their perseverance to guiding me through the process, IS second to none.

Rude service over the phone. They made me do stuff that they were supposed to do and I am paying them for. They forgot about my file for 6 months and they couldn't even find it. Nobody will give me back those 6 months. If I didn't call them to check why it takes so long the file would be still lost to this day. Pardons Canada do nothing but to deliver your correspondence between you and the Police. It is already 3 years for something that takes less than a year. Do not waste time with these people, your pardon will take forever and there will be complications. I am not finishing the procedure with them. I do not believe that is possible to sue them but I'd like to because they deserve to be sanctioned. Pardons Canada is a fraud. Most of the positive comments here are left by their employees just to have some positive feedback.

They changed my life so much. I finally have my pardon after and I could not have accomplished this without the help of Pardons Canada.
