The staff are very helpful and give the best customer service. They even packed my groceries for me. I always ring the bell when I leave to let the management know that I had a great experience in the store!

Brutal. Employees don't care and there are no way to communicate to management about complaints. Post a qr code or an email somewhere.

Why are you always low on Ace baguettes? First time this ever happened in an Independent Grocer, yet every time we go you guys are out of baguettes regardless of the time of day! What the heck?

Nothing more fun then getting to my job site with a full priced 50% off salade with no sauce. Like bruh.wheres my dressing? Cringe guys. Cringe

Every time I get food from the younger guy working the hot food it’s either undercooked or too crispy to eat and his portions are very small

Easy to find what I need and lots of space in aisles. Extremely happy with the self-serve checkouts, especially when I'm only picking up a handful of things.

Even during their current renovations, this location is great. Fantastic community business - often there even when disaster strikes or planned outages.

Great deli and bakery. A bit pricier than other alternatives, but the produce is always beautiful and fresh and they offer products not found elsewhere.

The premade section is a bit lackluster compared to other grocer like metro in orleans or the likes. However best grocer in rockland. Especially for online orders

Cheaper prices on a few things that I had just bought at Sobeys. Drat! Now I have extra to put in my freezer though so I'm stocked up.

Oh my goodness, lady you are a receiver, the store put a note, we are closed- from 12: 00- 1: 00 pm, is not at 11: 40 am or 3: 50pm.

Always the best experience! Fresh food, great selection of products including local specialties, well organized and clean and very pleasant staff.

You pay a bit more, but produce and meats are far superior and much longer lasting than local stops Walmart and Food Basics

Good service, great choices, prices are higher then other food store in the area. Store is very clean.

Nice place but some employes at the cash register treat you like a number. No kindness no thank you especially a kid about 18yrs old

COVID 19, nous sommes en quarantaine et nous avons utlisé le service de commande express, un site professionnel, facile, pas compliqué. J'ai aussi parler au téléphone, a une commis en magasin qui m'as aidée pour le choix d'un article. La facturation fut exacte et service a l'auto, donc sécuritaire pour eux et pour nous. Et en plus, sur la commande, un joli mot écris a la main avec de belle couleur pour nous dire de restez en santé. Merci, j'apprécie beaucoup.

I only went here for their non-alcoholic wine. They're the only place I can find some and their selection is quite extensive! Otherwise I don't really shop here because it's more expensive than the other grocery stores around. Although, I do have to mention that the quality of their produce is quite high. During covid, they have you specifically enter in one entrance and exit in the other. They have a hand washing station when you walk in and some hand sanitizer. Every isle inside is a one way and masks are, of course, obligatory. Every cash has the plexiglass seperations. For the deli counter you must stay behind a line 6 feet away to place your order. As most of the other grocery stores they seem to be well set up!

Great place especially for meat they have a butcher i always get my meat there especially when bbqing

Good produce, good prices. It usually is not too crowded. It is my go to place in Rockland for grocery shopping.

Shopped the flyer for 4 things and didn't get a single one. Staff member told me the flyer price was a mis-print on Scneiders deli meats. Another staff said the flyer is across Canada and they don't carry this particular item. 1 litre Honey. There was no bread for $1.50 or Boston Creme donuts that were advertised in the flyer. When I checked out.as I purchased 3 items a 4th item was scanned and when it was not something I purchased. The cashier did not believe me when I said it was not my item.said I put it there so it's obviously mine. This was not a great shopping experience. I do shop there often and this was my worst experience.

They never ask for your optimum card and very often their prices don't scan as advertised and when you try to apply the provincial law about the price policy, they have no idea what you're talking about although there's stickers everywhere around their cash register

Well organized and very clean store. Prices are a little higher than anywhere else, however often provide a larger selection of fresh produce and hard to find items.

Really good place helpful service. But when someone orders shellfish you "need" to put the food on ice. Without the customer asking. It's dangerous to sell without ice.

This is a descent and amazing family grocery store. It's always filled with good food and very good service I may had to that. The food is fresh, the prices may vary a bit from others, but that's fine. Love you indépendant. Thank you very much for everything! ️

They still are not keeping all oysters on ice. This is gross and neglectful. You cannot put them in a container in a cooler.learn.

This place is usually ok. But ive noticed ive been short-changed by this cashier, lately. (A man). I will go again, because this place is convenient for me. Dude, be careful what you do, and who you encounter/serve. I could give a full description of yourself online. You have no right taking my hard-earned money, especially when you get to serve me for less than a minute. If you want tips, go work as a server, or a delivery driver.

Not a good selection of meats just your norm. A good variety of produce and bakery. A good size selection of organic

The produce was over priced and looked sad at best, in fact most of their food is overpriced. I won't be back.

My go to place for less common grocery items, but produce and other common items are very pricy, relative to what is available at the nearby Food Basics and Walmart.
