AMAZING restaurant: great atmosphere- greeted with a smile and friendly, welcoming staff. Great tasting food/amazing value as well for what you get. I have been to a lot of Indian Restaurants in Hamilton, Waterdown, Grimsby and Ancaster- by far Parikar Indian Cuisine is the best restaurant I've found! I recommend this place to anyone- the korma is unbelievable- you must try it!

Amazing quality and quantity. We tried the spinach chicken, chicken karahi, chicken qorma and tandoori chicken. Naans were awesome. I’ve tried many Pakistani and Indian food places in Hamilton but this is now my go to! The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming when we dined in! Give it a try!

This is a great Nepali style restaurant and all the dishes are amazing and the staff is very attentive and friendly! My family loves coming here

Usually get food from a restaurant in Cambridge when I can and bring back to Hamilton when I can. Figured I would give this place a try based on reviews and it did not disappoint. I enjoy the spices but can’t handle as much heat as my Indian friends. However, they toned down the heat well maintaining the spice which made for a great meal. Thank you very much, I will be back soon.

I tried this restaurant this evening and was very impressed.

The atmosphere was clean and welcoming and the portion sizes were very fair for the money spent.

I enjoyed the vegetarian Biryani rice and some other sides.

The butter chicken was absolutely amazing. Best one I’ve ever had! The portion is enough to be shared for 2 people.

The worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. What’s scary is that I see a review from a week ago stating that the person also had food poisoning from the very thing I ate (lamb curry). When I called them yesterday whilst being sick they said they would ‘check the food’ which is also concerning. The immediate reaction should be to discard of anything that has made someone as violently ill as I was.
I’m very disappointed in this behaviour and lack of responsibility. I can see the restaurant has good reviews, and my initial reaction upon receiving my food was good, but now I most definitely cannot recommend them.

I’ve been coming here since I was young, it’s a staple in our neighbourhood. The food, and service is exceptional. The staff are always so sweet and welcoming no matter what, and accommodating to how you want your food made. 10/10 recommend!

I've eaten in dozens of Indian restaurants in Toronto and I have NEVER tasted better Fish Tikka in my life. Can't wait to try more of their menu. Also, the prices were surprisingly cheaper than in Toronto.:)

I'll be honest i have ordered over 20 times within a month. This place is SO GOOD. Food is always burning hot (and spicy) and it literally tastes how mama used to make. I may not be very well versed in indian cuisine but the food from this place warms my soul.

Excellent food with a great taste. If you want authentic home cooked Indian food this is the place. Tastes just like many of the restaurants I dined at in India. Great service. The Nepalese waitress is kind and helpful.

One word… “amazing”. Parikar Restaurant previous “Bombay Grill” sitting in the plaza with GoodLife Fitness gym off Upper Ottawa and Stonechurch is another. ”Hamilton’s hidden gems” for authentic Indian & Nepali Cuisine. This “very inviting and welcoming” place with a nice hostess…accentuates with a huge exclamation mark… unbelievable, mouthwatering, full-body spiced culinary awesome-ness to the “nth degree”. Priced right… since I expected to pay more in places I have eaten in like Toronto and Brampton. No need to drive down the 403 anymore.
When the owner (Ahshung, … I hope I spelt this right) and chef serves your meal…you can tell … his passion in his art is “genuine and authentic”. Yes, this place without a doubt is our families go-to place. Ahshung… we will be back for another visit very soon. “The pics say it all”.

Ordered take out:
Palak Paneer, Muttar Paneer, Baigan Bharta, Chana Masala, and Aloo Gobi. All of these dishes were well done! We all eat vegetarian at home for many years. The dish portions were great, enough for 6 of us to enjoy a very tasty dinner. The Na’an portions were very generous and absolutely fresh and light. We are very satisfied with the portions, flavour, order anccuracy, and just the overall value of our dinner. You’ll not spend as much as you think, to enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner. Be sure to ask for your desired spice, level we were happy with the way our food was spiced, but some of us, at home, prefer a little Spicier… ;)

Excellent! First time trying this restaurant. Food was delicious and portions generous. We had the meal for 2 (med spice) and ordered chilli chicken as well. Spice level was perfect. Will be back for sure.

This is an appreciation review for the lady who served me food today, wearing an airplane around the neck and keeping the calm and smile on the face all the time she was serving. I ordered a Bombay platter where in the lamb was not properly cooked while eating it, otherwise the food was good. The moment I starting coughing, the server immediately came and gave water to me. I would like to appreciate her for professionalism and being mindful of her is a cherry on the cake. Kudos to the owner who has such a wonderful employee.
I hope to come again and try the different food.

Love love love with food of Bombay restaurant. I like every dish that I tried here. I love garlic naan and shahi paneer. Tamarind sauce is awesome. For my daughter’s birthday party, I will give big order. Taste is awesome even after name change of Bombay restaurant into “Parikar”?

The food is very delicious in bombay grill.when i visited first time over there, i liked the service over so much. Very food item has an amazing taste. Now i have become a regular customer of this restaurant. Chicken biryani and butter chicken is my favourite from here.

We always order from Bombay grill the food is amazing as well as the staff very friendly and very nice customer service I need order from anywhere else specially the butter chicken is fabulous

I came in for vegetarian food and I loved my meal: the garlic naan was crunchy and soft, the paneer tika masala was definitely the best I’ve had (better than royal spice fs) and it wasn’t greasy. On top of that the service was awesome. Although, it took a couple minutes for the food to come in, the servers were sweet and conversed with my father and I. I would very much go again just for the garlic naan <3

Bombay grill not only has delicious and authentic Indian food, but great and timely customer service. We got to enjoy the non-veg plates with a variety of curries including butter chicken, chicken curry, daal, palak paneer, and mutter paneer. Our server was very sweet and the chef cooked up our meal in a timely manner. The portions were great to fill you up. I would highly recommend Bombay Grill

We've ordered from other locations and tried this one. We were disappointed, the dal was missing salt and palak paneer tasted like it was out of a canned box. Roti tasted weird as well. It's unfortunate as we've generally liked this franchise.
