Ann did an amazing job on my nails. She has been doing my nails for a while now and I have never been disappointed! Fast friendly service! Appointments are easily available and I rarely have to wait and if I do — is only a couple of min!

Cathy is the best! 12/10 recommend. I have struggled to find a good tech and she truly has given me the best nails yet. She has a great attention to detail, is thorough and takes her time to make sure they’re perfect.

I've had a couple bad experiences here, but once Queenie started doimg my nails, I won't go to anyone else! If you want someone to exactly what you want and in an amazing time, Queenie is your girl!

I had booked an appointment last week for today with Ann for 10: 30. I have international flight tomorrow so my time is rather scheduled right now. When I arrived I was asked to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. That likely means close to half hour. I left. What’s the point of making an appointment? That’s like being a walk in. This business is very opportunistic. If they were performing one service and they could cross sell another at the time then they would do that and let the next person wait. I understand everyone needs to make a profit but good customer service should be part of your business as well.

I had a great tech! I believe her name was Ann. I came in with a design in mind that turned out to be more complex than I realized it would be so she made a great accommodation for me & I am SO pleased?

I have been going to this salon for my nails for years now. A couple years ago I had two bad experiences (one was because she didn't make sure my nails were cured enough before she let me go, I had to drive all the way back from Trenton same day to get it fixed and the other was one of the ladies cut my fingertips by filing way too aggressively.) I don't see either of those two women anymore so I don't have to worry! I have been going to Queenie now, she's great and her laugh is contagious. She is professional, friendly and does a great job. Once you find your nail artist you like then you shouldn't have any problems using their services!

I got nail extensions at first I accidentally was getting a manicure but we meant to get something else they did an awesome job I use to come here every month until covid so this is the first time since fall 2019 I got my nails done and im very amazed and happy it was a little hard to explain what we wanted but we were eventually able to I absolutely recommend this place they have always did a wonderful job:)

I showed them a photo of what I wanted. Which was a nude colour, almond shape. Which should’ve cost me $60.

Instead, they did pink with white ombré and over filed sharp claws, that cost me $80… plus a tip because it’s the nice thing to do.

I was travelling the next day and didn’t have time to get it fixed.

I didn’t say anything because I’m not one to complain.

Now that time has gone by, 2 of them broke already. I’ve only had them for 1.5 weeks.

For $80 I just expected to get what I asked for.

The staff are friendly. I wouldn’t say it’s very hygienic, as a few tools that were used were dirty…. I’m really surprised because this business is reputable.

5 stars because of Lynn, awesome service. However one of your clients was very loud on her phone. All the clients having a pedicure were annoyed. Normally I feel so relaxed when I leave but not this time!
I will return but if I experience that I will not return, sorry. This happened on Sunday, October 2nd.

I went in yesterday and had a full set of acrylic nails done. Countless times I asked the lady doing my nails if she could add more gel as it was hardly covering my nails and looked like I needed a fill before she even started drilling away at my cuticles and taking away even more gel. The work is in my opinion sloppy and not even close to worth the $67 it cost me which is weird considering full sets of acrylic are $37 including white tip which i got but in brown. So I’m unsure where the other $30 in charges even came from. They’re shorter than what I asked for and I’ll be due for a fill before the weekend is even over. The lady doing my nails also took a call on her personal cell phone while I was sitting in her chair. Don’t waste your time or money going here for services when your concerns are just ignored and you’re over charged for services provided. There is nowhere for me to attach photos but I have taken many for proof with the dates on them for when they try to claim “it’s old work” as they have done to me before. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they would do a decent job. First time going to this salon in years and definitely my last!

Pedicure was done too quickly, my nails were cut too short, and my cuticle got nipped. Polish chipped after 3 days. Won't be returning.

I booked an appointment but was rushed because they needed to help the people who were walking in, I believe I have a toe nail infection from my pedicure! I did get acrylic nails done and the polish is so chunky and uneven! I am so dissatisfied and will not be going back!

Had an excellent pedicure by Donna today! She was friendly, detailed and made it a relaxing experience. ️ Would recommend!

I go to get my nails done and I request Lynn everytime. She is very good! She is quick, gentle, very nice and a great artist of designs!

This was the worst experience ever. They have zero respect for time and appointments. I booked an appointment and they served the people who came after us first.

I live in cottage country and they were very accommodating for my shellac pedicure and full set shellac manicure. I love my nails for my son's graduation ceremony. Recommend Cathy and staff at Paris Nails. THANKS so much!

Booked an appointment today for 3 people to get our nails done. 2 shellac (mom and sister), and 1 acrylic (myself). My mom and sister were brought in almost immediately after picking colours, but they had me waiting for over 25 minutes. I was asked about 4 times what I wanted, and then was just told to wait every time. The final straw for me was when they took a walk-in that showed up 15 minutes after me. After years of being quite a loyal customer, I wont be returning. This isn’t the first time I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seen after booking an appointment. Why ask people to book appointments if you’re going to bring walk-ins first?

My friend and I got pedicures. We are both displeased with the service and price. I did not do any exfoliation of my feet (no scrub or removing of callus', which was much needed). She put a HOT towel on my legs and It was so hot it was burning my skin, so I had to ask her to take it off. The polish application isnt great at all, and all of this was $45.00 without tip. Ive never payed that much for a pedicure, not even one I liked.

I have been going here for at least 3-4 years and appreciate and like my nails each time

The ladies are nice but they don't make much conversation, they just talk to one another.

When I asked to have a nail re-painted (classic polish) because I saw some parts not painted and some bumps on the nail, she came and just painted over it. I asked her to re-do one nail and she didn't listen.

I would say they don't go above and beyond, just the average but I would come back for a cheap pedi.

There service was terrible! I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she did something completely different with longer length than I asked. There costumer service is also awful they don’t talk to you, and when they do it’s very short and most the time impolite I definitely would not recommend getting your nails done here!

My friend and I booked an appointment on august 30th for 1: 00pm to get our nails done for back to school. Her mother phoned them and they said it was all good and we'd see them then, we showed up at 12: 55 pm without her mother and said we were here for the two sets of acrylics booked for 1: 00pm under (her moms name). The receptionist just stared at us like we were crazy and said we didnt have an appoinment booked. We politely said there must be a misunderstanding because we called in advanced and you guys booked us an appointment, a couple other ladies that work there were standing beside her giving us all rude looks and the woman continued to say they have no record of us booking an appointment and seemed mad that we were even asking. We asked her to check her records and calls of clients and she refused to. She said that it wasn't their fault and we could wait for two hours and comeback to see if they would take us. We were polite the whole time and they were down right rude to us for absolutely no reason. I work in public service and know that this is no way to treat two people for your own companies mistakes.we didn't even get an apology or "so sorry this happened we'll look into it". We called my friends mom and she came in with us and told the ladies exactly what we said and that she had phoned and booked the appointment. And then finally they said they could get us in 15 minutes. I find it funny how when it was just us teens asking about the appointment they had no record of it and it was our fault and they couldn't get us in for two hours. But as soon as an adult showed up they switched up and said we could get in in 15 minutes. You should treat your clients kindly no matter what age they are since they are the ones giving you business. When we got in a man did my nails and a woman did my friends, I looked around and saw that all the nail techs doing clients nails had gloves on both hands, but for some reason the man only had a glove on one and i pushed it aside but it got worse from there. In horror I watched as he used his thumb nail on the hand without a glove without even disinfecting his hand to PUSH BACK MY CUTICLES, that is the most unsanitary thing I've ever seen done at a saloon especially during a world wide pandemic, iv'e also looked at other reviews and seen that this place is known for giving infections, well maybe if you guys didn't use your dirty, un-gloved thumb finger nails to painfully push back peoples cuticles this wouldn't happen. I was too scared to say anything because I'm a non-confrontational person and he had already been yelling at other customers while we were there. Later on he painfully buffed my nail to the point were it started bleeding and i said "ow" because it hurt and he didn't apologize or anything and just tried to angle my hand so I wouldn't see that it was bleeding when I adjusted the angle I was looking to clearly see him holding paper towel trying to stop the blood flow. I held in tears as he finished doing my nails because I was so disgusted and scared I was going to get an infection. I asked and showed pictures of medium length coffin nails, I got short square nails. They also said it was going to be 35$ each, and it ended up being 55$ each. Honestly we are never going back there, there customer service is awful, there rude and lie to teenagers, are unclean and unprofessional.

I always use Sammy when I go to Paris Nails. She is absolutely wonderful. I usually always book an appointment but today I just lucked out that she was free. Ask for her if you want great service!

Got my nails filled and the next day my pinky nail broke and the nail polish started chipping off on half of the fingers. They weren’t chipping on the tips or sides, the nail polish was falling off in the center of my nail. The lady told me it was my fault and asked if I had been cooking or something that would cause it to fall off. I’ve been doing my nails for years and I’ve never had the nail polish start to chip off the next day, especially when I paid $10 extra for shellac. I really don’t know how cooking would cause my nails to chip. It was a poor quality job and instead of just fixing it, she seemed angry at me and was rude to me the entire time. Even when she took the polish off and put a new coat, she only did one coat instead of the usual 2-3 coats. Overall, horrible customer service and poor quality job for a nail fill. Will not be returning again.

My toe nails looks good but as far as pedicure it's rush barely no massage and cream it's a joke. It feels like they want you done before you start.it's disappointing.
I totally miss West Edmonton mall they make an effort and they are good at their jobs and it's enjoyable.

Good work and nice service. Nails look great and my nail tech corrected my overdue artificial nails w a fill that was needed. Fills usually take no longer than an hour but I was there closer to 2 hrs because of altercations with other customers. (got left 4 times to deals with others). Would of liked to see a reduction in my pricing for double the time in the nail salon. (My partner waiting wasn’t happy and we had some plans that got disrupted) Other than timing they are pretty good at what they do considering I walked in w no appointment.

Very clean, fast service with wonderful nail techs. I have horrible nails from years of neglect and the techs make them look beautiful.

I love the service when I go. Sometimes I get some small waves in my acrylic nails or the lengths don't match completely, but it outweighs for the price you pay. My most recent visit was amazing, and absolutely no flaws in the nails. I was over-charged for the fill ($68 with tax) but I loved them so much I didn't feel I needed to argue it. (45 for fill plus $5 for shaping, $5 for replacement nail, and $5 for length). Overall I would definitely recommend over other nail stores in the Quinte Mall.

They took advantage of my teenaged daughter and her friend who went in for $35 acrylic nails. They ended up paying $68. They knew that the girls were young and didn't know much about what they wanted so they gave them more expensive nails and charged extra for shellac and other things without informing them. I'll never recommend this place to anybody.

My nails always look great! The older ladies know what they're doing. They definitely need to work on speaking to their clients and not each other as it can come off as rude when you don't know what they're saying. Common courtesy. Most people are just complaining and should have spoken up or gone back to get their broken nails fixed:)

So this morning I took my daughter to paris nails to get them done and for myself eyebrows and tinting.my eyebrows are not done properly and the tint is not dark enough.at the end I went to pay with my debit and it said the transaction didnt go through so we tried again.again the same thing.so before the 3rd time I went on my app for the bank and it showed the transaction went threw they all got hyped up and started yelling when I showed them and kept saying no u do it again I said no I'm.not paying 2x.they called the owner and she put her on the phone with me and she said u pay again and I will give u money back and also asked for my phone number. I said no and called my bank.my bank said no it went threw and it's on there end.they still insisted I wait there for the owner to come in at that time I walked away and out the door I've already paid you.poor services i wont be back

The woman that did my nails was very good it was the manager/owner that was awful. After my nails were done the shellac wasn't right. I pointed it out and she insisted that was how it was supposed to be even though it was all crumpled.

Each nail is a different shape. My fingers were cut from the hand file’s edges due to it not being buffed well before being used on a client. Thoroughly disappointed with my experience here, I don’t recommend it to anyone. I asked for long tapered square nails and got short square, even though i made it very clear (with a reference picture) of exactly what i wanted. Pro tip: if you can’t do a design that a client asks for, then tell them that you can’t do it. Don’t risk ruining your business’ image by letting your customer leave with nails that look completely different from what they wanted.

Husband paid for me to get nails done as Christmas gift so we went Boxing day. Took me in right away however. Would have prefer to wait for better service. I will go somewhere where they talk to their customers and not eachother in their native toung. It is rude and very unprofessional. The best part was hand massage but was too short and she was snippy said go wash your hands your done. No towel to dry with had to use towel that had my nail trimmings on. Will never go back and will detour friends from going their. Also proper procedure of removing gel polish is soak cotton balls and put on with a foil and clip NOT soak my whole hand in acetone for the whole time Not proper procedure at all.
