Asked for mirchi ka salan instead of raita the guy was soo rude and arrogant said nope you should have left a note while ordering. 0% customers service I highly recommend to look up for some other restaurant.

Pariwar Special Chicken Biryani - Felt like rice tossed with turmeric and some spices only. It came with 2 pieces of badly seasoned chicken that was cooked separately and later assembled with rice, 4-5 pieces of chicken 65 smelly May be didn’t washed thoroughly and too much food Color. Biryani was too dry, salty and don't get me started on the raita that came on its side which was totally disgraceful as it was runnier than buttermilk. Totally disappointed and least recommended.

It used to be go to restaurant in Toronto back in 2017 for a biryani but now it’s not at all worth for the price we are paying. I had to order mutton biryani for takeout around 1am and it had only 2 pieces which wasn’t I paid for.

Update 2021 December:

I think their Sheff has changed. Special Biriyani taste horrible now! Will never buy it again! It should not cost $16. Quality has dropped to $4 range in my opinion.

Chicken 65 still taste the same.

Pros:

+ Food is amazing! No matter what item you try you will love it. Their full chicken Tikka, Chicken 65, and Chicken Biriyani is the best in town.
+ Employees are very friendly and considerate. They always greeted me with utmost respect and care. Last year during Ramadan I went there to break my fast. Unfortunately the food was late to arrive. The manager realized this fact and offered me complementary fish fry and Khajoor to break my fast. It was very generous of him!

Cons:

+ A bit too expensive. Food is good, but price will discourage you to visit them more than once a week.
+ Often too crowded. Siting area is too cramped.
+ If you are planning to dine more often than none tables will be dirty. Someone always cleans table after you arrive. Which is a bit inconvenient for the customers and your appetite.
+ Service is really slow for dine-in people.

Their special biryani used to be really good but not anymore. Now a days they just boil the chicken and add it to rice. Really disappointed with last few orders.

This spot is my favorite. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very welcoming and the cuisine they offer is so tasty. I never decline to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

I got "chicken biyani" from this restaurant. There was no Aqnee at all. Its not even chicken pulaao. I wonder why are they serving tastless biryani.

Ordered tray of Chicken Biryani last week with the hope to enjoy it over the weekend. But, for some reason, we got just four small chicken pieces and lots of rice. Guys, really? Why the hell i would pay for rice but not chicken in Chicken Biryani? Please improve it.

The food is so tasty and delicious. I have ordered many items from the menu for multiple gatherings at my house. I was never disappointed with the taste, quality or quantity.

Stale dry haleem with unmashed cereals/pulses. We had alot of haleem from this place last Ramadan but this time it is truly disappointing. Ordered for 2 days. Wasted our hard earned money. Felt cheated during our fast.
UPDATE The owner sent us fresh haleem. Though the haleem isn't as delicious as last year it was good.

They have the most delicious Hyderabadi food in Canada! The best part is I akways order for my family living in Canada from India. My family there loves the food and cannot get more of it

I tried so many place but didn’t get that Indian cuisine taste. This place you will get that test. Tried butter paneer. Chilly paneer and nan with sweets there special sweet fruit salad in mango flavour it’s really nice. I tried vegetarian dish only and all of them are awesome even vegetable biryani was good too. It’s worth it and reasonable too. Suggest to everyone. And it’s my place now

I had a great time eating from your restaurant, my favourite dishes are Tehari and butter chicken from your restaurant. I love that you have modern yet desi look in the restaurant with great customer service. Most importantly all the dishes in your menu are fresh with amazing and authentic taste.

I have ordered a large tray of chicken biriyani, the taste was below the standards as before.
The worst part is that, They provided very less pieces in the biriyani which hardly enough for 4 people, but the large tray is meant for 8-10 people.
Literally, I have paid for the large tray of rice with pieces scrambled like cashews on the food.
Cheap Maintenance but expecting a luxury price for their food.

Best Biryani ever had in GTA Area. Specially their Special Biryani. On Top of that, The Front customer service is absolutely magnificent specially the Girl Mehak taking orders through walk-in and phone in a very amazing professional manner. 10/10 for Her superb Customer service which really makes Pariwar a Go-to restaurant anytime. Would definitely Refer this restaurant to all my friends

Only go here if you want Covid. No physical distancing, no precautions. Most unprofessional staff ever. Went there to pickup uber order. There were 10-12 people inside a tiny room. Waited outside but had to go in because uber customers will rate me bad end of the day for late/cold food. Asked for uber order and lady there didn’t even nod. Asked again no response. Could only get response after speaking loudly. Others were also waiting with similar issues.

Will for sure never order from here.

Always out of main dishes when you try to order and they hire poor students on cash to whom they do not pay the salary on time or in full hence always bad customer service.

Being from Hyderabad, we always love to party with families. Pariwar Restaurant helped us deliver great delicious dishes to my family and actually they delivered joy and happiness to my family in Canada. Chicken biryani was average. Mutton haleem was used tobe very goof but not now. But loved the chicken 65 on top of special chicken biriyani.

Mouth watering tasty haleem, extraordinary services provided by Restaurant owners. So kind and generous. Will definitely try other dishes from here

I've been trying to find the hyderabadi Haleem in Canada and found you guys. I ordered for the mutton haleem and I must say that it was absolutely delicious. Coming from hyderabad and my love for hyderabadi Haleem, you guys nailed it.
