Park For U Toronto Airport Parking

FEB 14TH, 2023.
This was our third time using Park For U. It won't be the last. Consistently good service and good value. Highly recommended.

Our 4th time using Park For U confirms the business is going downhill. The first 2 times we used Park For U the service was excellent butvthe service level is consistantly getting worse.

Last time we used Park For U we waited over 20 minutes for our car on our return despite making the calls on our return as suggested. Last night we waited 35 minutes (at 130am) again despite calling when we landed and after we picked up the luggage.

This was our last time using Park For U.back to ParkN Fly or airport parking.

Great service, great price. I regret all the times I self parked. No waiting, the "drivers" were professional. Really easy system for communicating and clear instructions. 5 stars for sure.

Great service and options. Been using for years never had a problem. Sometimes the wait is too long or calls go unanswered, so I would add extra time when arriving to the facility.

You pull up, they drive you to airport and drop you off, then store your car. When you return they pick you up and you opt to pay extra and go directly home in your car or drop them back to the lot.

Very convenient and very close to airport. Very good value for the money.

Very bad service, they will damage your car and wont take responsibility for it.all those 5 star reviews are paid fake reviews.

We have been using Park for You for over 5 years and we can’t say enough good about it. The service, is so efficient, reliable and the best price around.

I was intrigued by the promised service side of this park and fly. We arrived at our scheduled time for drop off. We arranged to go to the site and be dropped off at the terminal. This went ok. I can’t say for sure this was any faster than the shuttle type services as the service was un-rushed. I thought the airport pickup and leave from the terminal sounded like a great idea. I paid for this extra service. In hind sight, it was worse. We waited about a half hour on the curb after making the requested calls at the terminal and after luggage pickup. We made a couple of additional calls from the curb as we waited so long and only got vague information. Eventually the rides arrived. This was mid afternoon on a Monday. My guess is they don’t have the staff to provide prompt service. Don’t sell it, if you can’t close it. They had all my info so my arrival should have been expected and I communicated as requested on my end. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever! Left you car with them, took pictures before I left and when I picked up the car there was dents and when I contact them they keep giving me the run around and the manger never seem to call back.going on three weeks already still no call back. As for your reply I did not receive any emails or phone calls back and my car was dirty when I dropped the car off. I can come show you there are no other marks around.stop lying!

The drop off service was good, but the pickup was terrible. The day before we landed they sent a text message giving us the directions to follow, we did and after 45 min waiting my husband called them, they said we should called on moment we were ready. If we had to call them why would they send a text message and say to call them instead sent text back? It was the first and the last time we use this service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I left my suv parked here for about 2 weeks. When I got back and called park4u for pick up, I was notified my car had been hit by another vehicle while they were moving cars around. My bumper was damaged (left side) headlight scratched and the left front side on my Nissan was also impacted and the paint was all scratched. I let the front lady know I live about 1 1/2 hrs away and if I can get a quote from a shop close by to get my car repaired. I was told by the receptionist not to worry it will be taken care of.

I ended up sending a quote to Ravi, and was told it was to much money and they would
Prefer sending it to their body shop. They picked up my vehicle, and sent it back “repaired”.

The headlight was not Touched, the bumper looks like it was glued and after a couple of months the paint fell off and you can see the scratches from before.

1st time using service Aug 2023. Was hesitant to pass over keys to someone I didn't know, but my 2 valet drivers were friendly, professional, and punctual. My Lincoln was parked, and there was no damage to my car. I will use this service again & recommend others to prebook your reservation for fast service.

I have been using their service for many years and have found that they have maintained their service excellence. Extremely courteous and helpful staff at the desk & behind the wheel. Keep up the good work.

Amazing service. I was at first dubious due to the low price and yet I was massively impressed. We had an issue with the flight delay and they handled it very well and dropped us off and picked us up! Highly recommended!

I booked online. I chose this for these reasons:
1. Price was reasonably OK
2. Good reviews
I was right. Very professional service. I arrived on time. Someone checked me in and drove me to the airport with my own vehicle.
Upon my returned, I called them and within 5 mins someone was there with my vehicle. He drove me to his office and I paid for number of days I stayed longer (My tripe took 2 weeks longer that I had originally planed). They give me 30% off of the difference.
Overall very good experience and will definitely use this one for my next trips

I had a very stressful outgoing flight because the airline refused my box. I had to go out of the airport to Home depot and repack it. To do that I had to call the parking service (Park4U) and ask them to bring the car back (for a fee). I had 3 hours left to do all these and waiting for the car seemed like forever. I was stressed so I was screaming on the phone, calling every 3-5 mins asking where the car was. They were very accommodating and stayed calm throughout my ordeal. Not my finest hour. I apologize for that and I appreciate their service and professionalism.

Horrible don't use it this place. Too much work to contact them to get organized and they drive ur car and than getting out they bring ur car to u and u have to drive them back to the parking place. Won't use again for Valley parking.

Awful experience, I have parked my car for 4 weeks from July 12th till August 9th 2021, then my License plates have been stolen and replaced by
another plates. I have reported that incident to Kingston police.

We found the location very easily and were taken to the airport very quickly, the attendant was very courteous. We didn’t have to wait outside for a bus which was very handy. On our return, we received an email with instructions for our pick up. Which we followed and had to wait approximately 10 mins to be picked up. Very satisfied with their service.

Used Park for u. Worst service, will never use them again. Negative points
1. Far from YYZ airport.
2. Take a lot of time (over 25) minutes to pick up from the airport, even after two phone call reminders.
3. No one helps with the luggage at all.
4. The worst system is, they do not have any shuttles of their own. They drive the customer's car for both airport drop off and pick up. They keep the car keys and someone unknown is driving your car. I was very uncomfortable with this system.
