Park Lane Home Builders

What an awful experience from start to finish! I’d say run and don’t ever build with Park Lane. We hear the same statement throughout the Village Creek community, not one person can say they’d recommend their homes or that they had a good experience. We started the building process September 2020, received our house October 2021 which was not complete with many things either incomplete or half finished just to close the house on time. Upgrade prices are ridiculous but need to be done during the building process because they can’t be done after so they know they have you. We requested items to be fixed or finished October 2021 and as of today February 2023 they’re still not complete. We’re embarrassed to have people over to our house because of its unfinished state.

EDITED my original post to include photos. We had the warranty lady Amy stop by our house unannounced on Sunday asking my husband to remove our review as it was false. This is what our upgraded $7000 staircase looks like today May 2023. Cracked ceiling in our master bedroom that was already “fixed” is worse than the original cracking. Work was left unfinished and damaged by their trades which Park Lane is now refusing to fix. Not worth the price tag for a brand new home to look like this. Find a different builder because they’re nothing but headaches and will stress you out. They don’t treat you with the respect and courtesy you’d expect as a customer buying a very expensive home.

I have known the Park Lane family for over a decade. Their workmanship, dedication, and honesty are like no other. I have been working with them on several different sites and projects. I can’t say enough good things about them. You must stop in and see it first hand.

It has been a pleasure working for Park Lane Home Builders. After returning to work for them over a 15 year gap, they have done a great job at keeping their integrity, professionalism and excellence in everything they do. I would recommend choosing a Park Lane home to anyone wanting to live in the beautiful Niagara region.

When we began searching for our new home, our real estate agent took us to many new and older builds that fit our goals. When she introduced us to those built by long-established, family-owned and operated Park Lane Home Builders, we found a company that met and surpassed building codes. We appreciated that they use quality Canadian-made products. We found their workmanship to be far superior to that of many others. When it came to interior finishes, window coverings and so forth, we did our own research and very often used the tradesmen and products they did business with. Park Lane's entire staff continues to direct us any time we need them and they tangibly expressed their appreciation for our business too. We confidently endorse Park Lane Home Builders.

Choosing Parklane homes was an excellent & easy choice for our family. A long long time ago before having children we actually met the owner Ed at one of his homes. He was so genuine and nice with us all those years ago. We absolutely loved this home were we met him all those years ago. That house during that time was a little to big for us and out of our price range. We remember telling Ed in person and he was still so nice and professional.
Fair to say Ed left a lasting excellent impression on us.

We used to drive past that house and comment how much we loved it.

Fast forward till 2022 we started looking at Parklane homes again and admiring the construction, quality and family feel in Village Creek.
Driving through the subdivision you would see people would wave and smile but we never lived there yet.

This went on for weeks we would keep driving threw and looking at houses.
We met our eventual neighbors through one of those drive arounds checking out village creek (before we purchased lol)

From our initial consultation to choosing, colors, flooring etc they made us feel comfortable relaxed with there professional ability to ensure we remained completely satisfied with our purchase.
5 months later they are always a phone call or text message away from helping us answer questions or guide us with anything. The house itself has been amazing. The attention to detail speaks for itself.the customer service from Parklane is extraordinary and the community and people are just as nice. No names mentioned the entire staff is amazing, friendly and polite. Probably no coincidence that is exactly how it was meeting the owner the first time all those years ago.
It is official this is Home!
