Park Place Nails

Went here 2 days ago, and they did a terrible job on my acrylics.they were SOOO thick, uneven shapes and not at all the colour I asked for or wanted. Only reason I didn’t get them to correct it then and there was because they closed the till made me pay for my nails halfway through and were cleaning and shutting lights down while I got my nails done so it felt rushed. I went back yesterday to ask them to fix it and they had 3 nail technicians hovering over me and telling me there is nothing wrong, the pregnant lady started getting rude with my mom when she stepped in because I felt attacked and started telling her that if she fixes them and makes them any thinner they will break. All the staff were rude including the man at the front who made it very clear that he was unimpressed that I came back. They also make you bring your own nail file and buffer and will charge you extra if you don’t bring it … honestly I spent 71$ and it was such a waste of money. I do not recommend the salon at all.

I had a full set of acrylic nails done today. The customer service is horrible. The person who put on my tips did it in such a rush half were sideways. The lady who put the acrylic on top did such a rush job it didn’t go anywhere near my cuticle. My nails look like they have a week grow out already. The worst part for me is when I complained she told me it was my nails. Grabbing my hands rudely and telling me it’s my eyes. Then complaining to others in their language. I felt ashamed and humiliated even though I did nothing wrong. I won’t be returning.

We come here often and are always happy when we leave. Wonderful staff, beautiful nails, good prices!

Pretty good, had pedicure with massage + hot stones. I liked the massage a lot, the actual pedicure was decent, though I can do a bit better myself.

I really like this place. They are open Sundays which is a huge win. They are definitely a volume based salon but I like being able to get in last minute on evenings and weekends. They always do a good job.

I went for a pedi here for the first time. First off they didn't use any sort of file on my feet which I thought was odd and secondly my nail polish chipped off within 2 days. I have been getting pedis forever and never actually had my polish chip before its time to get them done again. Very disappointed!

Somehow they always manage to fit me in! I may have to come back in an hour but on the days I fail to plan they rescue me.

I'd had an amazing - AMAZING - set of tips put on two weeks ago and needed to file them down so I could still type and they maintained the shape and elegance and I still feel like a million dollars.

Then a suggestion "Would you like me to clean up your eyebrows? " YES PLEASE! I have wild brows and never know what to do with them and now I feel like a lady.if only I could learn to behave like one: D

Barely have to wait when I have an appt. They are very friendly and always help me match my shellac colours to the regular colours for my pedicure Highly recommend

I had my manicure and pedicure shellac done by May. She did an awesome job as always! She’s also so nice to talk to!

I had a fantastic experience. Le was fabulous and did an amazing job on my nails and my feet. Will definitely be going back!

I went in to get a manicure and due to a communication problem I got a change in nail polish only. I will take all responsibility for that - totally my fault!
He offered to cut my nails at least. However, I got the worst nail cut I have had in my life. My nails were cut at different lengths and some were square and some were round.
The polish had bubbles and pooled at the bottom.
I came home and fixed my nails myself.

Been going to Mai for over a year now. Very consistent, very accommodating, very personable. She remembers me every time. Very funny, BEST leg and foot massage. Thank you Mai I love sitting in your company.

Nice and clean but I Always feel super rushed there. It’s nice to be in and out quickly if the job is done well.
I’ve only been 3 times but out of those 3 times I was only happy 1 time.
I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time so I know when they are done right! Nails are not cheap to get done so you would appreciate them doing a great job.
