Such a great vet for my little dogs my cat and my biggie who hates other dogs. They always accommodate and work with me to ensure the best plan and outcome and sensitive to budgets.
Had Montys nails clipped, hardware floors at home (slipping) very much appreciate taking the time to trim hair growth under foot every visit just gets better Thank you BH Heathfield
Everyone was kind and helpful. The vet that examined my cat was knowledgable and kind. I was called the following day to see how my cat was as she was very anxious. I do have just a few unanswered questions still. I would have liked to talk more about how my cat behaves, how she's improved etc etc. Kara's second appointment went very well. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Cost a bit more than other vets. The interaction with the animals is priceless, they actually care for each of your pets going through and the young lady vet was wonderful with our pet.
When the time came that we had to euthanize our beautiful cat, our vet was not available! We decided to try Park Road Veterinary Clinic! The care and compassion we received was incredible. The atmosphere was calming, the girls were so gentle and kind, our baby wasn’t afraid, he was totally relaxed! I will always be grateful to them for being there for us and treating us with such great care at such a sad time.
Cannot thank the team at Park Road Vet Clinic enough! I was in town visiting when my cat became ill and the Park Road Vet team made sure they got me in as soon as possible and that my cat was treated with utmost care (despite her spiciness). Highly recommend! Wish I was local so I could continue bringing my animals here for treatment.
This has been our regular vet for many years now. They've always been nice and gentle with our animals and polite with us as well. Very clean. Prices seem fair. Recommended for anyone in Brant County looking for a vet.
Fantastic vet that actually cares about your pets and follows up to ensure everything is good. Switched vets to here as they earned our business with their caring staff and follow ups.
Awesome team, seemed very enthusiastic and were very receptive to our questions. They were enamoured with my kitten, Soup, and even drew a little bowl of soup on her name card in front of her door:) Everyone was very nice- they also called the day after our first appointment to check in which was appreciated! Overall, really good experience!
Park Rd Vet are awesome! Had a bit of an emergency with my cat and they got me in asap. They were very busy when I arrived but within minutes was in to see the vet and got things all figured out. My Kitty is is all better! Thanks taking such good care of our fur babies
I feel very confident when I take my dog (and in the past, cats) to Park Road Vet Clinic They are excellent in their work and very compassionate. I feel my animal is in good hands
Very friendly staff. Great with my dog who has some anxieties. They made her feel so comfortable that our appointment went smoothly. Always give great advice and staff always have a smile!
We love Park Road Vet. They care so much about our dogs. They even love seeing the Vets. Dr. Rhonda Boulter is our favourite. All the staff are exceptional. Thank you for taking good care of my fur babies!
We've been taking our dogs to Park Road Veterinary Clinic (in Brantford) for over 30 years.and are never disappointed. Our dog Franklin was seen by Dr Boulter and it couldn't have gone better. Dr Boulter is wonderful! She's kind.knowledgeable.patient.friendly and so positive! Thank you Dr Boulter.
I used to go to Park Road in the past but had to switch due to financial reasons had to switch. I realized that my cat wasn't getting the care she needed. I had a great experience at Park Road and my cat was relaxed. I would recommend Park Road Vet to care for your pet.
Poor customer service and internal management. Records are not accurate. We also took our puppies here for vaccines once and they had a reaction to the dose, they came back and said “it must have been a bad batch”. Our frustration mainly stems from this new rule where they bill you $50 for no show appointment, things happen and when theres a family emerg.the last thing on my mind is a vet appointment. No understanding. We were threatened with collections if we dont pay. An 8 year relationship down the drain all over a lousy $50 fee
Our pups have always been treated with kindness and grace here. We had to put down our lab a couple years ago during Covid… it was very difficult and unexpected, even though he was 10 years old. The team helped us through the process with empathy. Now we’re continuing our visits with a puppy and glad to have a vet office that is consistent, warm hearted and attentive to our fur baby as they always have been over the last 5 years when we started seeing them.
