Park Royal Village Apartments

Been living here for over 7 years. Quality of life has completely degraded over the years. Office never answers phones, and does not let you leave messages. They don't keep their promises for work orders.
Huge neglect from office management as it's practically impossible to get a hold of them. Place is always filthy in
common areas. I can go on and on but this place is becoming 3rd world really quick. Happy to be leaving.

Stayed at royal village apartments for 2 years and it was nothing but amazing. Great staff, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable living.

Every fall there is the same situation: we do not have heat in the building for a long time after temperature is low. Even now, the outside temperature at night is 3 degree (C) and during the day around plus 8 (C). We do not have heat at all. The management thinks we are polar bears but in fact should read the Mississauga Law about heating. If it was an option to give minus in rating, I would have done that. One star is too high.

Pretty sweet place with a private pool open in the summer and a private gym (gym may cost extra tho not really sure).

Lived at 2333 for 15 years. The office staff gas always been great and very helpful. The contractors are amazing. Any work orders I've put in gave been handled quickly and professionally.
The property is very large with lots if area for kids to run around play. The property is very pet friendly with lots of people walking their dogs throughout the day.
Our apartment is great and very spacious with a great view from the 14th floor. The kitchen is huge compared to other places I have lived. Same can be said for the master bedroom.
The building has had some upgrades as they are trying to modernize it. They added a small gym, upgraded the elevators and I'm told we're getting a party room.
The area is close to all amenities including a grocery and drug store across the street. Also close to the highway and major streets.
Overall, a great place to live and raise a family.

No problems living here, good buildings, good people I've encountered so far. Good facilities, such as Laundry, heat and instant hot water. Elevators in good condition and modern.

You're paying high rent for the worst apartment and management. They are non responsive, rude and dishonest. There is no heat in apartment during winter and you can feel cold air blowing standing right by the window. Even if this is your last resort.go to a shelter. This is not worth any of your hard working and earned money.

It is a really good place to live with a big field, a mini basketball court, a summer swimming pool, and even a gym! There is always a lot of people hanging out in the afternoon which is fun. They have renovated the elevators with a sleek mirrored look, and the lobby has an electric fireplace with 2 comfy chairs. Overall, it's a pretty good place to live.

Worst Customer Service. Full of attitude, as if they are doing favor by giving you an apartment for free.

Made an appointment on an agreed set date with management to see the place, was ready to sign the lease, only to be told last minute that they already rented the apartment out. Incredibly unfair and dishonest.

2360 Bodmin Bldg.the stairs in the covered parking garage are always covered with spider webs, dust and garbage as they are just beside huge garbage bins. The covered garage door is a nightmare to open, its so hard to open with one hand while groceries or bags in your other hand. Everywhere there is a key-fob system and automatic doors but in this property you are living in 1960s! When i got the apartment, the patio door was dirty as hell, covered in grease and dirt and tape marks, its so old that it leaks air, in winters depsite completely closed, living room becomes really cold. Management says they cant replace it as it will incur them cost but they want rent on the 1st of each month! Bath-tub was not replaced as it was already 10years old, it has crack marks and dirt marks in it. Bathroom wall was so badly repaired that its so soft you can push your fingers inside it! There is only one electric line that is shared between living room, kitchen and enterance area, if you are using fridge, stove, couple of lights, fan and microwave then the main breaker will shut down as a result of current overloading.yes people say that enterance is renovated and new lights and other stuff, but you dont live in hallways or in enterance, you live in apartment. Common compound or park area between all 4 buildings has water standing at 4 places after every rain where flies, mosquitoes and other insects are breeding freely, management is not bothered to level or cover them as children play there.

Lobby and hallway has been newly renovated.new lights were added so it is bright at night. They're staff are friendly. They answered all my questions when I came in to inquire. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

I've seen a unit in this property. The building is very clean with beautiful and bright hallway. The apartment is big and have an amazing view of the lake. The rental staff are very nice and accommodating. Fran is wonderful to deal with. Everyone are smiling and very friendly. This property has mini park and pool.where else can you find a mini park and playground within the property in this highly industrialized city. I also like that this is very close to the grocery and the Truscott bakery.

Just look at photos of the lobby and elevator in Truscott. It doesn't look like rentals at all! Beautiful!

I felt at home in this property. It's in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Go Train. The buildings are well kept, clean and beautiful. This is a very vibrant community.
