Mr. Bingley loves Park9! He gets pampered at the spa: groomed beautifully every time! He has a blast with his furry friends, and we love the staff, especially Allison who has the patience of a saint & a heart of gold! Mr. Bingley recently stayed at the resort (Pearson) where he received lots of cuddles and attention from lovely caring staff, and had lots of fun with furry friends! I would recommend all services - they take wonderful care of the beloved pets entrusted to them and are incredibly kind to dog parents (like me). Brought my dog for an assessment today. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very dog knowledgeable. The facility was great. Their main priority was that not only my dog but all other dog guests were safe while introducing my dog to them. I will definitely be back.

If you have older or timid dog the manager is not prepared to deal with them due to higher maintenance for staff. They’re looking for easy situations. Also a staff member mentioned they may leave the pack dogs unattended which caught me by surprise with that remark. When you have a pack you never leave the room unless you have someone else to relieve you on the spot!

Our dog Buster has been going here for over 4 years! Staff are great and take such good care of our dear 13 year old Buster!

Park9 has been a gem that we hold close to our hearts. If you ever want to know if your furry family member is loved as much as you love them when you are a part - the staff at Park9 will demonstrate it in spades. Our little girl is a bit stand-off with strangers. But never with Park9 staff. It is like they have the art and love of dogs that makes a dog just trust them. We had Boue with Park9 for 10 years and cannot advocate for a better Dog care and support. They truly made her feel loved!

I have been going to this place since it started at the bottom of Parliament St over 16 years ago and our original pup was always groomed there. She has passed but now we have a family member and we are thrilled to be having her groomed with these amazing team members. She looks amazing and she loves them all. The fact that they are a half-block away is ideal. But I really appreciate that they take the time to assess each dog - and vet each owner. And the cameras provide additional comfort and security. Highly recommend.

Park9 (downtown) has been an essential part of our dogs socialization (we started taking him as a puppy and can confidently say, now a 1 yr old, he is VERY friendly towards all dogs and people).

As new pet parents, a priority of ours was to do our best to ensure we had a confident dog and wanted to do what we could to give him a leg up on liking dogs and people. We had heard great things about Park9 but immediately knew we had made the right decision as Staci kindly offered us updates, tips and gave feedback after each stay, which was helpful for us. Like all new pet parents in the beginning we were nervous about leaving our puppy with people we didn't know. From day one, it was evident, Staci (at that time our main point of contact) clearly cared deeply about dogs, our dog and his growth and wellbeing. She's also uber knowledgeable about dog behaviour. Till this day, we are grateful for the care and tips she shared with us.

Fast forward, Fergus is now 1 year old. We continue to take him to Park9 to gain the benefits of socialization but also as a place we believe he loves to go to hang out with his doggy friends. Most importantly (for us) we desperately needed a place to take him to help us burn off some of his crazy energy we were unable to achieve with long walks. Whether it's 3 hours or 6 hours, after his time with Park9 when he comes home he's actually tired (the only time he ever is tired, the only time he ever sits still). This blessing is known as #Park9hangover and it's worth EVERY. SINGLE. DOLLAR.

Some "Good to Know" Tips:

Park9 has a meet and greet requirement (mainly to ensure everyone will get along) - but it's really easy to do. Once you've completed that step and your dog is accepted (and shared your proper vax records) you're entered in the system as a client. Once you're a client it's uber easy to book your pet in 24hours in advance (they send you a text to confirm), or if it's on the day, you simply call.

Online you also have the option to book in any special treatments. We love getting the nail grinding option done while he's there but they have a few different treatment options to pamper your pooch.

If you like keeping your eye on your dog - they have webcams so you can check in and see how they're doing (we typically find ours wrestling another dog, or hanging out on a slide, or air swimming at one of the staff for attention).

Final tip.if you plan on taking your dog frequently - you can buy packages which will save you money. They do have a time frame they need to be used but might be worth looking into if you plan on taking them regularly throughout ie.a 30 day period.

We can't recommend Park9 downtown enough. The team is incredible (every single person we've met). The process of booking is seamless and drop off easy - you can drop off at the front door, or by car using their back entrance - could not be easier for a downtown location.

We feel very confident knowing our Boston Terrier, Fergus, is in excellent care with them and know for sure, if Fergus could talk he would highly recommend their service.

Love these guys! I’ve taken my dog here for two grooming appointments and she always looks so fresh and clean! They take very good care of her, which is great because she’s a nervous pup. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other places in the area. Highly recommend!

I am a first-time dog owner with an 11-month-old puppy who needed to be boarded for the first time. I was nervous about the whole experience, but the staff at Park9 walked me through the process and helped me understand what to expect. My dog had a great time, especially in the indoor pool, and got to have a slumber party with his new canine friends. I really appreciated having the webcams available so that I could have a peek at him once in a while. I got updates on request and a report card at the end that provided details on how his stay went.

The staff at Park9/Urban Dog have been grooming our 9.5 year old dog since she was a pup. They are thorough and do a fabulous job! I happily recommend them.

This place and the service provided from Megan really exceeded my expectations! It was my first time taking my dog to a new groomer after 6 years of going to the same one and I think after todays service I will be taking my dog here on the regular from now on:) Thanks to Megan and the park9 team!

Everything went well for our first visit when Jerry was assessed to see how he would fit in to day care. I felt very confident in the experience and competence of the staff we met and their genuine care for the dogs in their charge. We will be returning for day care in the near future.

Sawyer is a long time visitor and has almost always had his grooming services at Park9. He looks fresh, a bounce in his step… a happy dood.

My pup has social and separation anxiety but the team helped him ease into meeting other dogs. He’s now super excited to head to playcare and tired even after 3hr sessions. The staff are knowledgeable on how to help puppies (especially for first time owners like me) and are always super friendly and patient with my questions. Love that they have livestreams to watch your pup! 100/10! Thank you Staci and team!

Great boarding experience. We have used them twice now. Love that they post pics and provide a report card. Makes it a personal experience. They use an online system which can initially be a bit much to navigate, but once you get things set up, it's very convenient. If you live downtown, I'd highly recommend the shuttle service if you aren't going up to YYZ. Thanks for taking care of our pooches Park9.

Our puppy loves coming here! The staff all show they love and care for every dog that visits, and the owner is so knowledgeable and gives us helpful and honest advice. Park9 Downtown is an awesome place. I have been taking my dogs there for many years. All three dogs always came home exhausted and happy. The staff are always happy to see you and your dog. And it’s been the same staff for years. I can’t say enough about this downtown daycare for dogs. My dogs have never had an issue with any of the other dogs there. Park9’s strict vaccination and flea requirements make this a very safe place for your pets.

All of the staff at Park 9 downtown are amazing! In particular, Stacy and Alison are so warm, accommodating, personable and truly love dogs! I’ve been taking Rocky, my Shihpoo, for a Park 9 “workout” once a week for about two months now and it has been worth every penny! Aside from the best part, the “Park 9 hangover” which leaves him tuckered out for at least a full 24 hours after his visit, it’s a great opportunity for socialization and stimulation. Thank you for always taking such good care of my fur baby! I look forward to our continued relationship for many years to come.

We boarded our 4 year old pup with Park9 at their YYZ location (Pearson) for a week and it was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly and quick to clean up messes. We loved the ability to check in on him while we were away via their webcams throughout the day and in his private room at night. At the end of his trip they provided pictures and an adorable report card outlining his stay and even the friends he made - highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my 60 lb Aussie here for many years. He goes every 2-3 months. They are always accommodating and efficient. The groom is great, and the price is right.

The salon & spa is just perfect! Services are quick yet thorough and I’ve never felt as comfortable leaving my dog with someone as I have leaving her with Darrelle! Plenty of bad chain experiences in the past but Park9 is our new go-to for the attentive service and genuine love for these fur babies

Extremely disappointed with the service I have been provided - don't take your dog at the downtown location.

The trainer / senior manager at the downtown location has been extremely aggressive from day one saying that 'this isn't gonna work' from the second appointment. She even cancel our overnight stay at the airport location at a last minute and close the phone when I tried to explain that that was extremely inconvenient for me as I had to leave town for work.

My dog went for a bath and nail trimming. Results, perfect soft shiny coat, ears clean, perfect paws, nails done and you can tell when your dog had a great or bad time. Definitely a great one. Thank you.

The sweet staff here took care of my best friend like he was their own! Not only that but they really listened to the particulars in how I wanted him groomed and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to bring my little puppy back here because he loves it as much as I do!

My dogs' go-to for baths and nail clipping. My dogs love the staff – my male even scratches at the door to get in (?) One star off because it's a little pricey. But I get it: life is expensive.

The groomers at Park9 not only take great care of our puppy Holly but always give her a stylish cut. I also love how soft and fluffy she is after a Park9 salon and spa treatment!

Playcare at Park9 Downtown has been such a great experience for me and my dog. Friendly staff, great facilities, and I love being able to peek in on the webcams - the dogs always have their tails wagging. My dog always comes home pooped and happy. Park9's online interface is also really easy to navigate and billing is a breeze. Would highly recommend.

I live in the area and I decided to try this place out for my dog. I was happy to learn they offer nail grinding as well as nail clipping which I thought would be easier for my dog since nail clipping bother him and we can never get it to as short as we would like. The the entire process was spectacular, He was nervous at first to get dropped out off but the stag were lovely and when we came to pick him up he was the happiest dog in the world and the staff were raving about how lovely and adorable he was. Prices are reasonable and we will be coming back in the future.

Boris (my doodle) has been going to Park9 for over 5 years now. He absolutely loves it there and I can see how much he loves the entire staff there. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!

I recently booked a session for my dog what was supposed to be one thing but was he was given another. I phoned requesting to have my dog groomed & in their doggy day care afterwards. I was asked if I wanted his claws trimmed & responsed with " yes, everything" The lady continued with the booking & explained that his grooming appointment is prior to daycare, & asked if that was ok I, had no issue with that. However, my issue is that upon picking him up I realized the only service my dog was provided with was a bath & brushing of his fur & the daycare of course.
Shortly after I called & inquired about what happened. I was told a manager would call me back. No call was given.
This to me was a complete waste of money. If I wanted my dog to have a bath, I would have gone to DirtyPawz. I only went here for his grooming because his regular groomers, Timmies couldn't take him asap. Disappointed.

I live in the neighbourhood and can hear the dogs when they are set out to play.

I also hear the staff yelling at the dogs. Constantly.

Doesn’t seem to be the friendliest of places to leave your animal.

Always amazed by the detail in the grooming of my Yorkie. I've attempted to groom her myself during covid and now have a full appreciation of the skills it takes. The quality is top notch and worth every penny! More services listed on their site. This location at least I can vouch for!

Been coming here with my miniature Poodle for 6+ years and have always had great experiences here. They do such a great job and really care about your pets. Once I brought my pup in and her fur was pretty matted. They let me know to not hurt the dog they'd have to shave shorter then normal, which I truly appreciate them taking the dogs wellbeing as first priority. They also give you little report card of how it went which is a cute touch.

I took my puppy for first groom and unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the cut. After I spoke to them the following day, they made things right by fixing small changes I wanted for my pup.

Will definitely be bringing back to them again.

The smiles says it all. We love Park9 everyone that’s works there are amazing! They love our pup so much.

My pup Scout has been attending the Distillery District Park9 location since just before Christmas, and has also spend a few nights a the YYZ boarding location as well. HE LOVES IT! When I pick Scout up he always has a goofy smile on his face, and when I get him home is tanked after a long day of play.

The staff here were incredible at introducing Scout to the facility and other dogs, and worked around some issues he had on his first and second visits - once he was a little shy and overwhelmed with a wee bit of separation anxiety, and the next time he just played a little too hard.

Once Scout is neutered he'll be back with the folks at Park9 Distillery!

I'm really happy I started bringing my puppy to this daycare service. They are informative and seem to really care about your pet's experience here. My puppy isn't ready to be here full time yet and I was informed about this right away. They ended up being right for a few reasons. I think another daycare would have been fine accepting my money up front for full time access without really assessing whether it's the right choice for my pup. I would definitely recommend this doggy daycare to anyone who needs it.

They did a great job with my dog and he doesn’t seem to mind going. It is on the pricier side but it’s close by and they do do a very good job.

Fantastic Daycare located downtown. Staff are friendly to humans and attentive to dogs. There are webcam links available so that you can watch your dog while they play. My dog is always excited to go!
