We never want to be away from our pups but if we have to be, Park9 is great. Our very high energy pups love it. Lots of playing, swimming and snuggling with an attendant and other pups overnight. They genuinely care and seem to love what they do. Thank you!

Park9 staff left working spaces and left 30 dogs unsupervised for many many times a day!

I am considering sending my dog to a daycare facility. And I see park9’ads all over the place. So I decided to learn more about the company. After viewing their web cams for a whole week. That’s what I found out. Thanks god I know this before I sent my dog there.
A dog daycare that left 30 dogs unsupervised? PASS! Not for me.

We absolutely LOVE Park9! Both of our dogs have been here and our puppy has become a weekly visitor! The staff are so loving towards the dogs and they are always so helpful and kind! My dog is always so happy when she comes home and runs right in as soon as we park! I love the live webcam features and the report cards after every visit! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience with them, they truely care about my dog Mabu. When she seemed unhappy in a room alone, they reached out about swapping her to a slumber room (sleeping in a room with a person and a few other dogs) which helped her settle in a lot better. Great experience with them, and my dog loves their indoor pool.

Love being able to see my dogs sleeping in their suite after a day of play. Staff is great as is facility. Only place I trust to leave my dogs overnight.

Park 9 Pearson is our go-to for staycations for Harley. The staff truly understands dogs and their breed personalities. They keep a close eye on dog interactions and overall healthy and happiness. Of course the doggy webcams offer us peace of mind just to check in when we miss our little guy. We trust the staff here 100 per cent and always appreciate their transparency.

What a place for pups and cats! As a first time pet parent, I was really nervous to leave my 5 months old pup and cat for overnight boarding for 4 days. Although my pup is a regular at the day care and loves it there. The staff was prompt in sharing updates and pictures with us. And the pictures reglected how happy our pets are when they are at this awesome resort. The staff is really good in taking care of our family members as one of their own. They really know their job and are utmost professional.
It’s the best one can ask for their pets.

Park9 is fantastic. Super convenient (great hours for drop off and pick up, even on major holidays), clean, dedicated. I loved the reports on our cat and the photos. The space is beautiful and the animals well cared for. Top notch.

Park 9 keeps my dogs happy while playing for hours. The staff love dogs and Leelah loves them. She gets lots of one on one time with them. Good place for a doogie play day. I recommend Park 9 very strongly.

Brought our 11-month old puppy for a (required) ‘Meet and Greet’ prior to overnight boarding for the first time. The Pearson facility is convenient (if you are flying), spacious and has every amenity a dog could dream of- the pool is a nice touch! The staff have been very helpful, friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person- which is much appreciated during our first experience with boarding. During his ‘Meet and Greet’ they thoroughly asked questions to get to know our pup and brought him into the play room with a gradual introduction of dogs (starting with one to a full house!) which we could watch from the window. Our puppy loved his trial play time (he didn’t want to leave) and the staff, so we are more than comfortable leaving him in Park9s care during our vacation. Will review again after his stay! My Maggie loves her time at Park 9. I can’t get her in the door fast enough and she is happily exhausted from playing when we get home. The staff are very friendly, professional and clearly love dogs!

Bruno usually goes once a week to the downtown location and always has a great time. I went for a trip to Europe for 2 weeks and he was boarded at the YYZ location. We used the shuttle bus via downtown and everything went smoothly. As you can imagine it wasn't easy to leave him for 2 weeks but he had such a great time playing with other dogs. I checked in a few times via webcam and the report card and pictures were much appreciated as well. I am happy to have a found a place to leave him overnight for any out of town trips.

There is no doubt that all of the employees at Park9 love their jobs! They take such good care of our dogs. Every time we've left our babes there for short or long stays, we have never been disappointed - more importantly they love it so much

We have been using Park 9 Pearson since our dog “Daisy” was a puppy. She is now a senior who requires relaxed/restful care. Park9 was great for our energetic puppy and they are just as wonderful at caring for Daisy as a senior who tires quickly.

The wonderful staff at Park 9 have always accommodated Daisy’s needs and provided her with the absolute BEST care. I never have to worry when Daisy is with them. I know that she will be loved, well cared for and happy. Daisy gets super excited as soon as we turn into their driveway and she absolutely loves visiting. I am always impressed with their observation skills and record keeping as well. They are very quick to notice if something is off with Daisy or if her care needs to be adapted to make her more comfortable. The spa services are also wonderful. We have been using boarding, daycare, and spa services for years and I don’t have one complaint - only gratitude and appreciation for always taking such perfect care of our Daisy.

I had to leave my twelve year old dog at the airport location for a weekend. He has never been boarded and has only attended doggy day care about a dozen times in his lifetime, so I was a little nervous. We started with a meet and greet where I was able to view his activity during the short stay while they evaluated how he reacted to the group of dogs. I then booked his stay and had to enter all the information about his daily routine in his profile. I found them very organized. I loved the fact that he was not in a cage, but in a suite with a big glass door at night, so I was comfortable that he would not feel too lonely. During the day, I was able to see his activity through their webcam. They have indoor and outdoor play, even an indoor pool! I found the staff very patient and good with the dogs. I also appreciated how courteous and patient they were with all of my questions. If needed, I will not hesitate to send my little one there again.

Absolutely wonderful place! I loved being able to peek in and see how our pup Archer was behaving on the webcam, the caregiver/dog ratio was wonderful, and the dog pool unique feature! Also, we loved his report card at the end of stay! Such a nice insight

They've expertly cared for our high-energy beagle, who requires much attention, patience and a sense of humour, from his puppy years through adulthood. We continue to choose Park9 Pearson when we travel, rather than entrust our pet to well-meaning friends or other competing services, because we have every confidence that he will be well-cared for and happy with the Park9 team.

Very professionally run, clean place. The staff are very knowledgeable and the dogs have ample room to run around both indoor and outdoor. They also have swimming pool and guests get water play time. Rooms are big and have glass doors which helps alleviate the feeling of being locked in. Highly recommend for daycare, boarding

Our dog had a delightful time during her 1-week stay at Park9. The staff were wonderful and took such good care of her. The ability to check in on her via online cameras was a huge plus. We won't hesitate to take her back to Park9 the next time we need dog boarding.

Took my pup to Park9 for playcare services and I loved it. I really appreciated being able to watch my dog on the webcams throughout the day. I like that they offer them playroom, pool, and outdoor time throughout the day so they are not stuck in one room for the day. Overall, would highly recommend Park9.

Considering where to send your most precious 4 legged family member - while you're away on holidays - can be a huge stress for everyone. I am incredibly thankful we found Park9 at Toronto Airport. Our dog absolutely loves staying and she can't wait to get in the door to see the team. I am so thankful for the little email updates, photos and the multiple webcams.so when we have a moment (normally when we miss her a little too much) we all jump on and it warms our heart. Our dog also loves swimming so having the indoor pool is a treat for her. And lastly a bonus is you can pick up as soon as you land after vacation! The team are just a dream and we are all so thankful for their love and caring of our precious dog while we are away. Thank you Park9 YYZ x

Park 9 staff are wonderful! They are communicative, caring and transparent. I have real peace of mind when I leave my dog in their care. They provide a detailed report card at the end of each boarding stay so that you can learn more about your pet’s behaviour and experience while there. Highly recommend!

Park9 is such a lovely place. Jasper has been going there since he was 7 months and he adores that place. He comes out as a happy dog every time! Jasper gets boarded there, gets his grooming done very 6 weeks and goes to daycare. Staff are phenomenal, so helpful and so knowledgeable about dogs. Highly recommend!

Park9 is the only place i feel good about leaving our dog, Elvis. He's a little anxious at times, especially since COVID and having had limited interactions with other dogs. They always take great care of him, i get a report cart letting me know how he was during the stay, and we've never had any issues after several years of taking him there. The webcams let us check in on whats happening and give added security that everyone is happy and healthy, it really takes away some of the concern and guilty moments knowing he's having a good time. I love Park9, i'm so glad they exist and I hope they continue to be successful!

We bring our young standard poodle here whenever we go away for their amazing boarding services. We love that we can check in on him via webcam wherever we are in the world, and that we can rest easy knowing he is in good hands. All dogs are temperament tested before they are allowed to stay there - also helps us to feel comfortable!

Whenever we have needed to check in, the team at Park9 responds super fast, and we get a report card with photos and updates after each stay.

Hammy comes home happy after hours of fun in the pool and playing with his furry friends. The general play areas are clean, well laid-out. Staff is friendly, accommodating. Easy and simple booking system to book play time.

We had our cats boarded here for a few days before they were to be shipped across the country. Park9 kept our kitties very happy, sent us email updates about how they are doing with pictures, this alleviated our anxiety during the move that the cats were being cared for well. They treat your pets as their own and make them feel safe and at home. Awesome service and communication, highly recommend!

We brought our dog here this past weekend as we had a small getaway planned and couldn’t take her. I was a bit nervous with it being the first weekend open but the staff was amazing, super responsive (for only having a skeleton crew) and my girl had a great time. We were excited to get lots of photos, particularly of my dog in the pool! Which I’m sure every owner loves. Park9 does cost a little more then other options but you can’t beat the care they offer and of course, having live camera feeds. You also get a little report of your dogs experience over their stay and they’re super transparent of everything from eating habits to pooping habits to your dogs favorite activities to anything, really. We even ended up showing up earlier then expected to pick her up and the staff had no issues with the surprise.

Scout has been to the boarding facility a few nights over the past couple of months and he loves it! The pool is an amazing part of the facility, and I could waste all day watching the dogs play in the pool!

On Scout's last visit he experienced some stomach upset, nothing severely out of the normal. The staff there were quick to inform me of Scout's condition and made arrangements for him to be isolated from the rest in case it was contagious. I really, really, really do appreciate their quick action and attention - they made the right call keeping the other dogs safe and caring for Scout separately.

We left our two babies for 11 days with the staff at Park9 (Pearson). We dropped them off ourselves (vs.a shuttle from the Distillery location) - we noted how well set up and clean the whole facility is. Having the flexibility to choose a variety of rooms for overnights is also great, there are even suites with heated floors for those who may be older or with medical needs. The staff members are definitely well-versed as the initial reception covers off meals, needs, and all things that might apply to your babies. There are a couple of things that had us leave ours with Park9 - there are staff members on-site 24 hours, and they have web-cams that allow you to see your babies through the day - this makes the difference especially if you are away for several days.
We can say enough about how well thought out and well managed this facility is. We highly recommend Park9 both for boarding as well as day-to-day playcare.

After doing some extensive research, I chose Park9 because of how highly rated it was online, the professionalism from the staff, the cleanliness of the place and because I felt comfortable knowing that I could check up on my pup whenever I felt the need to. I dropped off my 3 month old pup for doggy day care - there were 0 issues. Later, I dropped off my pup for the boarding services because I was going to be out of the country - this is where things went downhill. During my absence, I noted that for majority of the part, most of the staff were very professional, caring, loving and playful toward the dogs. But there was the odd staff that was lazy and careless - did not care to interact with the dogs, put the dogs on a leash for no reason, spent their time either sitting on their phones or chatting away with the other staff. Another note was that the webcams did not work outside, so I had absolutely no idea what my pup could have been doing out there. My concern with this is that upon picking him up from the boarding services, the staff had told me that my pup was excellent during his stay with the minor exception of diarrhea on 2 days closer to the end of the week. Meanwhile, I found out through my mother in-law (that was watching through the webcam daily) that my pup had thrown up and had diarrhea the day I had picked him up. I was extremely disappointed that the staff did not make me aware of this. The day after picking up my pup, he threw up a total of 6 times in that day + diarrhea and this persisted for days until I took him to the vet. I am starting to question what had really happened during those time periods of the webcam being turned off. Thankfully, my pup is very healthy and is doing well at this present moment but I do wish that my pup's health concerns were taken seriously considering I am trusting Park9 to take care of my pup which is family to me. Not only that, but the services cost an arm and a leg, I really expected AT THE LEAST to have open communication from the staff regarding my pup's well being. Park9 is aware of this incident (I contacted them and made them aware of it) that occurred and the staff handled it with professionalism by sincerely apologizing and calling me to check in on my pup, but I feel like there was no trust re-built from myself and my pup with Park 9 nor was there a resolution to this incident from their end. Because of that, I don't think I can recommend Park9 to any of my family relatives, friends or anybody for that matter.

Park 9 is the best dog boarding and day care centre I have ever been to. The staff is professional, prompt, friendly and caring. Every time I went for vacation, my Babie stayed there. This is the only place I trust who can take well care of my Babie in Toronto. I tried out some big franchise before but that just gave me nightmare which I would never ever go back anymore.

We wouldn't ever hesitate to leave our puppy with the staff at Park9. All three of our dogs have "grown up" at Park9 (formerly UrbanDog) and we know they are loved, cared for and safe when not with us. They have always been an extended family.

My dog loves the place and I really enjoy they have cameras so that I can see her whenever I want.

Park 9 Pearson is an excellent place for your pet. Molly, my border collie loves it there. It’s her second home. I cannot say enough kind words about all the staff there, from the front desk to everyone in the back. They are professional, friendly and definitely care and look after your pet with love.

I was told by a family member that this place was the best place to board two dogs.

Turns out that this place did not live up to its expectations.

I was told my dog would get " pool time " but I did not see them in the webcam. I was also told that they have play time outside, but only saw them inside the whole day.

When I went to pick them up i asked the lady at the front desk if they ate and she said that they did.but they returned with the food I provided (I gave them the perfect amount) I should not have gotten any food back.
When I brought them home they were beyond thirsty and hungry.

I called to talk to someone, I left a message and still heard nothing back.

Very dissapointed

We had trouble finding a place where we felt comfortable boarding our very small dog, and then we found Park9. We love how safety-conscious and attentive the staff are toward keeping the little ones safe and happy. Their small dog playground is perfect for our Havanese, providing her with lots of safe and engaging social time. We love being able to check in on her via the web cam where we can see the staff playing fetch and giving her cuddles while we're away. And we appreciate the fact that they do everything they can to make the experience a positive one for the pups. Can't say enough good things about this place. A very devoted group of canine caregivers.
