Very friendly and attentive service. Had keys cut by the person working cash. Very organized! Processed my keys while attending to the line at cash.

Their customer service is good, but there are many home hardware items that they do not have.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff in this great local business. Home hardware is a well established chain but this location feels like a true local community business.

Not only are the staff here very rude they are also incompetent. Cashier scanned an item twice and did not apologize when I pointed out the error. She seemed annoyed that I wanted a refund for the extra item.

We've been living in the neighbourhood for 14 years and have been at this store hundreds of times. Friendly, knowledgeable service, and a huge selection in a small store. A real neighbourhood gem.

Staff is awesome. They pretty much have every thing for small projects and big ones. A true Canadian hardware store. Plus it is close to where I live saving me $40+ in transit/cab fares which far out ways the slightly the the big box savings. Again the peoples that work there are intelligent, great knowlage of all products. When in Parkdale it is the Hardware store to go to.

Employees do not respect social distancing and doesnt put the well being of customers first. I will be reporting this store for covid infractions. I suggest everyone walk up roncy and support that location instead.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed by a hardware store before. And I’ve been to many that were amazing. I am blown away with how nice and helpful they are.

Very helpful staff - went out of their way to get me the exact Allen wrench I needed. I've always had good experiences at home hardware and this one is no exception!

Great store, friendly helpful, they have "everything". A good choice of non-plastic items like corn brooms with wooden handles, and toilet bowl brushes with wood and organic bristles, (for 10 bucks), My favourite store in Parkdale.

Had the Sodastream CO2 exchange cartridge I needed. Internet connection was apparently down so had to pay cash only and could not claim Aeroplan points. Staff on cash not the most effective communicator for customers given the situation. Likely will seek other Home Hardware locations in the future.

Really friendly staff and a convenient location means that even though the store is a bit on the small size, it's a pretty vital shop for those who can't just hop in a car and head off to the burbs. Also, the store may be small but they pack a lot of stock in there so don't worry about not being able to find what you need.

The best place in Parkdale to find all of your hardware goods. Their Staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful.
