Brought rottweiller for a week when I picked him up his elbows were grazed from concrete burn they tried to patch it up did not tell about this I found out when I got hm called them and they blamed the shampoo possibly for this and he also had kennel cough….
He lost ten pounds but say that he ate all his food…I bought a full 30pnd bag half was missing he surely didn’t eat it as he lost 10 pnds in a week and they lied again saying that he ate all his food…. Beware of this place you may have had good experience but that could be that their lies havent caught up to them yet…. Dogs can not tell you what’s wrong so one wrong move and I’m done with them don’t take chances with your pet due to cost

Amazing kennel. My dog is always happy to go there and they treat him like he is their own dog.

I wouldn't leave my boys with just anyone! Attentive dog lovers. Daycare is pricey but with every penny. The boys sleep for days when they get back!

Parker Pet Care always looks after my big puppy like he was family. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful service so close to Pickering.

Brought my puppy for the first time today. I was apprehensive leaving him but felt so much better getting his puppy report card halfway through the day. It included sweet pictures of him playing and a progress support. I can't wait to bring him back so he can learn better manners.

Lovely and caring staff. My dog loves it there! And they have a great outdoor space with a dog pool for hot days.

Me and my uncle boarded his dog here while we were away. It was relatively inexpensive and Kodah loved it! They sent us an update with pictures of him playing outside. He came home nice and tired out, which was nice since we were tired from our vacation. We will be using Parker Pet Care next time we need to board.

I work there and bring my pup everyday. She loves it. The employees really care about the animals that come. It's a great environment for dog friendly dogs and even dogs that arn't.

Well maintained environment that welcomes well behaved pets. Friendly staff that offers a mix of activities for your pet. We really liked how the staff sent us emails updating us on how our pup was doing. We are happy to bring her back for another mini vacation! Highly recommend this doggy daycare.

The staff at Parker’s Pet Care in Scarborough are incredible! They’re fun, thoughtful, patient and understanding. They even customize each pet’s visit to their individual needs. My dog didn’t want to leave when I picked her up. I highly recommend this business for any of your pets; if they need boarding overnight or if they need to run around for the day.

My wife and I just started bringing our puppy to Parkers (West Hill). We really liked that there were different packages we could choose from as not all dogs have the same needs. The staff were amazing with our puppy and with all the other dogs. They were very friendly to us as well. I would definitely recommend Parkers!

Parker's is an excellent place for pet care. The staff are very accommodating. Abbey visits regularly for the day care program. She is so happy and excited when she gets there and is tired from all the activities when she gets home. I would highly recommend Parker Pet Care.

Parker Pet Care is the only place we trust with our 3 cats. They truly care about each and every animal they take care of. We hate leaving our fur babies for any amount of time but knowing they are being loved and cared for by Parker’s staff who love our cats like we do helps put our minds at ease! We have been bringing our rescue Beau to Parker Pet Care in West Hill for a few months now. I would have to say that the greatest tribute to the exceptional care he receives while he is there, is how incredibly happy and excited he is the moment he busts into the front office and is greeted by the girls behind the counter excitedly calling his name. He is clearly well loved, well cared for and thriving when he is at Parker. I cannot say enough great things about the staff, who are professional, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Beau is a lot of dog to handle and clearly, they do an amazing job at caring for him, and making sure he has everything he needs while he is there. My dog has been cared for at the Meadowvale location for almost a year. He was shy and nervous to start, but with the attention and cuddles he gets from the staff he is much more relaxed.and clearly benefits from the socialization. He visits 1-2x week and has comfortably boarded overnight a few times over the past year.

Great place for our little guys to stay weather it e for the weekend or for a trip. Staff is really accommodating and nice. Highly recommend for all fur parents.

I have been a client at Parker Pets for the last 17 years. This has been all our dogs home away from home and both my children board their dogs there as well. When you have your pups tails wagging and they are pulling on their leads to get in the van with Jamie when we book pick up or they are pushing to get out of their truck door and get inside. It truly is a huge relief to us to have them loving their playdays and sleepovers! I cannot say enough about the atmosphere, accommodations and especially the staff - Outstanding! They treat each and everyone of those dogs boarded there equally and the compassion and love they show toward our dogs and others when you walk in the office door is amazing! We are on number 6 & 7 dogs now and they are only 4 1/2 months, but they are already attached to the staff there and have no issues leaving their home and into the van. Having Parker Pets in our lives is amazing and they have become a very big part of our family!

Extremely organized and friendly staff! We recently started bringing our dogs for doggie daycare and drop-offs and pick-ups are always super smooth and quick! Our dogs are both exhausted at the end of the day! I have been taking my 2 year old Havanese x poodle, Cece, to Parker Pet care since she was 15 weeks! She has been there for overnight visits and daycare. I love that I know she is safe and well cared for when she is there. Both the staff and Cece are excited when she arrives in the morning. They have different daycare packages to choose from to suit your pets needs.

We have been bringing Phoebe to Parker (West Hill Location) for over 2 years now and we cannot say enough about how amazing the facility and most importantly the staff are. Phoebe can be a handful, to say the least, but the dedication, patience and love of the staff is above and beyond and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Love working here! The dogs and cats are our number 1 priority. Ensuring that everyone is happy, comfortable, and always enjoying their time is very important. I feel that Parker Pet Care treats every guest as their own and I love how we cater to all guests needs in accordance to what their situation is (medical/rescue dogs/etc.) Absolutely LOVE working here! I wouldn't board my animals anywhere else!

We love taking our pup here! Staff is always super friendly and excited to accommodate him. When booking online, you will always get a quick response, which is nice when something comes up last minute. We can tell our pup loves coming here, he is always excited to get inside and see the staff and other pups. He always comes home happy and tuckered out! My parents have been taking our family dogs here for years and I have continued to do the same with my dog Scotia. Parker Pet Care is the only place I trust to look after Scotia. He loves his weekly doggy cay care visits and always comes home happy and exhausted! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
