Without hesitation, we highly recommend Parker Pet Care. The staff are very professional and it’s clear how much they care. Response times to messages are amazing and very thoughtful. Updates on how Willa is doing while we’re away are nice and welcomed as well. Willa returns home happy and relaxed. It’s great to go way with the peace of mind knowing your beloved pet is being well taken care of.

Diesel loves coming here. I appreciate the email updates while away from my pet. They get to know Diesel and are always accommodating to his needs. Thank you for always making Diesels stay an enjoyable one for both him and us.

We signed up our bulldog for the free daily visit doggy care. The location is clean with lots of fun spaces. We were greeted by multiple staff who were all friendly and obviously animal loving. We received photos and an update on his status throughout the day. We have booked him for a paid day next week. So far this location has exceeded our expectstions

As a newer dog owner, I was so nervous about leaving Finn but the team Parker pet care truly has given me so much mental peace. They are all wonderful and so patient! I’ve called tons and asked extensive questions about Finn’s time there and every one I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been nothing but kind. They even helped Finn make some suitable doggie friends!

Top Notch care, our dog loves the place and gets very excited whenever he goes to daycare or for overnight stays. Would definitely recommend Parkers to anyone with a dog or cat who needs boarding.

Parker Pet Care was amazing with Hudson. They treated him with kindness, sensitivity, and enthusiasm. They embraced his energetic and athletic spirit which i am very grateful for. I also really appreciated their flexibility in accommodating me with an unexpected change in my schedule. They were attentive to Hudson and i never worried for a second while i was away. I also really appreciated all of the photos and updates i received throughout the day.i could tell they were really on the ball and observant of all of the animals.

Parker Pet Care is an amazing facility complete with excellent staff. We first learned of them when we lived in the east end of Toronto and took our first dog, Friday, to their Meadowvale location. He loved it so much that whenever we dropped him off, he wouldn’t even look back at us. Fast forward a couple of years and with the passing of Friday, we have a new dog and Parker Pet Care was the first place I thought of when we needed a place to board him!

The staff are always so pleasant in-person and over the phone, and there is always a prompt response to any voicemails or emails whenever I have reached out. They are always immensely accommodating, even when it is short notice.

Our family lived out in Vancouver for 2 years and during that time we had boarded our new dog at several places and even the highly recommended places could not compare to the excellent care we (human and canine) receive at Parker’s. It is simply the best and only place I would ever think to leave my pet whenever I am away.

My dogs love this place, so excited to run it and come back home happy and tired from all the fun they have. The staff is extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I trust them with my dogs always

Parker Pets is our new go to! Both my 5 month old puppy and my parents 1 year old dog went here for NYE and it was incredible! We got report cards from the staff with photos and I knew they were being well taken care of. We asked for the two dogs to be together and they were more than happy to accommodate. I love how the dogs sleep in little rooms instead of crates as my puppy would have hated that. Can't recommend enough!

Our dog Dani is always so enthusiastic when she arrives at Parkers. She runs off without looking back. The clubhouse activity is fabulous and she comes home very tired. A great workout for Dani. We have been going to Parker’s for over 30 years with several different dogs and I wouldn’t change kennels.

We have been bringing our pets there ever since I can remember. I now bring my four-year-old American bulldog Lulu there. She absolutely loves it she doesn’t even look back to say goodbye to me lol when we leave her either for a weekend or a day. Such friendly staff amazing thank you so much for your service and making me feel at ease leaving my dog with you all, highly recommend this place for a night or more for boarding your special little/big family member.

The staff is amazing and their options for both day and overnight activities are what makes Parker Pet Care stand out. After leaving Winston overnight for the first time I really appreciated the report card that gave me an update on how he was doing and loved pictures they included. Amazing, I would highly recommend! I was having trouble finding a place to accept my dog Silas. He is an Austrian Cattle Dog, which means he is very high energy, highly intelligent but unfortunately doesn't always get on well in larger groups of dogs. Parker pet care has so many boarding options to suite any dogs needs. I feel confident knowing Silas is well taken care of and most importantly getting plenty of exercise and stimulation. As an added bonus, the staff are always very welcoming, efficient and professional.

Prior to choosing Parker Pet Care, I had a few conversations, via phone with other establishments and I was not impressed. The incredible customer service I received by Jessica and Lanndis was the reason I chose Parker Pet Care. Yesterday was Sammie's first day and it was like dropping off my child for the first day of preschool! When I arrived, the staff was great and it just confirmed that I made the right choice. If Sammie could speak, he would have asked me on the ride home, "Mom, when do I go back again"! Thank you all and we are coming back:)

I have boarded my cat at Parkers several times - each time the staff have been a pleasure to deal with, and my cat comes home as healthy and well and when he arrived. I trust them with my animals

Our dog Mowgli stayed for 2 weeks in March. He seemed to have enjoyed himself and when we went to pick him up seemed like he wanted us to go in and see all the fun he got up to. Rating a 4 because when we got home we noticed a small scratch above his eye which the care takers did not notice. Also we only received 1 photo update despite leaving him for 2 weeks. You can request additional photos but they charge you for it, hoping they would amend this rule based on length of stay.

There is some room for improvement, but overall I would trust them to look after my dog and it’s a great facility with lots of play options and people who seem to really care for dogs.

Took wonderful care of my cat, they sent regular updates and made sure he was well taken care of. Would recommend, lovely people who work there!

Parker Pet Care is our favourite pet hotel close to home. The staff are wonderful and adaptable to your animal's needs and it's a positive home away from home for our pets. We've used them many times over the last several years and from the first to the latest visit, they've done a terrific job with our pets.

I came for a trial run for my Bernedoodle dog. The facilities look very professional and clean. The staff was very friendly. I look forward to using Parker Pet Care in the future.

Our little Bailey had a blast with the other dogs. He seemed so happy there. I sent an email and received a response within the same day and had him booked. I will definitely be coming back!

Our precious puppy has been going to Parker weekly. He has the added on training sessions that they offer which is a nice bonus. Parker is extremely clean which was a huge requirement for us. Knowing the quality care he is getting when we are not with him is priceless! The instagram page features highlights of the day and last week Maui was featured. We were all overjoyed and love getting the nightly report card of his day at Parker. Thank you Parker Pet Care for caring for our Maui so well.

I brought my puppy CAPO to Parker Pet Care for his first Full Day Daycare on Oct. 7th, 2021. He was welcomed with open arms from the friendly staff. They walked me through the grounds and informed me about their programs. I was very impressed with the facility and the amazing staff. I received a Report Card and photo from them at 1pm with his progress. I will be bringing CAPO there on a weekly visit for daycare, training, and playtime with other puppies. Thank you!

My puppy loves this place. They are the best. It’s not only Pet care but my puppy goes to Parker Pet Care for training. It’s a six week training for 2 days. End of the week his teacher updates on what happened in the week, what he was trained on etc. When I leave my puppy for Day Care or Night stay Parker Pet Care sends me his report card - what he did, how well did he eat, how he is behaving etc. When my puppy is at Parker Pet Care I am never worried about him.

It was the first time that I left my dog in a day care, and he loved it. I was always concern about letting my dog, but now I will leave him with Parker Pet because he loved and we loved.

They sent me a report saying all Charlie’s

I recently rescued a dog from a shelter and wasn't sure how she would be around dogs. Andrew Parker was very personable, communicative, understanding and friendly. He took his time to create a plan for my new dog to help socialize and train her while keeping all the other dogs at Parker safe! So far her experience has been great. The rest of the Parker staff have been amazing and caring as well. My dog is a regular there now and she loves it!

The team at Parker’s are so sweet to their animal guests and provide such great customer service to their guests’ fur parents. We loved the updates we received while away! This is our second pet who has stayed with Parker’s and wouldn’t choose any other place to care for our pets!

We brought in our nervous dog for his grooming for the first time since we took him in. I let them know of his tendency to nip and the grooming I was looking for. He looks so good after all their work and patience with him! They let me know how he did, including the need to muzzle him for their safety and his around the clippers. I'm so happy we brought him to Parker!

Our dog, ChiChi, a 13-year old Jack Russel girl, has stayed at Parker Pet Care, the North York location, in the past six years. She spent 3 to 6 days there the few times we were away and could not take her with us. Every time she was with Parker Pet Care, we got immediate responses, with pictures, to our checking-in emails. ChiChi did really well and was overall happy and rested when she cam home. We really appreciate that we can trust PPC with our aging pet, and will continue to rely on them whenever ChiChi cannot come along on our travels.

I wouldn't take my pup anywhere else! Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and my dog loves it there. I know she's in good hands!

Parker Pet Care is my go-to place for animal care. We have used them for years for our dog but recently took our cat there for a week. The little one was on her first vacation from home and scared. The staff were fantastic and they quickly realized that she was timid and shy. We had a few emails back and forth and they were able to bond with her and help her settle in. Thanks Parker's team, you made my week!

I have been entrusting Parker Pet Care with my precious dogs for over thirty years, so I didn't hesitate when my new puppy, Nandi, needed training. I can say without hesitation that the staff here are gifted care givers, from the front office to the trainers and handlers and volunteers. Parkers' has proven to be a professional, responsible, knowledgeable and above all, loving environment. I can't state how great this place truly is!

Took my dog (Ellie) in for a trial day this past weekend and they were fantastic!

They sent a report card with pictures about halfway through the day to go over how she is with the handlers, other dogs, etc. This was good for peace of mind that she was well taken care of.

We did have concerns since Ellie's a bit of a resource guarder, but they took a note of that and it wasn't an issue at all!

My friend who referred me has a reactive dog and they spend more one-on-one time with him while slowly introducing him to the other dogs.

I love the individualized care Parker Pet Care gives to each of our dogs, it's reasonably priced (especially in Toronto), they've got a POOL (open in the summer months), and the staff and facilities are fantastic! The adorable pictures they send (and post on social media) of all the dogs (and staff) having so much fun speak for themselves.

Highly recommend, we'll definitely be bringing Ellie back frequently!

I was so nervous since my dog has never been to a daycare before. From the initial contact, how accommodating, assuring and nice they were on the phone to when I actually dropped him and picked him up, they made me feel at ease. I was comfortable my pup is in good hands and I couldn't be more grateful to them. Jax will be a frequent visitor here:)

I was pleasantly surprised by our Meet and Greet with the staff at Parker Pet Care. They want to meet your dog to be sure they will be safe and happy at the facility. What a great idea! My dogs were happy to go along with Jessica in the back to meet staff and other dogs, and had a great time. I am looking forward to bringing my dogs for their first overnight at the kennel. I am sure they will have a great time!

We can do the things we love because we know our beloved Lucy is in the best care. The level of professionalism and reliability is off the charts. My dogs Bo and Dallas have been going to Parker Pet Care for boarding for many years now. My wife and I never have any concerns leaving our boys in their care. I went in to see for available places for both dog and cat boarding. All the pets are kept in cages with barely any room to move around. They do not care to much about customer satisfaction, and if you want your pet to receive love and attention you will need to pay more. Other pet care facilities do not charge extra for literally making sure that the pets are happy. Parker Pet Care is just trying to get as much money out of you as they can. Do not fall for their SCAMS!

I cannot recommend Parker Pet Care enough.
My dog is extremely nervous when it comes to getting her nails clipped but they do a great job at keeping her calm and always do a great job.
The times I've taken both my girls there for their spa days have been equally as great and they always come out looking good and in high spirits.

We recently dropped off our cat here at the North York location and we could not have had a more positive experience! Meredith and Emilia greeted us as soon as we walked in and you could tell that they love animals. Meredith made us feel so comfortable about leaving our cat there and she didn't rush us at all despite the fact that we arrived near closing time. We've been getting updates from the amazing staff there as to how our cat is doing which I really appreciate. I could not recommend this place enough, thank you Meredith for being so amazing!

Great team, all super nice and extremely accommodating! We have always left our cats in their care, and have always been very happy with the way they take care of them. We were 15 minutes late after closing time to pick up our cat last night, and Matthew from the Care Team stayed late for us; he even called us to see where we were, and waited even longer when we told him we were close. He had our cat all ready in the carrier and was extremely gracious even though we kept him late. They also sent us pictures when we inquired about her while we were away. Our cat seemed healthy and very well taken care of when we picked her up! Will definitely always go back to them.

Everything about Parker Pet Care was perfect. My dog is my entire life. She is by my side all the time. I had severe anxiety with choosing someone to leave her with. I had a trial day with them and then choose them to board my dog with when I had to go out of town for a week. A few things I would like point out.

1. At the end of the trial day, they gave me a report card and a picture of how she did with detailed notes. I loved this added benefit.
2. I had multiple types of food, treats and requests. They labeled EVERYTHING to make sure it was clear (what type of food to use when etc).
3. Every time I requested an updated, they responded with very detailed notes about how my dog was doing. They also included multiple pictures.
4. I got the feeling that everyone I dealt with genuinely loved dogs and were excited to come to work. It really calmed my dog down and lessened her separation anxiety.

I searched for weeks to find someone I felt comfortable with and were fantastic. I wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else. Thank you guys!

Parker is the best. The staff are amazing, the facility is great, my dog loves going there. I moved out of Toronto last year and now I make a 1.5 hr drive to Parker when I need boarding - that's how good they are. This business is run really well.

Wonderful, caring people. The facilities are extensive for both dogs and cats. They even do pickup and delivery. A well run, well established business.

We were away on vacation in Florida when we got the call from Andrew Parker that our dog developed a twisted stomach, which is fatal if not taken care by a veterinarian. I was told our dog was rushed to the emergency Vet and expect to get a call from James Parker the moment our dog is seen by the emergency Vet. Within 30 minutes I was getting an update from James and 15 minutes later from the Vet. I was given all the information by James and the Vet on what happened and how my dog was being cared for. Another hour later I got another call from James and the Vet to let me know my dog was out of emergency and needed to stay overnight.
The next day my dog was picked up by James Parker and brought back to the kennel and got another call from Andrew Parker to let me know they have our dog and they are keeping an eye on him. The whole experience was nerve wrecking but with Andrew and James Parker taking care of all the arrangement and constantly getting updates, we were at ease that our dog was cared for. It was amazing to see the owners hands on taking care of our dog and really caring for him health. There were not just very professional but really understand the caring of our dog is their number 1 priority but also caring for our emotion.
Many thanks to Andrew and James for going the extra miles and really caring for our dog. You have no idea how relieved we are to know our dog is getting the best care from your establishment.

This place is so great! Our 2 1/2 year old German shepherd mix - Betta - is anxious and we’ve had challenges socializing her. We started to take her to Parker Pet at least once a week and have seen a huge improvement in her behaviour and temperament. She loves going there! The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. And they have a wide range of services available including boarding and nail trims, baths, etc. Pricing is very reasonable and their hours are very accommodating. Can’t say enough about Parker Pet at Meadowvale!

Let me start off with the staff. Amazing energy and they care.
I was very anxious as this was my first time using a Daycare for my cat.

After i met with Meredith my mind was put at ease.
They gave me daily updates which helped put a smile on my face.

When i picked him up he looked just fine.

Meredith even helped me carry my cat to the car for me.

To anyone reading this review. Parker Pet care should be at the top of your list of places to take your pet to.

I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for their support.

Our dog Joee is very fussy, but is able to be calm and have fun at Parker Pet care. The staff is patient and trustworthy! Would definitely and have recommended them to others!

My dogs love it here and are always eager to jump out of the car and check in!

A beautiful property conveniently nestled right in the heart of a quiet residential neighbourhood. Their indoor accommodations are heated, air conditioned, cleaned/sterilized 3x daily and the staff who care for the guests are second to none ensuring each and every one of them has a routine that caters to their individual needs. Terrace area, outdoor playgrounds (4), indoor Cuddle Room and indoor Clubhouse play yards are available for all guests to ensure their activity needs are met regardless of weather conditions. Senior staff are trained to administer medications and they have the ability to care for regulated diabetic pets as well.

Extensive professional background beginning their business in 1945 it is now third generation Parker Family and they have certainly discovered what it takes to offer reliable, affordable, quality, top notch care for canine and feline guests.

WARNING - I am a now former loyal client of many years who recently boarded my dog at Parker Pet Care, North York. While away, I contacted Parker several times and was advised that my dog was “eating well and doing great. ”

My dog returned to me noticeably malnourished and dehydrated, having LOST 11% body weight in 10 days. My dog required expensive emergency and follow-up veterinary care, and is still recovering.

Confirmed feeding instructions were ignored, and when asked why, the manager made a joke, laughed, and quickly turned away.

Several requests were made to speak to the owner, Andrew Parker; however, I was informed by two staff members that Mr. Parker was “too high up in the organization to bother with clients, too busy with more important matters, and that any issues would have to be discussed with the manager” - the same manager who joked and laughed at my concerns.

Voice mail messages to discuss my concerns were not returned.

Unprofessional and disrespectful, Parker has lost my business. I will definitely NEVER use Parker Pet Care again, and do NOT recommend them.

I have nothing but such amazing things to say about this place and their staff! Especially Meredith! I bring my dog Charlie to their day care facility and when I pick him up at the end of the day he is the happiest guy in the world. They always smother him with love and kisses and I know Charlie has grown to love the staff there as well. Meredith is the office manager and from what I’ve seen she wears a lot of hats. She is absolutely amazing and has always taken such great care of me and my little guy. Highly highly recommend this place!
