Don't park here they charge you for a full 24 hours, but you're not allowed to go back and forth with your vehicle if you get out, you have to pay again.

I get that you gotta charge full rate for lost tickets, but 60 dollars for a lost ticket is a bit excessive don't you think? Absolute money racket. Don't park here if you can avoid it.

This place is disgusting! Stairwell's are nasty. No employees to speak of anywhere. My wife had her wallet stolen from the trunk of my car and they said it is on us. So much for having a nice day of shopping

I dropped my ticket when changing my baby, but the place closed by the time I went to go find my ticket. Had to pay $60! Three times the daily rate. And we were there for 2hrs max. I literally cried. How is this ethical or allowed? We usually park in the other lots… first and last time indigo. Very money hungry company. They also didn’t help their own employee get out of the lot.

Used the car park on February 5,2023 and I think it was the last time I've done it. Smelly (urine smell in the stair case, weed smell all over the place), elevators not working, door handles not working (really dangerous to open the doors leading towards staircase), lots of dubious guys in the hallways, overpriced.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I paid for my parking at 10: 04 pm. The machine sucked in my ticket when I inserted it, but I paid $18 and retained a receipt. I got to the gate and there was no place use my receipt so I pushed the HELP button. The person on the help desk said the tickets don’t get retained and hung up on me. I was stuck with NO WAY TO GET OUT! I called back again and again the help person and SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER. So, I called the Ottawa Police. An officer showed up promptly and he called the help button, Identified himself as Sergeant (insert last name) of the Ottawa Police. She then asked him for the receipt i.d numbers and opened the gate. NOW COULD SHE NOT HAVE DONE THAT SAME THING WITH ME INSTEAD OF BEING A HATEFUL PERSON WHO LOCKED US IN AND REFUSED TO LET US OUT? Terrible, Terrible person and representative of the company. She should be fired.

Very filthy stairs and elevator, smelled like public toilet. Extremely overpriced parkade.
$20 for 2 hours is a steep price!
Would never use it again!

Super expensive. 3$/20min. But it’s prime parking in the heart of the Byward Market. Narrow passages and sharp turns.
