Park'N Fly, Economy Self Park - C Lot, Airport Parking

My vehicle was safe, received outstanding assistance in the Economy Lot & was cheaper than what I was quoted!

Could not find a valet review so posting it here. Recently this week came back from holidays and discovered the next day our car was covered it white overspray paint. Currently dealing with their customer service and they are completely denying and wrong doing.
I will never use Park N Fly again

It’s massive, buses pass frequently, and drivers are always helpful. I always book here.

Terrible experience both going to our flight and coming home. Not enough shuttle buses for this economy parking lot. Waited at least 30mins and then the same on the way back. Finally just took a cab to the lot. Avoid this and if you need to use their service use another option for your own sanity.

Pick up was good from economy in the middle of the day. Only waited about 5-10min. After returning from my trip at 10pm and exiting at terminal 3 and calling the provided number then I had to wait an additional over 1 hour. A few buses came by solely for park n fly other parking lots and then finally other buses came for economy lot that filled up quickly with people arguing pushing past each other after waiting so long. Either take an Uber to your car or just don’t use this company all together.
Probably understandably but the driver complained the whole 15min trip to the airport being paid a poor wage. This company sadly kind of has the market cornered but you can find other parking or just pay a bit more to be safe and park at the airport.

We have been waiting for 45 mins and called them 4 times yet no bus is here to pick us up. I hope we don’t miss our flight……

We've done valet parking in the past at Park N Fly and economy this time. We have decided to go with the economy from here on out. We paid just under $80 for a full week, with a discount code from the airline.

Great place to park your call. The prices are fair. The customer service agents are helpful and always there to solve any discrepancies if you have ticket issues.

The shuttle was nice and our drivers were friendly. But the real highlight was getting a jumpstart in our hour of need! After a plane that had been delayed for 22 hours and bags that didn't show up for 5 hours, we showed up to a car with a dead battery, and it just seemed like another string of bad luck, but the Park N Fly quickly sent us someone to give us a boost and on our way home. We are so grateful!

Shantelle was awesome! She was genuinely enthusiastic about our trip and went to great lengths to hype us up. No radio for music on the bus, but she improved and gave us a fun performance! Thanks Shantelle!

Good place to leave your car parked. As it stands economy means the more time to be picked up, so next time I’ll be sure to get there with plenty of time before I catch my flight.

We forgot one of our carry-ons and the bus driver took us back to retrieve it from our car. Very good service. Very friendly. Book online ahead of time to get a discounted rate instead of showing up the day of leaving the airport to park. Print out your barcode and scan at the parking gate when you arrive. The bus driver writes out the section you parked in for when you come back. Shuttle service is quick. Made airport parking easy and effortless.

Wouldn't scan my reservation barcode from my phone. Wouldn't let me print the reservation before I left home. Hope they don't double charge me.

Great experience.drove in.parked and there was a shuttle waiting and delivered us to the airport in minutes! Coming back at midnight same experience. Very well done. And organized. Look online for coupons!

One driver ran a red light (Carlingview and Dixon) and almost killed me and my wife tonight, then had the audacity to laugh about it. Very dangerous and unprofessional. I was considering using this company when I go on my next vacation next year but that’s definitely not going to happen now. Train your drivers to do better.

Always had a good experience here. It is super affordable compared to any other parking near Pearson, the buses were fast (Remember to call for them), and i had no issues leaving my car here for over 3 weeks. When i had arrived my car's battery was dead, but i was able to call for help and the workers got me going again very quickly. I have parked multiple times here before and will again in the future.

I park there a lot to save money. Get a coupon before going so you can scan it once you get there. I didn't give 5 stars as the busses do not run on any resemblance of a schedule. Last time I was travelled we waited well over 30 minutes for the bus and then 2 or 3 showed up at the same time. Good thing it wasn't too cold. Great service, but give yourself extra time in case the bus takes a while.

Awful! Not only did they not shovel out the exit, but they plowed our car completely in.
No one was of any assistance. We should not have to dig our car out, or dig our way to the exit.

We used Park N Fly first time in Nov when we parked the car for 2 weeks and then again in Dec for a month. Both times we had the best experience. Finding a parking spot was easy; shuttles to and from the airport were on time (honestly, we never had to wait more than 4-5 mins for a shuttle). The staff were brilliant, very polite and quick to help. Since we had parked the car for a month outside in winter, we worried that the battery would be dead. On our way from the airport to the parking, we asked the shuttle driver to see if they could arrange some help in case the car battery was dead. The help was there within minutes of us arriving. Thankfully we didn't need any help, but I appreciated the promptness.
I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

We used this service on the first day of Christmas vacations. It was snowing pretty hard, and the shuttle was right there when we came in, so there was no wait at all. Pat (our driver) was so kind as to drive up to our car, so we just picked up our luggage and went inside. Super helpful when you're leaving your coat behind for your trip to the South! She explained how the system works, and was very kind.
On the way back, you call the number provided (it's a bot), and this time we had to wait a little bit (about 15-20 min), but we could wait inside the terminal, so again, we didn't get cold. The driver (I didn't catch his name) again was very helpful and delivered us to the shelter in our part of the parking lot.
Economy parking is about 15 minutes from Terminal 1, but to us, the price was worth the extra few minutes.

Find a coupon and usually it is available online. The shuttle service is frequent and shuttle drivers are courteous. Rates are reasonable. Give yourself extra 20-25 minutes as sometimes you have to wait a bit for the shuttle especially when it left the moment you arrive. There is a phone number available in cabins if shuttle does not show up quickly.

It was FAST. Parking was almost full but we found some spots. Parked. Waked to shuttle called number. Shuttle came. Just like that. Was worried about reviews. Wanted to balance them with some good experiences.

Easy to find parking, found it very quickly. Quick pick up by the shuttle bus when we returned in the middle of the night (Dec 26,2021). When we paid, our coupon did not work with the payment machine. We told the driver and she called customer service. Within a few mins, a gentleman came to fix it. We were very pleased with the service; it has improved a lot since before. Thanks a lot!

Had to wait a long time for the shuttle to the airport was about to get an Uber but a lady with a baby I was with called and complained and they sent a shuttle right away for us.however the shuttle on the way back shuttle was there waiting and very fast

If you are considering using Park N Fly because you are disabled, don't. They state on their web site that if you are unable to get into one of their shuttle buses, they will pick you up in your car. My wife was left waiting between midnight and 1 am on the pavement with a broken leg, nearly in tears with the pain. When we called for pick up, doing all that was asked of us in the instructions, we were told "5-10 minutes maximum. " When the driver finally showed up with our vehicle, he did not get out to help my wife get in the car, stow her wheel scooter and assist with bags. He then told us the reason he was so late is that they do not have the staff to perform the service for the disabled that they advertise. If you have a disability, Pearson is equipped to deal with you. Park there! Don't use Park N Fly!

Waited very long for the pick up at the lot only to have to stand all the way to the airport. Coming back had a lot of issues getting the payment and discount coupon to work and for the gate to lift up. Very frustrating. May think twice to return.

I used it every time I fly but this time the pick up from the airport was a terrible wait time and the lady shouldn’t have been driving. She was literally falling asleep at the wheel. I was sitting by the front and she was sleeping at a light. Extremely dangerous and she got into an argument with some other people in the bus.

I was originally to be parked at economy self park but it was full and they upgrade me to Valet parking. I went and park my vehicle there on Sunday, December 22nd 2019 and return on Sunday, January 5th 2020. When I got home I was looking for my GPS that was in my glove compartment and it wasn’t there someone stole it plus I had a few strawberry car air fresheners and it was gone too. I forgot to take them out as I always do before I parked but I forgot.
There are thieves working at Valet Parking so I’m gonna let them checked the cameras to see if they can find the culprit.

I went away for 4 days, decided to park at Park n Fly, honestly I have used other companies as well but these guys were amazing, shuttle bus drivers was amazing lady and got my car on time.
I will use them again.

Kevin who work at the gates at the economy parking lot was so rude and not helpful.
They now have competitors with cheaper prices.so make sure before u book u visit other sites
I had an online Quote but the machine paid me pay more. Kevin who is the gate keeper there was present but refused to help saying he has nothing to do with the price.
I had been there before but this was one bad experience

The self park is a joke. Waited for 38 minutes in -20 with my wife and 9 month old. Couldn’t wait anymore so had to go to the valet parking. Oh and I had to pay $23 for that 38 minute wait and now they won’t refund my money. From the email they sent me:

“hello and good morning,
unfortunately that is standard waiting time at our lots, other than valet which is a 8 minute guarantee.we do apologize but we cannot issue a refund. ”

This is a shameless money grab and pathetic customer service, stay far away.

Convenient if you’re willing to take the shuttle to the airport and back. A little pricey unless you apply a coupon so make sure you do that before booking your spot.

Parked here twice, and had no problems with my experience. By far, one of the most affordable airport parking options near Pearson. Use the online coupons for a bit of savings on your way out.

The biggest complaint about this lot is that the shuttle comes fairly late (both to and from the airport) so make sure you give yourself enough time before your flight. It could be upto 45mins in bad weather or late flights. On the flipside you could also catch it right away or as little as 10 mins.

4 a.m. No shuttle bus. Waited for more than an hour. The first shuttle bus refused to take us. The second shuttle bus did not open the doors and passed by us. The third shuttle bus arrived, the driver said is from a different company, and wanted to take a 'lunch' break, pondering to leave us, the passengers for another shuttle bus. The driver did not provide any paper notes for the location, and did not ask which terminal to go to. Also did not apologize for the delay. We barely made the flight

Horrible service. Waited for pickup at the airport and saw about 4-5 valet shuttles come by, but no economy/selfpark. Some people waited for 60 minutes. Other companies appeared to drive by more frequently.
Had trouble paying as the machine would not scan my ticket. Called for help and was asked to read the instructions sarcastically and then told I was obviously doing it wrong. After 5 minutes of doing the same thing it finally scanned. Dont blame the customer for your garbage equipment and further display how bad your customer service is.

We waited far too long for a shuttle bus. We had one even zoom right past us at the waiting shelter leaving us very concerned when the next one would arrive. We waited for three buses finally and when we got on there was no heat!

Friendly man drove us to airport. Not so friendly woman picked us up from airport.
We did not wait for shuttles long.
The method of paying us a little difficult. Had to scan ticket. Took some number of times before it worked.
