Wonderful convenient service. Frequent shuttles to and from airport, which are extremely comfortable. Parking lots are huge, yet well labeled so your parking spot easy to find. The best airport parking service I have used, and I have tried most of them in the area.

Horrible customer service. Called around 10pm on Sept 2 2023 and some woman picked up and gave me pure attitude and brushed me off and told me to go on the website to get a quote. When I told her I am calling so she can help me do says well it's the same thing on the website. The whole reason I am calling is so you can help me! Unbelievable, you shouldn't be in customer service with an attitude like that.

Very  estresful and frustrated experience! Today is friday Aug 25th 2023, Almost Missed our flight because of the airport shuttles long wait. We waited almost 50 min    . We arrived at self parking before 7Am and bus arrived 7-44 am. On their website, they said, that their shuttle arrives every 5-10 minute!   Not acceptable. Bad customer service!

First time using the park n fly self park lot. Didn't have any issues parking, getting my rate etc however when I returned I had an issue locating the pay station as there is a sign that says "use pay station directly in front of this kiosk" and when I went to that spot the machine wasn't working. There was an employee driving around in a "Customer Care" van who I politely asked how I pay and he responded with "can't you read the sign? Come-on". I told him the sign leads you to a machine that doesn't work and is blocked by another van and he sarcastically laughed at me and told me to go "under the tent". This was also after a long and exhausting overnight flight so the last thing I needed to deal with is attitude from a "customer care" employee. Will never ever be using park n fly again. Would rather pay the prices at the terminal than give them more business. It's unfortunate that what would probably be a decent service has this type of person providing customer care. In case someone in charge is reading this it was the middle aged Asian male who was driving the customer care van at approx 830am in the self park lot on May 30th

I have always had issues in the past with park n fly but the issues were usually small and forgivable but not today. My husband and I were trying to leave after arriving from a long flight, to find the machine that takes your card does not work and there was no one at the booth. I tried pressing the call button and it doesn't work. How are you supposed to help customers when the call button is broken.

So after searching the internet for a customer service phone number I talked to a woman told her we were waiting to pay and the machine was not working. She told me she would be sensing someone over. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes with no one coming, I called again to be told there's no one to talk to. My husband and I waited even longer and still no one! Waiting over 40 minutes in the parking lot basically being help hostage is unacceptable, I dont have all day to wait. I called again and talked to the same woman and had to ask for a manager and tell her that there was more people also waiting to leave.

Then suddenly someone shows up and tell us they have been having issues with that machine. If you're having issues then have someone at the booth! After all that we got a sorry from the staff member and that's it. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall run of the place.

I parked at the Toronto Park'N Fly for a week and I am very plessed with the service. The arrived very quickly in less than a minute and got dropped right by my departure airlines and got picked up right upon my arrival back to Toronto.

The service was very convenient and very quick. I will be trying this srvice again in the near future and my car was kept very secure. The price was very affordable and fair and easy to get too and plenty of parking spaces to choose from.

After waiting 40 mins for the attendant to let us out. He proceeded to close the gate down on the hood of my truck. Then claimed there was no damage done. My passenger got out and took pics of the damage. Was then sent to speak to the manager. Still waiting on answer what will be done. Will update this review based on how they handle this.

UPDATE: within 2 weeks I was contacted by Park N fly rep. He apologized for being late with a follow up as he was on holidays. He requested 2 quotes for repair. I was only able to obtain 1 as the nature of my job doesn't give me much time at home. Making appointments hard to get. He was fine with the 1 quote. This has been resolved and I'm happy with the end result. Thanks again Alberto. I appreciate your time.

Easy to reserve online. Easy and quick pick up from one of many shuttle stops at the parking lot. When we got off flight the shuttle was at terminal 3 door B post 19. There are also terminal 1 shuttle pick ups.

We arrived today flying from Dublin and at the waiting point was like in the jungle. Nobody knew where to queue and the people were running up and down to catch a bus. The most ridiculous and unorganized company ever. Last time parking with them.

Booking was done online. All went well tbh. The car drop off (I chose self parking), getting the shuttle bus to and from the airport was also great. The major issue was exiting the parking lot. I wished there was more help in terms of directions to the exit. It was tough to locate it for me and had some issues paying as well.

This is an excellent and very affordable service if you need to drive into the airport. Used it in September 2022. Lots of l spaces available and quick and frequent shuttle to the airport. Much cheaper than and Uber if you don’t live in the City.

Customer service is crashing at this location, at a rapid rate. Drivers are getting less and less friendly and theor driving is just shy of terrible. Been standing here for 30 minutes now, intercoms down and they won't answer their phones.

I spent 40 min waiting for the shuttle to the airport. On the way back I wait already for 20 min. The stuff on the phone is extremely rude. There are many other companies with much better customer service and better prices. I don't think I will use this company again.

They are thieves. They steal the cars. We parked the car Lexus RX 350 there and when we came back it’s not there. Without their knowledge, how did the car went outside? Employees itself might have done this. They just provide the report in a print out paper and their job done. Instead of checking the cameras, or checking what might have happened, they just gave the incident report and asked to complaint to police. Worst place to park the car. It will be much better if we park it in any shopping mall or road side instead of park n fly.

Parking surface is ok, shuttle service is frequent, drivers are working hard. HOWEVER the other four stars were removed due to the abysmal experience dealing with their customer service dept.

I was charged twice on the credit card due to the malfunctioning gate back in June 2022. Note that it's now mid of September 2022. Here is the story:

I wrote email to request a refund with cc statement and receipt. To my surprise they insisted to ask my address, because they said they need to mail a cheque as refund instead of simply refund it back to credit card (?). I wondered why they need to mail a cheque and how about customers from other provinces? Ok, I gave them address, and I never received the refund cheque, a few email was sent, with one replied saying that cheque was mailed in early August. Then they never responded my follow up email. Now I understand why they need to send you a refund cheque, because you will never get it and it's not their fault. It took 3 months to get nothing refunded!

Parked for 2 weeks speedy shuttle on departure & arrival alike, found my clean car nearly at midnight but my battery was dead. I called customer service and within 3 minutes a super friendly attendant came with extra long jumper cables and gave us a boost. Perfect service and will be back!

Parked in lot B and watched 2 shuttles come in and leave without us. Called number to get help, they said they would send shuttle back, but they never did. Then stopped answering the phone. Would rate less than zero if I could

The lot is enormous and there is no list of available spaces, so you must drive around. The pavement is uneven or missing. The shelter at the waiting area where I parked was overflowing with trash and there was no clean place to stand. I waited outside. They have no cleaning staff, apparently, or they arrive monthly. The shuttles in both directions were prompt, courteous and in a good state. Paying was a challenge. Using the required "app" (they do not issue a ticket if you use the app), the bar code reader required many tries (it is blocked so you can't get close to it). There was no one in the office to help. After the reader finally recognized the bar code, there was a message to follow the instructions on the screen. There were no instructions on the screen. And, still, no one was in the office to help. There was a place next to to the reader that looked like I could scan a credit card. I tried it and something below spit out a receipt and opened the gate. ParKNFly is not as good as it used to be. I recommend that you spend a bit more and use one of the airport facilities. If you want to try the ParkNFly adventure, make sure that that the waiting area you use is free of garbage, that the pavement is decent, that you find a way to a parking spot before your flight leaves, and that the app and barcode reader are operational. And ask in advance how you get help. The shuttle driver said that someone in the building where you pay would help. That was not true.

Has gone downhill since opening lot B: insufficient shuttle frequency has resulted in some lengthier wait times. Last night, there were two large groups waiting and the shuttles kept picking up some of the first group and passing by the second. We gave up and took a cab to get our car ($24!).

When I flew a month ago, I waited almost 30 min.for a pickup at the main lot. I would hesitate to use the economy lot now for this reason.

That's not all, the automatic kiosks are buggy. Last night, an attendant had to come out to reset the kiosk so we could leave. Another time the problem was an entry gate, where cars had to figure out it wasn't working and drive around to the other gate.

Maybe insufficient staff are the issue, not sure, but PNF you are losing my business.

Too bad that I can't rate it zero!
At 2am cold March night I came to my car to find out that all fuel was drained. Tried to find someone on site to help me, none was available: in the booth lights and computers were on, but not a soul to help customers. Every other one of them needed help with the payment machine. Luckily for me an Irish little lady driving one of those shuttles agreed to help me and call a customer support guy. The guy came 20 minutes later, all sleepy and indifferent, told me I could talk to manager about the fuel. Another 20 minutes later the "manager" came and resolved the situation by telling me that it is impossible to drain fuel from a car. Not only he charged me for full week of parking, he also had audacity to charge an extra day because I overstayed 2 hours while I was running around looking for help. In the end CAA helped me out. The two Park and Fly clowns were all totally rude arrogant and scoffing at all my troubles.

DISGUSTING STAFF the male workers here are absolutely garbage and rude. My mother didn’t have the barcode because I was on my flight so I couldn’t send it to her. They wouldn’t let her out they had locked in there, she even said she would call the police if they didn’t let her out and they laughed and said they didn’t care. They were horrible my baby sister was crying in the back of her car the whole time. But thank you to the kind woman at the both at the other end who let her out, you saved my mom from further distress.

Driver got into a screaming match with another driver in front of all customers then screamed at me to shut up multiple times when I asked him to stop and carry on the conversation privately. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude. The other driver was attempting to quietly walk away and he would not allow him to, followed him berating him until he drove away.

At certain times it is difficult to find a parking space, but overall the service is good. The shuttle drivers are especially pleasant and helpful. Used the self park every time I had to fly.

Parked at this place last week for a week in the self parking lot. I had been using Skypark for the last little while but heard horrendous reviews about it from a friend who used them recently. Main reasons I liked park n fly.

1. Book online in advance and you can get a pretty decent discount. Make sure to scan the online booking barcode at the time of entry to save yourself some trouble at the time of checkout. If you forget you can still claim the discount. Just scan your ticket and then choose loyalty discount on the screen and then scan the online discount bar code.

2. Shuttles run every 2 mins and pick up and drop offs are easy.

3. It is a massive parking lot and it was quite busy but I was able to find a spot.

Everything is automated but still there are attendants in vans in the parking lot in case you run into issues or have questions. Hope this helps.

As a regular traveller who uses this service every time and although it can be confusing for a lot of people I normally really enjoy using this service and the workers are normally helpful and courteous; however, I had the worst experience just now October 19th at 6: 00am after having a 12hr flight. My husband and I were picked up by the rudest lady. The bus she drove said “ valet parking “ but since she was stopped my husband asked if she also went to self parking, she yelled and spoke to my husband quite rude but ultimately urged us to get on. At drop off my husband said to her she should smile more and this just set her off even more. She yelled and told us off as she shut the doors on our faces. Terrible experience.

It actually costed me less to keep my car at Park`n`Fly for two weeks than taking one-way taxi from Oshawa to Pearson. This is my absolute go-to parking now. Shuttles still operate during COVID times, you just need to press a buzzer inside any of the waiting shelter and they will come pick you up.
IMPORTANT: book ahead of time online - it will cut off almost half price:)

Used this service twice via economy parking lot, and really enjoyed the ease of driving and parking my car by the airport.

Super convenient, they have a shuttle to grab you to the airport as well as pick you up from airport to parking lot.

If you can find a coupon code online it’s actually really affordable!

Had an amazing experience all around with Park n Fly the last time I travelled. From the front desk staff to the drivers. I had a small issue where my bag got mixed up with someone elses and I truly felt like Park n Fly were interested in my situation and did everything to help.

I have also never had an issue with payment, parking or the service I have received. Will always use park n fly for my travel. Thanks for your exceptional service!

I have to give a shout out to both our shuttle drivers. We were traveling with a LOT of stuff and they were helpful and patient and didn't make us feel like they were being held up. On the way home our driver Lana let us leave the kids on the bus where it was warm while we brought the car around and installed the car seats. Amazing experience.

If you want to wait 2 hours in the freezing cold for a shuttle and then end up paying a cab, hopping the fence to your vehicle and then paying full price, use park n fly. I never write reviews and am not hard to please but this was just brutal. We waited at E3- I guess we should have gone to A1 because every shuttle stops there and then is full. The valet drivers kept telling us economy drivers were coming but everytime they did it drove by full. When we asked if we should go to A1 they said no it was coming to E3 and didnt seem to care. Use skypark or skyway park before this service. About 10 shuttles came for those companies. Great way to end an amazing vacay. I will never use this service again and would never reccomend.

My expectations of airport parking is always going to be low based on the numerous times I have used these services at various airports. My rating is low based on wait times especially at Toronto going back to the parking lot. There are always empty Valet buses driving round who won’t pick self park up.fair enough it’s a valet bus but self park who come very little always pick up valet meaning extra stop at a place it’s not meant to stop! Frustrating

This place is a joke. We waited over an hour for a shuttle to take us back to our car. By the time a shuttle came, it was too full with people who showed up while we were waiting. We had to continue to wait for the next one. When I shared my concerns with the driver he just laughed. When we finally got to our car and then to the pay station I tried talking to the woman at Customer Service, who just rolled her eyes. They don't care - I will never use Park 'N Fly - Toronto Airport again.

Long wait for a bus to come.
Crowded buses.
Empty buses drive right past you, leave you in the cold. Dont bother calling them to inquire about wait, they will tell you to keep waiting, bus will be right there.
These guys forget that there are other options out there. These guys must have too much business as their quality of service has noticably declined.

Arrived at the lot at 4: 15am on February 10. Had to wait out in the cold for 35 until a shuttle arrived. (There were multiple shuttles dropping off people, but they would not pick us up.) Their shelter intercom system does not work, it kept going to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. I tried calling their phone number, but it too kept sending me to the full voicemail box. When the shuttle arrived it was packed with standing room only. I emailed their customer service from my destination to complain. They kept making excuses (more people than we expected, traffic, weather) all of which can be mitigated with proper management. Besides, there were no weather or traffic issues that would cause such a lengthy delay. They offered me a discount on my next parking stay with them. They should have offered a discount on this parking stay for substandard service. Who would subject themselves to future headaches when the company just makes excuses for their poor service. Our return from the airport to the lot on February 20 wasn't any better. I phoned after I retrieved my bags, as instructed on the piece of paper they gave me. We walked to the designated pick up location. There was a shuttle there, but it was a valet shuttle. The driver informed me that she radioed for a self-park shuttle and that it would not be too long. She then departed empty. Five minutes later another valet shuttle arrived and departed nearly empty. Then shortly after that another valet shuttle came. Then another valet shuttle came. Then another valet shuttle. After standing out in the cold for a good 30 minutes the first valet shuttle came back and noticed that we were still standing there, now with more than 20 others who were also waiting to be picked up. Only then did that driver allow us to board and drive us to the lot. And again, the shuttle was packed, standing room only. The airport might be only 5 minutes away from the lot, but it takes this company 45 minutes to transport you. It seems that this is their modus operandi. We could have walked to the airport faster. I never had this experience with the other parking companies. This company was the same price as another company that I considered. I wish I had chosen the other company, as their shuttles came by multiple times as we stood there in the cold waiting for this company to show up once. Well, they got their money from me this time, but never again.

We used this service last weekend. Service when left he vehicle was ok but returning was a very different Story. The service definitely does not run ever 8 mins. We waited over 2 hours for s shuttle when returning. Valet shuttle passed us by numerous times and did not stop. We were waiting for Self park, we travel 2 x per year and depend on this service. Called several times and of course no answer. We ended up spending $25.00 on a cab to get the short distance to get our vehicle. We did see Skypark come and pick up passenger every 10 mins. I will never use this service again, my dollars will be going to Skypark!

Early flight, and buses were not running. Could not phone anyone. Could not find schedule on line or anything. Loads of people were packed into the shelters waiting. Almost called a cab to get from park'n fly to the airport.
They did get us there, but it was scary.
Could not find out what the problem was. Hope this is not just how it is early morning.

We left on the 15th of February and got back this morning of the 23rd about 2am. Got through customs and got our baggage at about 3am. Found the spot to lineup for airport shuttles. We were 2 of 10 people waiting outside. Saw plenty of vans for maybe 4 other parking lots and a bunch of hotel transports. We waited for about 30 minutes and finally a bus for park n fly came. At this point there's probably 50 people waiting for this park n fly van. So when we are getting in the van, the driver says this is valet not self park. So we back off the bus and get to the back of the crowd. We waited maybe another 10 minutes after even calling the park n fly and being assured there will be a bus there shortly. But I mean 40 minutes for a shortly arriving bus doesn't strike any significance in my mind. I looked around after we were shuffled to the back of the crowd and the crowd over doubled waiting for transportation who were most likely waiting for the same bus. Ended up calling an Uber and within 5 minutes we walked a little further down and were picked up and dropped off at the self park. I don't know all about parking lots in Toronto but we used this because Sunwing gave us a voucher and I will not be using park n fly again. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the service was cheap and there was a bus waiting for us when we arrived to the lot on the 15th and didn't have to wait.

Tldr; I didn't want to wait at 3am after my vacation for a bus with no sense of urgency or no logical timeline.price was good. Will be using a car service next time for vacation.

I have been using Park N Fly for two years now and while I have never been overly impressed with their service, the Valet service was at least acceptable. But my recent experience was so appalling - Park N Fly Valet lost my vehicle for over an hour. We paid for Valet service.to have our vehicle ready upon arrival.and we waited for over an hour. Staff at the desk were extremely unhelpful and the manager refused to come speak to us to provide an explanation. After standing outside in the cold trying to get some answers from the valet staff, we discovered that no one knew where our car was. We had to exercise some pretty demonstrative frustration before the manager agreed to speak to us and issue us a refund, but we were told the refund wouldn't show up for a couple of weeks, and I am STILL waiting, 6 weeks later, for a refund. I am unable to get a hold of a customer service rep on the phone or via email - there aren't any actual PEOPLE to follow up with, all the customer service phone numbers lead to voicemail and all emails remain unanswered when I try to inquire about the status of my refund. The fact that I had to demand a refund for the Valet service I paid for even after they lost my vehicle is maddening to begin with. I will not be using Park N Fly again and do NOT RECOMMEND you do either - there are many other parking options that would be much less frustrating and more efficient.

Parking rates are better than they are at the airport but still fairly high. It took a long time for the shuttle to arrive both on departure and arrival and both times people had to stand because it was so full. The parking lot felt safe and secure.

Good price, but not worth it. Waited forever for the shuttle. No intercom hooked up in the shelter. Waited in the dark by myself with no option to speak to someone. Tried calling their contact centre but it loops you around and you can't get a hold of anyone.

I use the service when I have to. I park my car and get a ride to the airport. However it's the return trip that is the issue. Waiting times for me were over 40 min.in the winter outside. Then when I went to leave my discount card or caa did not work. They had a guy helping at checkout because everyone had issues. Very disappointed.

After many years using ParkNfly, it was the last time i used it, service quality decreased significantly, after i waited 50 min for bus i was about to miss my flight there for took an uber to airport! Disaster service hundred of passengers waited for bus for about an hour in cold weather and not even one bus show up! Close the business if you can not hire more driver!

The website states that the shuttle averages 15-20 minutes or less. We were waiting for more than 30 minutes before a bus came to the lot. Definitely not as advertised. 20+ ppl were crammed with luggage, people could barely fit. Will not be taking this again.

THE 1 STAR IS OBLIGATORY, ONLY SO THAT I CAN POST! This company has done NOTHING in our estimation to even warrant that one star! Our experience yesterday with the self-serve economy shuttle for Park"N Fly was beyond frustrating! After waiting with a crowd of 20-30+ similarly frustrated customers for over an hour, as 8 Valet Park'N Fly shuttles came and went, with not an economy self serve shuttle in sight for the entire hour, we finally gave up and called a taxi. We tried the Park"N Fly phone number, only to receive an automated (and useless) response. Several in the crowd pleaded with one of the Valet drivers to please phone their dispatch but he refused. Needless to say, NO SERVICE equals NO STARS! We will NEVER use this service again, not even their Valet service. If they can't honour their promises to their self serve economy customers, they are not a company that deserves ANY of our business.

No on site humans! Machines not working. Came back after a flight that was delayed. It took an hour or more to get out of the lot. Attendant finally arrived after there was a line up of people trying to be let out. Used other services before without issue and thought I'd use a "name brand". Never again.

Waited thirty minutes for the shuttle, then had to wait another thirty minutes to get out of the lot. Won't use this service again

*they responded that they try their best to deal with flight delays but that had nothing to do with my complaint. I sat behind 1 car at the exit gate for more than 30 mins and each lane was blocked by another vehicle having difficulty paying and exiting. I ended up taking about 10 mins myself to get the machine to let me pay and exit.

Would give zero stars if possible. We waited nearly an hour for the self-serve/economy lot shuttle, along with a crowd of 20+ others, some who had been waiting longer than us. SEVEN shuttles for the Park N Fly valet lot went by with NO sign of the shuttle for the economy lot. There is no way to get ahold of a real human being on the phone to find out when the shuttle is expected, and the drivers of the valet shuttles were unable or unwilling to radio/call in to find out for us. We ended up taking a taxi. Suffice to say.we will not be using Park N' Fly ever again.

One of the worst experience parking here. Waited 1 hr for the bus to pick up and even after that had to Uber to get to the airpot. Every bus which arrived told me they are only for drop off and not pick up. There are other places near by where you can park for cheap. Will not recommend.

TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ODOMETER BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR. We know our car well and knew how many km's were on it but didn't take a photo because we thought it was overkill. When we picked up our car, the trip odometer had been reset so that it said "33km". We thought this was strange and asked the employee at the desk about it. She said that is the distance to some of the farther lots. Still confused and tired from the trip but thought, okay. When we looked at the actual odometer reading we realized the employees had put OVER 150km on our car. This is not an exaggeration and we were extremely upset. There was nothing we could do because we didn't have proof and had not put in our dash camera yet. Yes, this actually happened and there was nothing we could do about it.
