Park'N Fly Toronto Valet Airport Parking

What a load of garbage, you pay for a service and receive absolutely nothing. The shuttle was delayed and couldn’t find any spot on the bus with my 11 month and 3 year old in tow at 3: 30am. I was expecting the car to be warm and the ice to be scraped off, nope, the car door was left partially open and the car was freezing cold with chunks of ice on it. Took us an extra 45 minutes to pay for the service that we were told was prepaid and then had to heat up the car, scrap the ice and deal with exhausted children. Sky service delivers you to your vehicle, helps you pack the car and had great service! Wish I knew this information before paying double for less.

We just endured a family tragedy while on vacation with the loss of a loved one. The management and staff at Park'N Fly went above and beyond anyone's expectations. I cant thank them enough for all of their help and support.

This is the best place to park when flying out of Toronto. After dropping off the car you are at the airport within minutes and when you get home your car is waiting.

Close to the airport but no support staff to help new customers. I've seen traffic jams when trying to exit. Very much a self-serve operation.

Great experience! Excellent service! Parked my car during a week's vacation & decided to get the Silver Package Detailing. My car was spotless upon return! Probably hasn't been that clean since it was brand new! Car was ready and waiting for me as I called while at baggage claim. Will be using again next time I travel.

We used their valet service and it was great. Very quick, easy and efficient from start to finish. I will definitely use it again.

This place ruined my car battery. I have auto lights and when they parked my car they turned my lights on (took them off auto) They then didn’t turn them off so when I came back from my trip I had a dead battery. My car battery hasn’t been the same since. I will use the self park next time.

My car was not working when I went to pick it up and was perfectly fine when I left it. I couldn't even turn it on. It was like they left my battery running. One of the workers boosted it which i was happy for but i was very upset because I generally dont leave my car with people.

Never had a bad experience here. This time we forgot jackets and they went above and beyond to find my car quickly and recover them.

Valet isn't worth it, we had a coupon so we did this but it's really not much different than the self park lot. They changed all my seat settings which is mind blowing since they really shouldn't need to do that to move the car

Once again Park'N Fly shows why its the best place to park at the airport.

Update: the customer service team has tried to make the situation better by helping me out with my insurance deductible and my car rental while my own car gets repaired. I did also receive a refund for my parking fees. I appreciate their efforts in trying to help me out and make the situation a bit better. I still would have concerns about the level of security on their lots and I hope they are working to improve that.

The Catalytic converter was stolen from our car and they didn’t bother to tell us. Only when I went to start the vehicle to drive off we realized. I now have to go through insurance, get my car towed off their lot to a mechanic, and get a rental car. They wouldn’t even refund the parking fee immediately when this happened, saying I need to wait for the operations manager to call me and then I need to send in my receipt? I was standing there with the receipt in my hand! 1 star because they gave us a ride home at 1: 30am, but otherwise terrible experience. The agent I dealt with to get my rental car told me this is a major problem at the parking lots around the airport, so just avoid all of them. Thankfully my car wasn’t vandalized or otherwise broken into, but this is a huge hassle.

I have been waiting in terminal 1 for more than 25 minutes and shuttle is not here yet. I really don’t recommend at all. Shidan from Toronto

Good services but the parking charges are too high.
But for the staff that attends to customer are top notch. Especially Christy.the others are not left out too.the are matured mind and friendly.soft spoken and sweet.
Nice Ambiance though lots of space for as much cars you wanna park.but I recommend park'N fly only if you stay hours away from Toronto but if you live inside Toronto.you don't need it.you can actually order Uber or lift that can actual TAKE you straight to the airport.and save you some extra money.
Other than that.they are good for those live outside Toronto.
Use the services and thank me later.

Parked my car there for 10 days the cost was almost $300.00. Outrageous! I flew to Germany and back for $600.00 to add insult to injury they charged me a fuel surcharge!

Broke my truck release pull.
When they jump started my car before i picked it up
And didnt say anything.
Just put the plastic pull back on rod.

They used to be great and now that new owners taken over, service gone down hill so fast. They claim online if bus is 8 min or more at pickup a day is free. Well it was 20 min late and lady at the desk basically told me to screw off. Traveled with 2 kids recently and pick up at the airport took 40min. Stayed at exit E terminal 1 and bus after bus went by full. Had to walk with piller A to finally get on the bus. I have used park n fly valet for 8 years now for business and pleasure and this was the last time.

Exaggeratedly expensive, they charged me more than $400 for 3 weeks and for having lost the receipt when I returned, they charged me $540 for everything. I do not recommend this place. 2 years ago I paid for the same 3 weeks and I only paid $130 but unfortunately I couldn't find the previous parking.

Ridiculous and bad service. Had to wait 30 mins after paying for my car to be brought from another lot. Beats the point of valet service, do yourself a favour and opt for regular.

No regard for customers whatsoever!

It wasn't a great experience. We were going to Punta Cana and I can't walk very far and need my cane, left the car for them, checked in and got on the next bus. The driver let us out at the far end of the terminal so we had to walk back the full length which was hard.

When we came back I got a message asking me to reply when I got my bags. Customs was an hour and a half and when I finally got back the desk people couldn't find me on the system. Very annoying.

So I paid a big premium for accessibility using valet, and I expected at least competent staff. Hence three stars which is only half way to value. A monopoly to boot.

There's a coupon offered by travel agent but park n fly does not acknowledge until returning. They should ask if there are any coupons before pricessing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Price was great with a coupon and convenience was great. All the staff we dealt with with not happy at all. I used the valet service and when I got back into my truck every seat setting was changed. Not just moved forward but even the tilt. On top of that the steering wheel settings were changed and the mirrors. Finally the way I have the temperature settings set up we’re all changed. Why in the world does someone need to change every setting in the drivers seat to simply park a vehicle?

With most of the lots closed they were running. Had a minor issue with the exit gate. Very clean and helpful.

Enjoy the Valet service. Did have a hard time getting picked up at the airport. Had to call to be picked up. Upon calling some rude man answered and was very impolite in regards to me requesting a pick up. As I had booked online I did not have the number he was looking for.

Customer service is terrible. I had to use their valet service. I had no directions.the person just asked me to park MYSELF. I went to the front desk seeking guidance.they only charged my credit card didnt ask for my car keys.had to wait for almost half hour to get to the terminal.on the way back I was charged tow fees. I am a frequent traveler due to work. My advice use the local guys much cheaper personal service and much cheaper.

Had to wait while over a half an hour for them to bring me my truck and then they overcharged me by a day

Good fast service. Used our coupon and got a cheaper rate, although not sure why I had to pay for a full extra day when we arrived at 0030 hours on the 8th day. Thank goodness for our coupon!

Did what they said. Took car and returned it when we got back. Not alot of instruction for first time users though. Had to ask alot of questions.

Convenient service but,
When we got in our car, the radio was turned up nearly full blast to a station we've never used. And the radio pre-sets were changed to that station.
Our car is our car. Treat it with the respect due someone else's property.
He has no business touching anything other than that which is necessary to drive the car a short distance.

When we returned to pick up our car we were taken to a different place than the drop off. Assuming it was a mistake we nearly boarded the shuttle again. No explanation was offered until we tracked down someone inside.

Train your staff in customer service. Remind them that customers picking up their vehicles have just completed a long journey and are likely tired. In the case of valet parking remind your staff that the customer has paid a premium price to receive exceptional service.

Always use the website to book. You get massive discount off the coupons on their websites.
Overall its cheap (with coupons, without it its expensive). Its very quick and i left my car here for 2 weeks, nothing bad happened to it. So im happy with the service. Just wish they could provide an option to have the car washed while you are away. Maybe there is an option, of you can talk to the lady at the desk while dropping off your car.

On /feb 27th on the way to park n fly, in a snowstorm, i had to stop for a car sliding into an intersection. As i was stopped a driver for Valet park'n fly drove right into the back of me, with another clients car. He wouldn't give me his info so I called the cops. At the same time he called his manager. His manager arrived while i was still on the phone with cops. The manager told me " don't worry we are going to take care of this" i told the officer on the phone that the manager from park'n fly said he was going to take care of it, and she was the one that told me that the driver was driving a customers car.the manager had me follow him to the valet building.they took my keys, gave me a receipt and got me to the airport in time for my flight. When i arrived back at 2am Sunday march 8th, it was to find that i was being charged for the parking. They contacted a manger, and he looked up the incident. They finally waived the parking fee. I then waited for over an hour and a half, as the on duty manager couldn't find my car, or my keys. When we finally had the car, imagine my surprise that the damage wasn't fixed. I was told someone would contact me Monday, which she did. At first I was told to get 2 quotes and send them to her, and they would send me a cheque. I then received a call the next day, and was told I had to contact my insurance company. That they were not going to cover the damages, that it would have to go thru insurance. So much for "we are going to take care of this"! Now i have to claim thru my insurance, and because I didn't have the cops come to the scene, their driver was never charged. Beware of promises made! I thought this was a reputable company.apparently not! Nothing they can do is what i was told! I wonder what they told the customer who belongs to the Nissan Rogue that hit me? Wonder if they had to fix their own car, and just got free parking for the trouble.the whole front end was busted up!

I rarely leave poor reviews but I had a terrible experience with Park N Fly. When my flight landed I called the phone number and entered my ticket code. I got on the shuttle and paid for the service when I arrived. I waited 45 minutes in the Parking lot before my car was driven out. We were told after this was because the computer system had an issue. There was no communication regarding this what so ever. Many people and myself were just standing in the cold outside wondering why no cars were coming out. Horrible communication and terrible customer experience. When it's past 10pm on a Sunday night after a long flight I just want to get home, I don't want to stand in a parking lot for 45 minutes. No apologies either from Park'N fly. I'm guessing this might be a common thing.

Pick up takes far to long, from the lot and from the airport.
Tried The valet service, it was worse! Took an hour to get picked up, took another hour to get the car.
Total s! $t.if I received a coupon for free parking for life, I’d throw it away.it’s to bad I have to give even 1 star.

I’d give it 4 stars but the lady who we paid when we were picking up our car didn’t tell us where to go to get the car. A finger pointing in the correct direction and/or a quick explanation of what was gonna happen next would have been appreciated.

Otherwise the lines moved quick, shuttle was ready and waiting for drop off and pickup. We were at the airport and through security less than 30 minutes after we dropped off the car.

This company is great for those folks who want to find a safe and reliable place to park their car while they’re off enjoying a fantastic holiday, Park n fly Toronto airport staff are courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. I Especially liked the there’s always a fresh selection of newspapers waiting for me to enjoy during my flight.

Absolutely love the service provided at this location. I come here often. This past visit while away I had a family emergency and did not arrive till 3 weeks or so after our return date. I explained the situation to the woman at front desk and she was very helpful, in helping us with our bill. (Only charging us for our booked discounted stay). If not for that we would of had a very large bill so thank you for that amazing service Park' N Fly Valet.

My car driven 144.1km when I returned from my trip! I reset the trip tracker to 0 when I dropped it off. It said 144.1 when I picked up my car. Manager basically called me a liar saying it wasn't them and I must be wrong. I wished I'd taken a picture before I'd left so I'd have proof to take to the news.

Too expensive. Bus left us standing in the cold for 45 minutes waiting for him to arrive, didn't help with luggage. What did we pay so much money for?

Highly recommend. The location of the valet is right across from Pearson - once on the shuttle it took less than 10 minutes to the door of the terminal. Drop off was super easy and very quick (you provide your license plate #, car make and model, date and time you're returning with flight #). They will hand you a receipt print out with a reference number you will need when you call the automated system, once you land (# to call provided on receipt as well). Shuttle pick-up is in the same location of the drop-off, and arrived in 2 minutes. Car pick-up was again flawless and quick. I believe, based on other reviews, the trick to a quick pick-up is calling the system as soon as you're able to after landing.

Didn’t exactly go as planned. Shuttle from the airport was great but our car wasn’t ready. Wouldn’t have been so bad but the counter staff told us our car was ready and in the lot. Wandering around a cold dark lot looking for a car wasn’t the best way to end a trip.

Since I learned about the Park 'n Fly valet service, I use the service for all my short trips. The service is fast and convenient. No long wait times, friendly staff, and my vehicle is always safe.

Getting a bus to pick you up can be hell as they are so disorganized at the admin side of things. Last time i waited 1 hour at the terminal to get onto a bus that would allow me to get on. Seriously there must have been 6 to 12 buses before i was able to get on and go to my car at valet park. Even after phoning in to say we had arrived (1 hour previously) we the had to wait a further 15 mins at the site. As I said so disorganized and throughly useless organization
My suggestion would be fired the incompetent idiot at the site and hire someone who knows how to get things running smoothly.

Valet facilities are convenient for sure but you pay for the privilege of proximity.
Drop off is drama free, just leave your car and go inside to the automated machines. Returning however -at least the 3 evenings I’ve come back in past 2 months - have been chaotic with automated machines out of service (and only 4 machines in total - line ups when 50 people all there waiting to pay/leave car) and front desk staff obviously harried and short fused. I did get a 25% off voucher for my troubles last time (30 mins waiting to pay, my car just sitting there waiting) but I’ve heard others mention that this sort of delay is becoming a regular occurrence. Again for premium pricing, there should be every effort to have arrivals in and out within minutes - whether you are returning mid morning or mid evening

Very handy but a little expensive.

I decided to use the valet service after reading the reviews on the other park N fly parking lots - it seems that you can wait up to an hour at the other lots for a shuttle. I didn't want to take a chance and miss our flight so i went to the valet lot. I got an oil change while parked there which was very convenient. Shuttles were prompt both directions -almost no waiting. Lost a star because i wanted to use the cheaper lots but didn't trust the bus service.

If this was a little more expensive, it would have made more sense to just take a limo to the airport and back.

Parking location is great. Price is good. The shuttle bus timing is very much hit or miss. Sometimes the bus is at the lot/airport within 5-10 mins, other times it 45 mins for economy. Valet is a little better timing wise although 25% of the time there are waits longer than 20 mins as well.

We booked economy parking online and printed our pass. The page included an upgrade to Park N Fly Valet for only $20 more. I decided to try it and the service was fantastic. Nice and close to the airport and fast frequent shuttles. We provided our return info and our car was waiting for us. When it came time to pay I fully expected some sort of catch or fine print and that I'd have to end up arguing with someone. We scanned all our codes and it provided us the exact correct price as promised, the economy rate plan $20 more. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience and price.

Was my fist time using Park n Fly and was not very happy with service when we got back home. Waited two hours to be picked up, they say two post pick ups ya right, they only picked up at A1 not E3.
Then got to our truck and there was stuff everywhere like they took for a ride. I have heard they are good but my thoughts right now r not.

I was picked up on Sunday at approx 5: 00 at the airport. The ride was approximately 2 minutes. It was the longest 2 minutes of my life. There was not a reason in the world this gal (nice silver hair) had to drive this fast. I had to grab the seat, the pole or whatever I could get to, so as not to fly off the seat. Then she drove up the other vehicles butt to only stop on a dime. What the hell? You need to read the riot act to your drivers, it is their job to make all customers feel comfortable is it not?
