I do love my cat specialist vet. Dr. Kelly St. Denis is so kind and knowledgeable about cats. She's very intune with their overall behaviors and how to cope with them as best as you can for each kitty case.
Front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. Everyone is very aware of cats sensitivity to dogs and tries to keep us separated.
Great clinic.
My only wish is that it was a little less expensive. I chose to switch to Parkside from somewhere else and the prices are just higher. But they have taken good care of my fur kids since day one.

The compassion Parkside employees have is through the roof! I lost my dog of 23 years, on March 30. From delivery of her body, to cremation, they always went silent and just listened as I reminisced, whilst breaking down in tears. They never once showed a cold shoulder. Today she called me to let me know my dogs ashes were in, I have been a wreck all day over her loss, I broke down, and again, she was silent and let me talk about my memories with my dog. I had to call back to let them know who was picking her ashes up, and broke down again. In all that time the most I waited on hold was a minute, and they were busy, today was that day when I called in they didn't know why inwas calling, but quickly turned to compassion when I started crying over the phone, she stayed on the phone with me for probably 10 minutes before I ended the conversation. Parkside animal hospital is my recommendation 100 percent. They really care! I've lost 2 other pets over the years, and never experienced the compassion Parkside employees showed. Great clinic, they should expand their operation. It's a one of a kind service, that will become a large operation if they can find employees like the ones they have now

Absolutely phenomenal place! They were so good with our Lemon cat, and after she passed they were so compassionate and took care of the arrangements for her cremation. With our new kittens they were also amazing, taking extra time to go over our special needs kitty's medical folder and answering all our questions. Highly recommend them. Thanks!
