Parkside Dental Care

We have been coming to Parkside Dental for many years. Dr Chiang, Monica and the staff are all amazing.

Monika is the best hygienist I have had and all staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr Chiang is very knowledgeable and pleasant and fillings are pain free!

Dr. Wong and his wonderful team were very helpful in addressing my dental concerns and I am very pleased with the outcome. I always receive excellent service and treatment here.

Had an appointment with Dental Hygienist Linda. She was an absolute delight. Very easy to talk to, informative on what was going on in my mouth, she was gentle and thorough while getting the cleaning done.

I cracked a tooth and lost part of a filing ysterday. I was seen today by Dr Mosley and Diane. They were both fantastic. Very gentle and informative. Thank you!

Special thanks to Dr Mosleh for my crown replacement! She is the best dentist I have ever met. I did not like the looks of my old crowns so I always wanted to replace them but I was also scared to take the risk. But I decided to move forward with the replacement as I trusted her and I have no regrets about my decision! She is such a good listener, kind, patient, professional, skilled and caring doctor and did wonderful work on my crown replacement. Now I have confidence in my smile:) Thank you very much!
I appreciate all the receptionists and dental hygienist’s support as well; they are also very kind and professional. They will be my family dentist forever, I won’t go anywhere else but them!:) 100% recommend!

I have a morning appointment today. Doctor was very kind. My teeth are pretty bad. There are loose teeth. Other dentists touched too hard to understand this. But this dentist was kind and careful, seeing the condition of the teeth. I've been to more than 10 dentists. I have never seen such understanding.

I have been attending this clinic since I was a child. Previously we saw Dr. Wong, who has retired. The hygienists here are amazing! They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is also great. They are always friendly and willing to work with your schedule and which hygienist/dentist you want to see. I did have some concerns with work Dr. Chiang did on my teeth (he did bring me back in for free to try to fix my concerns). I have since switched to the other dentist at the clinic and have no complaints so far. Mostly we see the hygienists anyway and they are fantastic. I recently had a nightguard fitting and have had issues with gagging but the hygienist was so patient and kind and supportive. She got me through it.

This is my first time to visit this clinic, the clinic staff are very friendly, everything from appointment to treatment went smoothly! Both doctor Chiang and her assistant Mina are very nice, patient and helpful. The doctor's technique is very gentle, and I don't feel any discomfort. They also gave guidance and follow-up on the matters needing attention after treatment. Dr. Chiang can also speak Mandarin, which is also a great help for people with language barriers. Thanks a lot for their great service.

Beware of shrill 5 star ratings people. All of a sudden they’ve have an influx of 5 star reviews in the past 6 months burying the last negative review. Has gone downhill since ownership change, all about the upsell, very different now. Major staff turnover, everyone is different in the last 3 visits. Way more concerned about what my plan cover vs what’s in my mouth

Staff are very attentive to my issues. Problem was dealt with immediately. Very caring and professional.

I love my new hygienist Linda! She was so great at what she does and super considerate and comforting. She’s also super funny and makes the dentist fun and exciting to look forward to!

I visited Parkside Dental for my first cleaning + examination in many years and I’m nothing but thrilled to have found such an amazing team. Just had my cleaning with Linda at Parkside Dental. If I could give 6 stars I would! Very detailed, gentle and friendly. My kids are booked for January!

I have been going to Parkside since I was a young adult, and as a senior now, I would never consider changing. The staff have always been kind, courteous, helpful and caring. If one is on a budget, and a senior not on an insurance plan, they will help you out financially if possible which is so appreciated these days. The dental assistants/ hygienists have always been my favorite, and I cannot believe how far dental health has come, to detect cancer, and how hygiene affects heart, dementia, etc. Your jobs and lives are sometimes not easy, but you would never know it by your demeanor and attention to the clients' own issues. Thank you everyone for everything over the years and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone. You deserve it!
And I still miss Lily Yang.
