My husband and I have been seeing Dr Doherty for numerous years and she is by far the best Dentist ever! So much she know sees our kids - She is so kind, gentle and always makes sure you are taken care of. Mia and the front staff are wonderful too!

On the first day we visited Dr. Lauren Doherty's dental practice seeking a second opinion. Little did we know that this visit would redefine our perception of dental care. From the moment we stepped into her office, it was evident that we were in the presence of an exceptional healthcare professional.

Dr. Doherty greeted us warmly, exuding a sense of genuine care and compassion. Our main purpose was to seek a second opinion for my 5-year-old son, and right from the outset, it was clear that Dr. Doherty's approach was something special. She took the time to connect with my son on a personal level, engaging him in playful conversation and ensuring he felt comfortable in this unfamiliar environment.

What stood out most was Dr. Doherty's unwavering dedication to educating and involving my son in his own dental health. She patiently explained each step of the process, making sure he understood the "why" behind her actions. It was a sight to behold – a dentist taking time to patiently explain and playfully demonstrate oral hygiene to a young child. Her genuine commitment to his understanding and comfort was heartwarming.

After about 20 minutes of this warm introduction, Dr. Doherty seamlessly transitioned into the dental examination. What struck us was the deliberate slowness with which she proceeded. Every movement was measured, every action deliberate, as if she understood that time was an essential ingredient in fostering a trusting relationship with her young patient. Her patience paid off, as my son began to actively participate, trusting her completely.

The pinnacle of the visit was the panoramic X-ray she took. With the same level of attentiveness, Dr. Doherty explained the procedure to my son, dispelling any fears he might have had. As the X-ray machine whirred, I could see the gears turning in my son's head – curiosity and engagement replacing any apprehension. Dr. Doherty later meticulously walked us through the X-ray results, making us feel involved in the diagnosis and treatment planning.

I was a patient years ago when I was working in Waterloo and switched to another dentist to be closer to my new job. I missed the level of service provided by Dr. Morrison and the team at Parkside Drive dental.
I returned as a patient during Dr. Morrisons retirement and was worried that he could not be replaced. I quickly realized that Dr. Manchester was the perfect replacement. Dr. Manchester has the same caring personality, and his work is outstanding. I have gone through many procedures since I have returned as a patient (cleanings, crowns, fillings, Invisalign) and the whole team has been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team of professionals that make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Very impressed with the staff on the phone and in the office. Personable, friendly and of course smiling when I entered the office. Going to Steven when he first started his practice I have been hesitant until I had a problem and had no choice. I thought that I had just met Stevens brother. Very impressed.

I’ve been a frequent customer of Parkside Drive Dental since 2012. I’ve always received the absolute best, honest service. The dentists and hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Prices are fair, and they’re great with kids too! I highly recommend this wonderful business!

Had a cleaning done at Parkside Dental the Hygienist was Crystal she is the best person that I ever had for cleaning my teeth, she was very caring and very thorough. After this a week later I had a broken molar fixed by Dr. Lauren Doherty, she is very knowledgeable and did a excellent and perfect job on restoring the molar and no pain involved with the freezing or the restoration procedure.
In the past I have had many times a tooth filled or crowned by other Dentists but never have experienced the care that Dr. Doherty provided. I would highly recommend her and her team also I should mention that her her assistant Mia did a great job with the assisting, never did the water in my mouth get ahead of her and suction equipment she was most pleasant person also very caring in the patient comfort a great team. Thank you Dr. Doherty, Mia and Chrystal.

My elderly father had a severe tooth infection over the holidays, Dr. Manchester's staff not only fit us in but Dr. Manchester himself and Christine were extremely professional, witty and We can't thank them enough! My Dad talked all the way home that it was the best dentist experience ever! Thank you again!

Dr Manchester and his entire team are amazing! I have had some ongoing dental issues and the care and compassion that they have given me is second to none! They truly care about their patients, listen to their concerns and come up with the best course of action based on your needs. Dr. Manchester and his team were extremely efficient when helping me with some dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I can't say enough good things about our first visit to Parkside dental. Everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming and Dr. Manchester was so patient and knowledgeable! He went through all the details to make us feel more comfortable. Dr. Glynn is a beauty. First time having teeth pulled, and it couldn't have gone better. Mia was right there, making me feel at home the whole time. Painless, efficient, and just a great experience overall. Everyone in the office was so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I felt totally cared for during my dental visit from beginning to end. The Dental assistant kept me informed of each step of my experience while in the chair: X-rays to cleaning to final oral rinse. Speaking while working further put me at ease. I felt totally relaxed. Every aspect of the visit was explained with facts and reasons for continued care by her and the dentist himself. The girls at the desk were friendly and personal; I left feeling like I had been treated not just like a patient but as a person.

Dr. Doherty is fantastic. It’s quite the skill when she’s talking with her assistant and because you clearly can’t participate as normal, she still creates a warm environment that makes you feel comfortable. I imagine her relaxed nature is very successful with children who are probably terrified.

She explains everything thoroughly and helps you understand how things are going and what her plan is during any procedure. I really liked the previous dentist at Parkside as he was hilarious and was nervous about a new one but she’s stellar.

Parkside Dental, The staff are so professional, considerate, giving my family smiles since 1991. Dr. Morrison has retired but Dr. Manchester & Dr. Dortherty are now a team with their caring staff. I am so happy with Dr. Dorherty 's work, she is like a sculptress, perfecting her clients smiles. I'm a senior, she saved me so much money, treating me with respect, fairness while I was going through a hard time. The day I anticipated has arrived wear a mask or not? I am hesitant for now, my compliments will have to stay virtual. Thank You, Parkside Dental I never thought at this age, I would acquire such a beautiful smile. Never stop believing.

I would give 6 stars if I could. My crown came off unexpectedly, Kelly assisted with arranging for me to be seen right away by Dr. Manchester and Mia. Dr. Manchester provided kind, excellent and painless care. So thankful.
