Excellent job by all staff. Made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand what was available for my eye health.

Having been seeing Dr. Campbell for a number of years. Her professionalism is second to none. Her knowledge and ability to explain the anatomy of the eye is amazing. Have moved from the area but as long as possible will travel the distance to see Dr. Campbell.

I saw Dr Campbell last week, and it's always a pleasure to see how professional and explains everything in detail to you. I know my vision is in good hands.

I saw Dr Patricia Campbell yesterday November 8,2023. It's always a pleasure going to my appointments to see her, getting caught up on current events. I am a patient since Dr Schill started her practice in the 80's right out of med school. The entire front desk and support staff are very delightful and helpful. Never had a problem making my appointments.

Recently took my son to see Dr. Horner who was exceptional with him. She took the time and care to ask many questions and performed a thorough exam to ensure my son's vision needs were met. Would highly recommend Dr. Horner and Parkview Optometry to anyone who needs vision care.

I've been coming to this office since I was a child, and have always been so happy with the service. I've been a patient of Dr. Horner and Dr. Campbell regularly over the years, and they're always so professional, efficient, and explain everything as you go along.

I recently called in for an emergency appointment. To my relief, they provided me with an appointment for the very next morning with Dr. Li. During the exam Dr. Li was so friendly, and reassuring since I was there on an impromptu emergency visit. She explained each step of the process, and provided me with answers to my questions regarding my issue. She was clear about when to come back and when to reach out if things should change - I really appreciated the entire experience.

Overall, everyone in the office is absolutely lovely, from reception to the Doctors themselves. It's really a pleasant atmosphere, and it's an appointment I actually look forward to having every couple of years!

Dr Panowyk is personable, very thorough, very competent and takes the time to keep one "in the loop".

Not very nice experience. Prescription lens from Dr. Ritu was not comfortable for me. So had to switch back to my old prescription (from my previous doctor), for that I got my lenses (without any trials). When I asked for a trial, got a rude reply from reception! However I am having headache issues ever since I wore them. Have to get my eyes tested again and 6 months of contact lenses that I got are gonna be wasted ($150 of my insurance) …

Dr. Patel fit me in on an emergency appointment today. I was very impressed with her and the entire clinic! She was incredibly kind, helpful, thorough. I felt extremely well taken care of here! I will definitely be recommending Parkview to friends and family.

G’s Comprehensive eye exam took more than an hour! Dr. Campbell of Parkview Optometry Oshawa was absolutely amazing! She’s explained all the test she’s going to do with Gavin so he would understand why it’s needed. This has been the best eye exam that we have had! Dr. Campbell took her time to make sure that me and my son got the best eye care!

March 2022 update. Wintering in Florida and ran out of contact lenses. Need 2 months worth. Refused as I havent had my eyes tested since Sept 2019 partly due to the fact they have been on strike against the Ontario govt even though they are a private business and dont work for the govt. Their response "It's Parkview Optometry calling. We just spoke with the doctor. She said that she's unable to fill your request for a box of contacts because your prescription is so old. So you would have to come in for an appointment. So there's nothing I can do for you. Maybe if you could see if an optometrist there could take a look and prescribe you some contacts, but from our end because it's from September. Nineteen. We're unable to fill it for you"

I have been going here for over 25 years.love the doctors and have never had a problem until today. Jennefier, the secretary is very rude and does not listen to patients concerns when calling. Will be discussing with doctors at upcoming appointment.

All doctors take there time with you & are very personable. I do find patients don't get any discount on glasses: (as with some places and glasses are pricey but good lenses with warranty. They have recently updated alot of equipment very nice to see.

Waited over a month for my glasses, Parkview had zero contact with me, I had to keep calling them to find out any information. Won't be going back!

Recently, I had my an eye exam with Dr. Li. She was fanatic and knowledgeable. She's very patience and provided lots of good advices and honest opinions.

I have been using readings glasses off the rack for years and recently decided to get a proper pair of glasses for the computer screen. WHAT A DIFFERENCE, why did I wait so long.

Just had my first visit at this clinic, and my first eye appointment in years. Saw Dr. Panowyk. I had numerous tests done and have never had a doctor explain things so thoroughly. Highly recommend this clinic. Also has a wheelchair ramp FYI.

Thank you for being top professional and yet open during holidays! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and see my mom as soon as possible, her eye got really bad and we struggled to find an available eye doctor in town these days! This was an initial visit. My wife wanted a second opinion since she was having some problems. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Dr.was thorough and great to deal with. Answered all of her questions and treated her completely differently than the optometrist that we have been going to for years. Amazing what an efficiently run business with pleasant people can do for your faith in service providers! There are still a few out there believe me! Thanks!

The optometrist always does a thorough eye exam. Dr. Hruska is also very friendly, competent and professional.
