Staff are welcome and helpful I register my child in arts for kids every Saturday, waiting for tomorrow ohh excite

My daughter came to play volleyball here and the gym is great but the only problem was parking. Parking was impossible.
Quite frustrating

I don't understand if it's public why during the summer you can't use the facilities from 8 to 5 because the Summer Camp covers the whole place. I wanted to go on my own with my children and they invited us to leave.the same goes for the pool, yes they have a Summer Camp class they take you out.

It is great there! I have been using their weight room 3 to 4 days a week. I'm satisfied.

Nice place but staff are terrible and some of the teenage kids that go here are really disrespectful and the stuff did nothing.

Great location for the community, lots of options for people of all ages to try programs. The only downside is lots of kids from school run around for hours. Its very loud from 3-7pm.

They are under renovations, but failed to put a notice outside.
Very poor management n staff skills.

As someone else said it as well the community center is good but the staff isn’t. Specially, the staff for swimming pool area. All staff seemed on edge and impatient but there was one Asian lady there who gave me extra hard time for no particular reason, she had that jail guard tone and attitude. Meanwhile, the rest wouldn’t stop starring, which made my whole first experience of using the facility very uncomfortable even though the center is literally right across the street from my home but never used the swimming pool before.

Had our camp experience here, and it seems to be a great environment. Looks clean, colorful, and fun. Staff are super friendly and take safety and hygiene very seriously.

This community is good but the staffs are bad. The staffs don’t respect you and they always pick on you even though you didn’t do nothing wrong. They never help the kids out when they need help. The youth lounge is a good place to chill only if the staffs are really nice and respects you. The staff in the youth lounge is never helpful and they always turn off the ps4 so the kids don’t come in. The older guys mess around so much and the staffs never says nothing, and when we do something wrong they tell us to leave or turn off the ps4.

Parkway Forest is the second Community Centre I've visited since I moved to Canada last year.
They have an amazing infrastructure, staff and activities.
I really like their weight room which is very well equipped for people that enjoy hiting some heavy dumbells.
I hope get the chance to enjoy more their activities and structure for the Fall activities.
Thank you guys for being there for us!

Recently, I haven't had a nice experience at this community center, There's a soccer program me and my friends used to go to very often every Saturday once a week, it used to be one of the funnest and special things ever, on one particular day a group us of that were playing soccer and having lots of fun got kicked out after we were discussing with a woman who had threatened and disrespected us, the discussion lasted about 7-10 mins before we were told soccer was over and to leave the gym, this was just 30 mins into the program. Then the staff would reschedule the soccer program for us the next day (Sunday) which was from 2-4, but they kicked someone out for laughing while the staff was yelling at a bunch of teenagers about how they should be more respectful and about some other stuff, also he wasn't the only one who laughed or smirked (they would later go back to soccer on Saturdays), then the people from the community center would establish a new rule in the program were you have to bring a family member in order to get in the gym and play (what type of rule is that?) the next week i would come with my little cousins to play soccer on Saturday, the staff told us we could stay but next week we needed someone 18 or older with us, so the following week we did have someone over 18 with us (btw there was soccer on half of the gym and basketball on the other half even though it was the soccer program) and now they tell us we need a parent for the next week.the staff at this place need to be more respectful and care about the fun of kids.

The staff sometimes are rude and disrespectful, also programs get canceled randomly and it is very annoying, sometimes i come all the way from my house excited to play soccer but to my surprise there was some other random program

I rate this place a 1 star because there is not enough soccer and the staffs are really disrespectful and swear to the teenagers. This place is also a 1 star rated because it can be a really nice place to come but the staffs be's unfair. Please get some better staffs. Thank you

This place is 1 star because the staffs are really disrespectful especially in the youth lounge. These staffs always back each other up even though the other person is right. There is never soccer going on. There is always basketball and we understand that there is alot of people coming to basketball but for soccer, thhere is more than 30 people come. Barely anyone comes for vollyball but they still put it. This place needs better more staffs.

This community center is a nice place but there are some staff that are disrespectful and very rude to the kids. The staffs make a big impact on this review and also there is not enough soccer programs. Also even if the staffs are wrong the other workers will agree that there right. I hope you bring a parent if you do come.

First there was a incident were The staff did not let me in a public program in the gym for the simple reason of laughing (Not A Lie)
Also there was another incident were a woman in the soccer program came up to a group of us, sweard at us disrespected us and threatened us simply cuz we told her she had to make her own team to play with us in the other half of the gym, she had the other half to let her little kids play (one half older kids, other half younger) we were trying to discuss back camly, WHAT DOES THE STAFF DO? Kick us out of the gym and let her say

It is a very nice community center the gym is huge and it has a running area above the gym givining enough space to have a wonderful exercise either by running or playing sports.

It's quite a big community centre with a whole lot of activities for kids/youth and adults. A well maintained place

This place is absolutely lovely! The space is huge, such cleanliness, helping staff that made directions easy and direct. I've enrolled in 2 programs and had such a delightful experience with both instructors, so much so that I now have my husband, children and In laws ready to take some as well! I love that this place is so diverse and as soon as you walk in there is such an uplifting joy generating! So happy I found this place

Great place for occasions. It can be better. We were told we couldn't use the terrace even though it's part of the hall we rented. That could have allowed more fresh air in the hall and good to take pictures. Overall, service was good. They need more parking spot available. Some of my friends had to walk fro. Fairview mall because they couldn't find parking. Also, law enforcement give tickets if you park in the wrong spots.

Beast place well organized but no helper thay should think about that people who don't know about online checking or the old people can do by self or not it looks very small thing but canada is metropolitan country every time new people's are coming so thay should make one customer desk on every floor for helping their customer.

I came here to play drop-in ball hockey on the weekend and I got there early so I walked around for a while. After I had waited about 15 minutes it was time for ball hockey to start but to my surprise a few of the staff members and other people decided to go and play basketball in the gym. This was my first and last time going to this community centre.

Wow, it's so big. The toddler drop in could have puzzles or a cart with books. The community is new so its clean & modern inside

This community activity center is newly renovated. It is in very good condition. It has two floors, complete facilities and good environment. It is a good place for recreation and fitness, and often has activities organized by people from different countries. Management is also good. Chinese also More, I recommend everyone to participate in community activities!

When this community centre opened, it was great but now the standards have gone down. I have been taking cooking classes here and it has gone worst in comparison to a couple of years ago. Chefs have so much attitude especially "Chef Lloyd Wesley". He keeps on praising himself half of the time, you will get bore and frustrated. He is late, insults and is rude towards his students. If you complain about him, supervisor ignores your complain. Currently they have maybe around 10 cooking classes going on. Chefs are lazy and don't want to do any work. Here fridge is empty most of the time so they use leftovers to teach cooking classes. They teach foods like salad with three ingredients in it or rice with two vegetables and tomato in it. I guess everyone knows how to cook that. Chefs are more interested and are always cooking for themselves. This was my experience with the cooking classes. I would suggest to safe your money and take cooking classes at some other community centre.

Its great when city planning remembers the community center. Great facility always clean.my only concern is that it might not be enough for all the condos surrounding it.

Nice private weight room. Doesn't have a bench press or any barbells but it also doesn't have any waiting time to use any machine. I'm content
