Don't purchase pre owned car from them, I bought 3 years used car, and bought bumper to bumper warranty, got transmission sign a month ago and went to parkway Honda, they said its due to transmission oil, they changed but transmission problem sign came back again, their mechanics couldn't diagnose and now finally saying, my car needs new transmission, they applied for pre approval to warranty company and its been a month, I haven't heard from parkway Honda yet.

I bought my Honda CRV from Parkview Honda 7 years ago. I've only had it in the garage one time for a minor repair which was covered under warranty. The sales experience was awesome. I was in the parts department today buying some touch-up paint for a couple scratches on my car. The staff is excellent. I had an amazing experience with Parkway Honda specially dealing with Puneet. It's extremely hard to find a sales rep who is not pushing to make a sale but actually trying to help you find the right vehicle for yourself. I was buying a car for the first time and Puneet had been amazing throughout the whole process. He was very patient, answered all of my queries, explained all the minute details and made me very comfortable before I made the decision to purchase my car.

Puneet is the best! He is amazing and patiently explained all the options to us and helped us in choosing the perfect car for us. I first gave 5 out 5 stars but there services are too slow. I got insurance and down payment done for a car still not received it. When I gave a deposit for a car then interest rate was pretty low but after three for days they raised it to more then 5%. The reason I got car from here was because of the deal at the end no deal and not received car yet. Waiting with insurance paid and $4000 down payment. The one star is only because Nina was nice all the time. Overall, I never want to buy anything from here and will suggest not buy.

Parkway Honda is one of their busiest and most impressive dealerships! They have a large collection of vehicles, new and certified pre-owned to suit customers of varied preferences. The staff is courteous and dedicated towards customer satisfaction. During my visit, I engaged with Mr Puneet Batra, who went above and beyond to provide me one-to-one support. He not only showed me the vehicles and provided details about their pricing and features, but also educated me about the Leasing process as I was not fully aware of the nitty-gritties. After shopping for a month, visiting more than 12 dealerships, without a doubt I feel Puneet offered me the best overall experience during my visit!

My husband and I came into this Honda dealership recently in search of a 2021 Pilot. We were connected to Nina Maramot who was a breath of fresh air in what had become quite a difficult process. Unfortunately due to Covid19, many car companies (Honda included) had been struggling to locate inventory. Many other dealerships tried to enter into a lease agreement with us knowing full well that there was no inventory to be sold, only to later attempt to wait us out in order to get us into a 2022 model. We were so grateful to have met Nina who was honest with us and didn't pull any punches. She was knowledgeable about the product itself and, more importantly, never over-promised on something she could not deliver.
I would recommend this dealership, and specifically Nina, to anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda.

I took my CRV for AC repair, my 2nd visit in a month. A new condenser had to be installed, for which I was notified that they broke the grill in process. Another 400 dollars gone for this.
Mellisa, the service contact, did not receive my calls. The afternoon on day2, I hear she is is absent and had not passed on the status to her peer.
As expected the invoice looked unreasonable accounting for high cost of parts. The condenser change with labor is over 850 dollars, the parts being opted are not OEM.
This service center is just an ordinary offering, I would not recommend due to high charges, more than expected expenditure for poor service, irresponsible customer management.

I was traveling to and calling multiple Honda Dealerships in my area and Parkway was the one that stood out to me. I had the pleasure of working with Nina who was extremely cheerful, very helpful and knowledgeable about her products and services, and genuinely cared about her clients and her job. I went to Parkway to try to get a quote that would help me start my business and one of the managers, Stalon, had to step in. As a sales person myself I really appreciated the questions he asked because even if they were the typical "sales questions" they were mandatory in order to figure out what we were looking for and some sales people don't even remember to ask them. Both Nina and Stalon worked diligently (sometimes even at night) to figure out the best possible outcome for both parties and we came to a settlement that I could work with.

Unfortunately the only thing I can say about the experience was that some things were said or written down and communication wasn't clear all the time about what was being offered and at the end the offers department who wrote my contract miswrote my birthday, address, email, and postal code - but Nina and Stalon acted extremely professional and made sure the contract was clear and concise.

Overall I came back to this particular dealership because of the service and the rapport Nina and Stalon provided me

Brandon kin he said he is going to send me the release letter over email after 48 hours and never did.
I called the receptionist 4 times asking Brandon she was connecting with him but he never answered, fifth time she told me he is off today.
Totally worst dealer.
DONT GO TO THEM.

Just to be carefull when buying pre-owed cars for the pricing! I have bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past and the discounts were not added on my second purchase, also be carefull about their interest rate & additional insurance added.
Overall as per the products and services are concerned, they are GREAT!

This is a review of their maintenance department as I did not purchase my Honda here. Great customer service from the people in maintenance. Free coffee, stable WiFi, and a good number of desks to plug in your laptop/phone to work (or veg) while you wait.

My only criticism is the wait time. It took around 2.5 hours to have my winters (on rims) swapped in, an hour longer than advertised, with an appointment. I'll give them some slack as it's high season and the facilities make the wait less painful. Plan accordingly.

They also performed routine checks (brakes, battery, lights, etc.) at no extra charge, which I appreciated. Finally, they offer tire storage for up to 8 months, at a very reasonable price (90 + taxes currently on promo).

All in all, a solid experience.

Went to several Honda dealerships before purchasing a Civic. I purchased from Parkway Honda because the sales rep, Brandon, was straight up with me and made the deal happen on my terms. The reviews for Parkway Honda are incredible, and having just purchased a used Odyssey from them, I can see why. Our sales agent Joel Evanoff was sincere, energetic and passionate throughout the process. He helped our family test drive both new and used vans, and explained the differences, never giving us any pressure to buy. He is a busy agent, but still took the time to walk me through all the features of our certified van before I drove it off the lot. And then he let me know that a spring needed to be replaced in one of the rear seats, and will give us a loaner vehicle until it is fixed. That kind of attention to detail is totally appreciated. We bought a 2015 civic in Aug this year at Parkway Honda, it had front end damage that was disclosed to us and had been repaired. Recently there was issue with the front left edge of the bumper coming away due to broken clips. I called Pakway Honda and explained the issue and asked if it was covered. They advised no, but, said since you bought it recently, we strive to keep our customers happy, so bring it in for us to look at it. Used car Sales Manager Jon Damianidis said they would repair the damage and offered us a rental car all at no cost to us. Outstanding service and it gives me confidence they stand by their product. This will be the first place I go for my next car.
