The CLV Parkway Park is the worst apartment i ever living in. Firstly the employee working there are mean. They don't care what customers at all. For a couple of examples: when i moved in, they don't guide me till the last day, such as where you can take the key, where is office, who will be contact person.i was resend because i don't have key and the following day i need to move in, there is no contact available either by phone or office location. Secondly, nothing will be fixed. For instance, the roof is leak during rain day, till to now, they have not fixed.they sent people to try to fix but don't communicate with people living inside, in other words they do something and never care it is good or not, done or not. When i reported them to email, no answer but robot being ask you to report on a link.they simple thing can't be fixed.you paid 2000 dollar per month, but there is leak.this is Canada, real Canada.expensive but very low quality. The third thing is: the advertisement mentioned the price is 1500 CAD per month, however when you sign contract, it will change something like 1700-1900, they are lie talker.at the time, most people already talked to previous landlord about moving, hence you quit your previous room, you have to move in since short time you can't find a new place in Canada low efficient work speed. You can talk with me before you like to choose and move in the CLV park, i will tell you their bad things for a couple of hours with facts.

The lost our rent FOR MONTHS then tried to take us to the Landlord Tenant Board even though they had been provided with the transaction number and proof that we paid it. It took threatening not paying rent for them to miraculously find it. They have been charging us for a storage locker since December and not providing one. The Office keeps telling us "Next week! " but not following through. All the storage lockers that they need to empty are filled with CLV group property (ovens/fridges). Oh, and the dryer in the building is constantly broken.

What a terrible property and management group! It is not uncommon to see emergency vehicles responding to incidents at the property. They rarely ever respond to requests and when they do, they are entirely unhelpful. Even the front door is difficult to get into and the deliveries have to be left outside (even in winter). Avoid this place if you can as you won’t be getting much help or even basic customer service here.

I've been looking for apartment near Algonquin College for a while and CLV group is the most responsive and information transparent. Thanks to my agent Sarah who is very attentive and answered all my questions, taking all my moving concerns away. Best agent ever.

Move in was smooth, and the unit was clean when I arrived. Any issues I had, were taking care of by the maintenance team the next day. Sarah was great when I was picking a unit, and has been helpful and super responsive on any questions I have had.

They done a great job in renovating this place, and the landscape is so nice during the summer. They have a nice lady working on site that was very nice and responsive.

Found a live cockroach crawling and roach droppings behind the stove.the units looks amazing with the new renovations but please be aware.

I used the Rent Café app to book an emergency service. The response was within an hour and the issue was repaired very quickly. We LOVE our maintenance crew at 2780 Rowatt!

We have rented two apartments here for our kids who are attending post secondary institutions. I have been extremely impressed with the high level of customer service and attention to detail since our communication began with David C over the summer. He was quick to respond to any question we had and was more than happy to show us any unit = trying to find the best solution for us. The apartments are bright, spacious were nicely renovated and freshly painted and cleaned before move in date.
Moving is stressful but I feel this company truly cares about each tenants comfort and happiness.and while I cannot comment on each employee - David C.gets 5 stars from this family!

Move here if you’d like a never ending supply of bed bugs. They treat our apartment but not the units surrounding us so they keep coming back. It has been a tough for our family.

Bed bugs are really horrible and the treatment process is time consuming. Imagine moving, but instead of packing things in boxes, you are touching, cleaning, then inspecting each individual item you own, putting it in plastic bags and living in a world of plastic for weeks on end. Only to do it all over again a few months later when they crawl in from your neighbour.

I’d highly recommend avoiding any rental place that does not treat surrounding units.

We had beg bugs in our unit last fall and my 4 year old son was reacting badly to the bites. I called and asked CLV management to check and treat the surrounding units since I was positive I hadn't been anywhere that could have given us bed begs. They only treated our unit (though management lied and said they were treating other units). Bed bugs were all clear by the end of December. We've been inside for the past month due to Covid-19 and I am noticing bites on my son again. Obviously they are entering from adjacent unit (s). I'm very disappointed in CLV management's lack of action in keeping us tenants safe.

On the surface CLV appears like they are trying but lying straight out to a resident and then ignoring a public health risk (especially in a unit with a young child that is reacting to the bites) is pathetic. Shame on you CLV for pocketing the money rather than treating the other units.

Lived here 40 years. Had a electrical problem. Lost power to half the apartment. CLV fixed the problem same morning. Great service if you ask me

We moved in just less than a year ago. They let us do a FaceTime viewing since we lived so far away. Then any questions I had were taken care of quickly. We found the apartment and moved on within a week which was great. They had cleaned and upgraded the flooring in the unit. It is a nice family area and they take good care of the green space. There is a great little dog run and poop bags and garbages around. All email correspondence has been polite and dealt with in a timely manner. The building is cleaned often. I would recommend these buildings to anyone looking for a place to live.:)

Very good location. Close to bus stops and college square. The apartment is neat and clean. The living room and bedrooms are spacious. Brooke is so helpful and responds our inquiries efficiently. 5 stars!

The staff have always be there to fix my issues and answer my questions. This is the perfect location as I am a single mom of older kis. I definitely feel at home here!

Torianne was amazing. She helped us through every step of our lease, making the move in super easy. So far we are loving our new apartment, very safe neighborhood and lovely newly renovated units.

I was rushed to start living here. Even timing was at top moving season, but this facilities made smooth handover between former resident and myself within only 1.5 day without troubles!

Thanks to great support of representative in this facility!

This pet friendly facility has great maintanance support in shared area, such as garden and walkways.
Those area are kept clean.also thanks to residents with pets for their care in outside.

My Ambassador was a young woman named Emily Didbin. In my case, not only was I doing a business transaction, but I Felt, that I was entrusting the well being of my daughter to Emily as she obtained a place to live while at University. This can be an anxious time for a parent. Emily's incredibly genuine and thoughtful personality put me immediately at ease.
Further, her work ethic and dedication to solving any and all of my concerns, showed her to be a hyper-contentious problem solver. Thank you very, very much Emily

Brooke was so nice and helpful! She helped us through every step. Our place is beautiful, its close to a convenience store, grocery store, school, bus stops, and more. Its a good apartment for anyone who is renting for the first time!

When we moved in our unit was newly renovated and with all new appliances. The location was great - easy access to public transit and the 417, lots of green space nearby and in a quiet neighbourhood. The management was professional and quick in getting back to us. We had some issues with our outlets and light switches and an electrician came within a couple of hours to check it out for us. We moved out December 2018, however we really enjoyed living at parkway park!

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, came in as an international student and being new in the city can be overwhelming. Brooke and the staff have been very supportive and made the process very easy and welcoming!

My girlfriend and I moved in about a week ago and absolutely love it here! Brooke our customer service representative has been incredible with guiding us through the entire process, and we couldn’t be happier!
We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed in our apartment, and within a few hours Abdul fixed everything up for us. We’ve never dealt with friendlier staff, and we’re over the moon with his service! The area is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighbourhood and everything we need is within walking distance. I would highly recommend living here either as a student or a long-term resident. Great job CLV group!

My family and I have moved to Parkway Park for about two months, and it is so far so good. The place is well-located with a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Everything is going well. All of this has to credit to our helpful coordinator Brooke. Not only did she advise us of the places compatible with our needs from the very outset, but she also gave us suggestions timely to smooth things out. Appreciation!

My partner and I have just moved in and we have had an exceptional time with getting this apartment. Brooke has been amazing, the entire process was so much easier with her helping us through the process of paperwork and settling in. There have been a few hiccups which is definitely expected when moving and only having a few hours to prepare the apartment for our move in, and responses by Brooke to help us has been outstanding.

The only reason there are 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was hard to plan for the apartment and where to place things, due to the lack of plans and dimensions on the website. A good idea to consider posting them if administration has a chance.

Other than that, it has all been wonderful!

This is easily one of the best experiences with property management I've ever had. Moving into a quiet, safe neighbourhood went very smoothly, communicating with management is quick and easy, and the apartments themselves are very clean, modern, and most importantly, safe.

We have resided here for just over a year and would recommend as a great place. Staff are friendly and responsive to needs at all levels. Any administrative dealings we have had have been addressed by Jennifer effectively, professionally and quickly to satisfaction.
A great group and pleasant to deal with at all times is our experience.

I really appreciate my new home in Parkway Park Apartments- CLV Group, spacious apartments, a secure neighbor, a lot of green garden.
But I would thank especially the person who help us a lot for our moving to the apartment the attentive and nice Torianne Smith our brand ambassador she was very caring for our questions and answer quickly our emails.
