They tried to charge me for work that was not done. Had to take bring my bike back to get my money back. Took my bike somewhere else. My f250 will never see the inside of there shop!

Shane was very helpful. Everything was done over the phone, texting and email; accepting my trade towards a new Honda CRF 300 L was very easy. Had everything ready on time and three days total between the first call to picking up the bike on a Saturday. Highly recommend buying from these guys. Awesome service. Purchased a bike from Parkway Powersports last week, the whole process from the initial call in to put in my deposit to loading up the bike on a trailer was seamless. Shane and the team were great, they even helped fastening the bike down in the trailer which was very much appreciated, couldn't recommend them highly enough!

No technician available on a weekend to service a jet ski? Weekend is prime time for jet skiers. Not that convenient.
You also close mid day Saturday and you are booked until the end of summer?

Had the pleasure of purchasing a used bike from Shane at Parkway. He was quick to respond to messages and very helpful answering any questions I had. He even took the time to meet me on a holiday weekend since I was coming from 4 hours away. Very happy with the bike so far and couldn't have asked for better service from Shane!

Absolutely thrilled to be driving my Brand New Yamaha MT-07 around town! I came into the store to take a look at some sport naked motorcycles and was greeted by the salesman Shane, who was very personable and professional. He was very familiar with the products in house and was able to give me an exceptionally thorough walk-through of the MT-07. He even went above and beyond to source some accessories to make my bike stand out, This guy knows his stuff! After some paperwork I was able to drive the bike out same week. Had an excellent experience yesterday when I had to make an unexpected visit. I had my front head light go out on my Can Am Spyder on this past Sunday and my M course test is planned for this Sunday. Everywhere I called couldn't help me and they were taking appointments in over a month backup. I didn't have time and I wasn't able to reschedule my M test. I was very pleased that they were able to take me in on short notice. I greatly appreciate their service and recommend them. If I could give a 100+ stars I would. Great service hands down.

I took my four old Yamaha snowmobiles to Parkway Yamaha for service and they were done very quickly which was awesome! Price was very reasonable. Great friendly service from the Service and Sales desk to the mechanics! Highly recommend them and will return again.
