Parkway Storage has unprofessional and incompetent staff who will feign ignorance to avoid being held accountable for poor customer service. I suggest using a reputable storage company, like StorageMart, instead of a sketchy small business like this.

Pickering Parkway storage was a great spot to temporarily store my household items. Sarah who works the front desk was always friendly and accommodating. I would have no hesitation to use this company again.
