Top quality furniture and superb service! I found this business while I was still overseas, planning my relocation to Toronto. The team at Parliament Furniture were so friendly, helpful and accomodating. I furnished an entire apartment from them and I can't speak any more highly of how seamless the process was. Move in day was made so much easier with their furniture delivery and assembly. Furniture is great quality, stylish and durable. I highly recommend Parliament Furniture.

I had 2 deliveries come at once today, the one guy who was delivering a mattress (not from Parliament furniture) left it in the lobby on a cart and didn’t assist me in bringing it up To my apartment. The guy who delivered my dining table and chairs from parliament furniture, on the other hand, brought up the furniture, including the mattress that was left in the lobby, assembled the table with the utmost care, and brought the trolley back down to the lobby for me after he was done. Overall excellent service and extremely kind people. I was very impressed

Great experience. We moved to 210 Oak street in April and bought a sofa bed and love seat from them. From the moment we walked in, we were courteously assisted and not rushed. Delivery of our furniture was done professionally and right on time. A great gem of a place. Thanks for all your help. No extra charge for choosing your preferred color and also no delivery charge. Purchased a simple bedframe from the website, delivery was prompt and delivery guys were friendly and super efficient/quick with the assembly. Very pleasant experience overall. Bed does what a bed does.

Returned to the store to get a replacement mattress; horrible experience overall, had to be the one to greet an extremely rude, disinterested elderly lady. Not helpful, and AGAIN, I had to be the one to approach her and initiate needing assistance. Seemed like she was closing a sale.but still. Anyways, in-store experience ruined impression of the company.

Bought a lamp on sale, and asked if I could go out the back to the car park. I was shown out, and helped down the steps.

These folks were so helpful! I called in with questions about their products that I was seeing on the website. They spent a ton of time answering all of my questions, and went well out of their way to help me find a desk for my empty home office. They delivered it for me within two days, and the super lovely gentlemen who delivered it even assembled it for me and took the trash with them. Overall fantastic experience. Ordered 2 items online and a few items were in-store purchases. I was desperate to have two mattresses delivered same day, and Parliament Furniture was able to do it. No delivery fees. Great apartment-sized furniture and great service. Also delivered my couch for free when the Brick wanted to charge $80 dollars for a very similar couch. Doesn't look like much from the outside but you won't regret walking through the door.

Bought two carpets here, within two hours it has been delivered in my apartment. The gentlemen in the store are all very polite and responsive. What I like the most is that they don't rip you off or upsell you things that you don't need.

IVE HAD MY BED FOR 5 DAYS AND THE WOOD AT THE BOTTOM HAS SPLIT. IVE EVEN BEEN ESPECIALLY GENTLE BUT NOW THIS PROVES HOW POORLY IT WAS MADE.
