Parry Sound Inn & Suites

The only thing missing is a pool or fitness center
But other than that everything is great
Really nice place to stay the staff is super friendly

The only reason we can't give 5 stars is because the bed was very uncomfortable and my and my husband's back is killing us. The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was the best we have ever had. The staff at the front desk during all our interactions were lovely. Upon checkout when we mentioned the bed, they did say they are planning to replace mattresses soon. If they do, we would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a good size.but there's an odor, whether on the ground floor or upper floors. It's in the carpets.

We were there for the Seguin mail run with the dogs, and they were great. Especially Shari Smith.

Desk and cleaning staff are wonderful! I found the bed a little too hard but other than that I had a great stay! Nice breakfast choices and any request was taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Tried hard to update an old hotel. I could hear my neighbors talking. The bathroom tub faucet wasn't fastened properly, I could spin both around. There were droplets on front of the toilet like the floor was not cleaned appropriately. The unexpectedly come into my room to make the bed whole I was out. Did not expect that. If they made the bed why couldn't they replenish the coffee. No recyclable plastic glasses only paper coffee cups. TV was had constant disruptive distortion so you couldn't watch a show without glitches. Breakfast on the other hand, was small but very efficient. One of the better breakfasts I have had.

We came in the middle of the night with our toddlers, 12: 30am to be exact, and we still had to pay full price. $170 for the night. Get to our room to find pieces of pepperoni on the nightstand! Gross! Floors were so gross, we had to keep shoes on our kids when walking around! Free breakfast in the morning seemed like a good idea, there was toast, muffins, cereal and drinks…all in a small corner.

It is 2022 and they don’t rent rooms to you without a credit card.

Not sure how you can manage Tesla chargers in the front, but can’t process payments via cash/debit.

Worst internet service since the internet first began rude desk clerk, no atm, all vending machines take cash with no cash available.

This hotel is my favourite in town! It’s quiet, comfortable, very clean, and the staff are always lovely. I particularly like the rooms with the view of the forest behind, as there’s a nice window seat.

The breakfast is simple and tasty, and there’s always coffee or hot water. There’s also plenty of parking if you’re coming up with a trailer and Tesla chargers too.

I stay here regularly when visiting family, but they’ve also helped out in a pinch when a road trip didn’t go according to plan. I would highly recommend!

Stayed in better, clean but signs of wear. Bathrooms renovated, small tv, no modern usb outlets. Lackluster breakfast but coffee good.

Parry Sound Inn & Suites is extremely accommodating and their customer service is beyond superb. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking to travel to Parry Sound.

Nice clean rooms, front desk staff is super friendly and the cleaning staff are awesome. Not a luxury hotel but a nice small town hotel.

The room was clean and the staff/service was excellent. The staff working at the front desk, Tammy went above and beyond for me! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are passing through Perry Sound.

Need to change the carpet, a bit old style and dirty. Room looks okay. Not bad for 2 stars Hotel.

Arrived at this hotel, and it looked good from the outside. What I received was a seriously flat uncomfortable bed accompanied with a smaller than par room. Overpriced, and have just received my first bedbug bite the first night after getting home. This place needs to have a serious overhaul and a contract exterminator. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Comfort Inn.

(Rating the Tesla supercharger.) Hard to find as you can't see it from the road. Also a bit hard to get into as it was on an incline. We didn't have to unhitch as there was no one there so major plus, but we would have had to otherwise and there wasn't a good spot to leave the trailer without going all the way up to the hotel l. It was up kind of a steep hill so we were happy there was enough room for our small trailer to turn around.

Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly front-desk staff. Passable boxed breakfast and such, for Covid times. Will come back!

Stayed here for a work trip and it was incredibly clean. Front desk workers were all very nice!

Me and my wife stayed for a night here and I think it was a best choice in parry sound.
Customer service was excellent and room was nice. Generally was clean but need to pay attention to detail, specially at this time!

Great service, but the rooms are looking very dated. We had a queen bed that definitely needs replacing and they put in a pull out couch! I would have preferred another queen bed instead.

-Less than basic cable (sorry but with really no other amenities they could at least provide decent cable)

Overall: Your best option in Parry Sound

The TV is very small and blurry. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and her reply was "they hear that a lot". I would not recommend staying there.

The woman behind the front desk was kind and sweet. Check in and out were easy and quick. The price was excellent for the room and service offered. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in the area.

Location is relatively new. However, the construction allowed for noise to transfer from upper units. Unfortunately, being booked on the 2nd floor meant that we were aware of the guests’ movements directly above us. We had to use our phones to produce "white noise" in order to sleep. Overall, this was a standard unit with courteous service from the front desk. Would book again but on the 3rd floor.

Before we came to Parry Sound to visit relatives we checked the reviews on most of the motels in town and decided that this one would be the lesser of two evils according to all the reviews.again, cant always judge a book by its review.lol.
Very friendly front staff.r room was nice, very spacious.bathroom was clean and pretty much updated.coffee maker, good sz fridge and microwave. I would of given 5 out of 5 but unfortunately the queen sz bed has seen its day.
Get a new bed and it's a 5 out of 5 for us.we'll definitely stay here again.:)

Stayed 3 nights in July 2020 and 4 nights this past week in August, and overall great experience. Location, cleanliness and all the staff make this a perfect comfortable stay.

Very clean lobby and staff are always polite.

Too pricey for what you get however staff super good which makes up for the cost. Nothing really to do there either.

I found Parry Sound to be great for the outdoors despite it raining the entire time we were there. That couldn't be helped.

We have stayed there multiple times throughout the last few weeks for work. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. I really enjoy staying at this hotel.

Amazing staff for real they were outstanding. The rooms were real cute they had a little sofa besides the window you could curl up against and was so cozy! Loved it thank you so much for being so accommodating.

Terrible service, thin walls, so you can't even talk in your room after 10pm without complaints from other guests

The shrimp was good but the donuts were not. I am angry at the staff for wearing socks because I am an antisockitist.

Room was clean but the dated and faded carpet and couch are sure signs this hotel definitely needs some TLC

Geat place to stay while you're in Parry Sound. I have stayed here a few times and the staff is very friendly and the faculty is clean and welcoming.

Room was clean, sadly there is not much else good to say. We were on the ground floor where the high powered outdoor lights that illuminate the building shined through our closed curtains all night. Wifi didn't work at all. Breakfast was disappointing. No hard boiled eggs, oranges, or even bananas. Blankets were thin and there were no extras anywhere in the room. When we left, the front desk employee didn't even ask about our stay.

Extremely overpriced considering the cost was the same as the Hampton in Sudbury, where you will enjoy a pool as well as a hot breakfast.
