We went to the bowling ally for our child's birthday. We went on a league night and they were rushing us out. We had to supply our own cake and forks, the staff started to get a little irritated with us because of our young kids running around. Also it was 5 pin which I find harder but better for kids. They did let us switch out players to accommodate more kids rather than adults without paying extra so that's positive.
Overall I would go bowling again but I will never set foot in the pool hall downstairs as I don't like the way the owner is towards members of the public. She is not a pleasant person.

Thursday night league is always a blast! Good people, great fun, lots of laughs and great spirits. The lanes are always clean and ready for bowlers. Come on down and enjoy some classic 5 pin bowling.

We were made welcome and attended to by çourteus and efficient staff. We are seniors that just play for fun and fellowship. The only down side was some of the music. Of course we realize that this is our personal opinion.

Had a great time out shooting some pool. Staff were friendly, and the place wasn't overly crowded for a Friday night. Will come back for some more good times.

Very nice bowling alley.
Prices were very reasonable and staff was very nice and friendly.
I just need to learn how to bowl now.

Tables and cues are getting worn-out. Change machine provides quarters even though the tables require 2 loonies. No hand sanitizers in sight for a place where patrons need to touch multiple surfaces is rather disturbing.

Great staff, clean pool hall, drinks were well made and my glass was never empty long. Great fun for a cheap price!

The downstairs part of it is a good spot to shoot some pool throw some darts and even karaoke.
I give the downstairs 5 stars. I give the upstairs bowling alleys a zero. Normally when you reserve TWO lanes well in advance you get two lanes. Every time he refuses to allow my group two lanes. The last time we went and booked two lanes well in advance only to arrive and were told sorry only one lane is available but the kicker is there were 4 lanes empty. He refused to give us the empty lane. I would imagine the owner of the establishment would be embarrassed. Not only did the employee lie to us he lost out on 60. That's probably 5 hours of work for him.

Typical pool hall but with a bowling alley upstairs. Karaoke Friday night.
The woman that runs bowling always makes it seem like a hassle when you show up without a reservation. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I took my kids downstairs for a few games of pool and saved 40 bucks. I removed stars from my review because of the bowling experience. If anyone else is working or if I was just rating the pool hall this place would be 5 stars.

A really cool glow in the dark bowling alley and a fun hidden treasure here in north bay and at around $10 a game it’s a nice way to spend time as a family or with a few friends. The food was bang on! Try the chicken fingers so good and Putine that is so yummy I will be back

Was a good experience. Wasn't amazing. Was good. Not great. Large party room, lots of bowling lanes. Staff was friendly.

Went to play pool with friends. We enjoyed the tables, drinks were fine, reasonably priced, bathroom was nice and clean. Not fancy but does the trick for a fun evening out!

Great atmosphere but could use new balls and sometimes the the pins don't reset right or strikes not called

Good place to play pool and bowling. Staff are friendly and food is good. Please note: The bowling is upstairs which requires you to climb about 20-40 stairs.

I came to celebrate my birthday and while ordering food and asking questions, my friend asked how much his drink was and he frailed his arms out and was shaking his head frustrated about the order. It was uncalled for and he didn’t need to act like that. His name was Corey. It’s his job to answer questions regarding anything within the business you work for. I asked him why he acted like that and was ignored and a different worker served us. One who is sick mind you. He never even apologized for his attitude. I’m shocked and very disappointed. I never go out due to this ignorant world we live in. Do the job you are being paid for!
