Today i talked to RAMIN about my credit balance, he was so rude, i told him my situation that i am refugee i don't have money i don't have work-permit. I am not working from last 1 year government is helping me for food and rent. So i cant pay that much give so give me sometime i wll pay that amount he be like sorry you have time till 28 to pay and i am gonna tell to bank. I said okay i requested him even. He harassed me alot … i left my country for some reason who is he here to tell me that return to your country.i am crying from last 2 hours, he hurt me mentally and emotionally.

Literally harassing me lmao. I paid my tickets months ago, one rep understood. The other ones just started to lie saying you have other tickets. Lmao. No respect over the phone, no life, just a bunch of write-offs in a room trying to scam you because they couldn’t find a proper job. Keep calling me, I got time to waste stop bothering these other innocent people and get a better job

I just a message on my voicemail that I will be keeping. The guy was rude told me I needed to call him as soon as I got the message.

This is a scam company. Sent a letter to my mother saying she still owed money from her previous bank. She doesn't. They wind up calling me to pay up, saying that because it was a joint account I am responsible as well. They are shady and do not know anything. Do not give any of them your money. Nobody but a group of scamming thieves.

Please stop calling me. I have told you dozens of times I am NOT Samual Mendoza and you have the WRONG number. You have been calling me for legit. YEARS. At some point you think you would give up! Sheesh!

I had a small issue that I had missed. Thankfully i spoke with Patricia and she did everything to right things the best she could. Excellent service and company. You can’t give them a low rating because you put yourself in the situation to be in their services. I hope I’m never in this situation again, but if somehow I am, I hope it’s this company.

Cannot give any information about who's debt they're trying to collect when every other company I have dealt with is able to let me know who they need to speak with. Reeks of unprofessionalism & scams. Each time I've interacted with an actual person it was the same agent, Jose, and he always gets very rude and hangs up the phone when I ask about the information, why they are continuing to call me and why they can't give me any other information. Don't fall for the scams they give you, if you have a debt I would go to the original company and see where the debt went from there.

Tried saying that they can see my own person credit score I laughed and told them there just a collection agency very unpleasant and rude representatives

Hello! I got a call from collections regarding my overdraft balance. I requested if they could contact me via email so everything will be in writing. They said they're not allowed to do that, and the employee's tone turned al little aggressive. I'll be reaching out to Consumer Protection BC for more information. TY
