The people were incredible that worked there. I ordered belts for my snowblower, drive belt and auger belt the shipping was amazing. I received it within three days five stars I definitely will be ordering all my parts from there.

Needed belts for my 15-year-old Ariens snowblower - the PartsBay site had excellent exploded diagrams, ordering info - and Yarmand had stock in-town, so the order was fulfilled in only a couple of days! Not a 5-star (I rarely give those) because order pickup is a bit congested, even mid-week - but all's good and the blower's back in business!

Made me wait outside as they were watching until 8: 30 was there at 8: 25 staff was rude the girl at the counter was good wouldn’t recommend

Website is clunky, not modern online shopping experience. I would have like to know at the time of ordering that a part was on back order before I placed the order, not after the order is placed. Advised it would take 3-5 weeks for the backorder, it took 6.

Very efficient process and timely shippng. I question why the shipping via Purolator was $17.50 for s spring the size of my index finger. I received another shipment the next day also from Ottawa consisting of 2 snowblower tires from another supplier via FedEx overnight costing $10,24. Either Purolator is gouging your company or you are using shipping as another profit centre. It is a competitive market place online so customers are looking for good deals.

I ordered a part for my Husqvarna snowblower this past winter in February. I soon received a message that the part was backordered until the end of March. Sometime in March I received a message that the the part was backordered until late April. I never heard another word until August saying my part had shipped. Great! Just in time for THIS winter.

The part was shipped very quickly but was a different colour than what was ordered and no explanation as to why the yellow lawnmower when that was ordered was replaced by a black wheel

I needed a part for my very old craftsman lawnmower. Called Parts Bay and talked to a very nice man on the order desk. I gave him the model number and part number. He did’nt have it there, but he checked the warehouse and they had it there. It was shipped on the 25th and I got the part on the 29th. Great service and I saved a pile of money by ordering from Parts Bay. Thanks again.

These guys were great, the parts shop is well run and they were able to locate parts for my elderly snowblower. Amazing selection of gas power tools in store.
Covid precautions are in place but didn't slow down our transaction.

Canada Post did change my delivery date 3 times.

Good service in store. They don't answer there phone. So I drove from barrhaven on hold the whole way there to see if they had a part in stock. Pick up my part from the store and still was on hold.

Parts for my lawnmower arrived fast and at a great price. What more could I ask for. I was expecting that a few less common parts that I needed may be back ordered, but when the package arrived a few days after ordering, everything was there! My new go to store for my lawn and snow equipment.

Excellent customer service. If you call them their rep is very polite, friendly and understanding. They definately know how to help find what you need. Our machine is 26 yr old Sears Craftsman and they had most of what I was looking for. One item was discontinued but the rep directed me where to look and I found the part elsewhere.
I found their part prices acceptable, but their shipping is a bit high, but you get it ASAP. Guess you pay for fast delivery.
I've used them 3 times now and will continue to use them.

They tracked down several parts for a 35 year old Sears riding lawn mower. Their customer service guys were great. They shipped quickly. All the parts were exactly right.

Very good supply of parts. Web page is easy to use. Part price ($8), was competitive with other sites. The only negative was the shipping costs which were $14.99 for a very small part. This is ridiculously high for shipping within Canada. I would not use this company again due to high shipping costs. Other web sites had much lower shipping but the part was not in stock.

They were able to supply me with the snowblower auger which I needed to operate the snowblower. Fast and FREE delivery. Excellent service!

You were able to supply me with the parts that I was looking for altough a little on the expensive side you still made them available to me, I have not had time to install yet but from what I see they look to be exactly what I was looking for.

I was able to locate a manual for a Craftsman Lawnmower as well as purchase the repair parts. Parts arrived in mail as ordered, a week later. I appreciate having a source for parts from former Sears purchases.

A belt I ordered from the online site was never apparently ordered. I understand that mistakes happen however after 2 weeks of not receiving my order I called and was told that I’d be called back by the end of the day. That didn’t happen so I called again the following day and was serviced by a different person. He was very friendly and helpful but again I didn’t get called back for 3 days so I called again. This was the 3rd call in 5 days. I got a very helpful person who put me on hold and found the problem. He told me the part would be there on Monday (this was a Friday). It was. A part that was supposed to take a week took 3. Again I understand that mistakes happen but for two people to not follow up is not very good customer service. I would have scored 2 out of 5 but the 3rd person was extremely helpful. I will shop here again as they are a Toro parts dealer but if I had a choice I would probably try some place else.

Shipping 5 business days in Ontario? I buy parts from a dealer in Wisconsin, USA and they arrive at my house in Ontario in 5 days. What takes so long from Ottawa, Ont?

Had all the parts I needed except one which was backordered from the manufacturer. Parts were delivered on time once the backorder was resolved. Staff followed up promptly. Good customer service. Parts diagrams and order lists were easy to use. Free shipping over $100. Will use again.
