The service I received at Part source went over and beyond. Bob was able to help me troubleshoot my problem before even seeing my car. After telling him my story over the phone of dealing with mechanics who just brushed off issues with my car, claiming that everything was okay when it was indeed not. He was straightforward in what needed to be resolved. Which I was so grateful for because every other technician that I went to didn’t want to help me, or couldn’t figure out what the problem was. He was informative, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable about the whole situation. That when I came in person after talking to him on the phone he was able to confirm that my car battery, alternator, and o2 sensor was indeed the problem that I was facing initially. Getting me the parts that I needed at a reasonable price. As well as assist me with a boost so that I could get to a reliable master mechanic so that I wouldn’t be stranded meant so much to me. I will definitely come back again, and recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable technician with huge integrity. Wanted to give 5 stars coz they have someone like Kyle working there who made my experience so pleasant
He knows how to talk to customers and bring more business to the place.
U won't believe it if i said i reserved my 2nd order at the same day coz of the customer service i received from him.
But unfortunately, when i went, i found him he is gone for the day.
Dealing with the supervisor who was working Friday @ 6 pm made me cancel the order and leave without turning back.
Seriously, this is the supervisor!
No wonder how much bad reviews this location is getting.

Went in to get a key cut just cut no programing. I brought in the blank and was told it was 35.00 to have it cut. Let me be clear its not a fancy key it for an old 20 year old honda civic.and they were rude about it.this is ridiculous, stoped at home depot and they cut the key for 10 dollars. This store has really gone down hill since Ryan left. He was the only one there that care about customer service use to shop here all the time and after a couple of horrible experiences it was time to write a review.

Be careful when purchasing parts, they are missing components in the box and then try to blame you for it. Bought brake pads which come in pairs and only found 2 when I opened the box at home. Representative by the name of Steven decided to argue about it for no reason. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, not worth the headache and poor service.

Today the clerk was training a guy and he took a long time doing my order. He kept telling me to hold on, and I grew inpatient. I told him that he is training the guy on my time, and he got mad
He kept saying sorry in an in-your-face Confrontational attitude, and then came on to the floor in my direction as if he was going to confront me. He then said out loud, I am going to be outside. - I don't know if he was trying to let me know that he wanted a fight. This guy is out of hand. One of the worst experiences I had at this store. He should not be training anyone, he needs training himself and anger management.

Absolutely tragic customer service, girl at the front was very rude and made snarky comments. Would never recommend coming here. Also gave a very hard time on an exchange.

Called them and asked if they carried 12 point head automotive bolts. Steve put me on hold, replied yes. I asked again as these are not very common. Drove there, they did not have any. Asked for Steve- on lunch. Explained frustrated as I specifically asked 3 times and wasted my time. A lady who looked like she was in a supervisor position approached me and asked for what type of car the bolt was for. I said a bolt is not vehicle specific. She told me that that is how the look them up. I said Volkswagen, she looked at me, saluted and said good luck go to the dealer and brushed me off. I was shocked with their lack of knowledge and extremely poor customer service. Will not return there until management changes.

They give me very hard times, they give me wrong battery and it's not fit, at the end they said nothing to do as soon as you out of the door that's it.

Convenient and close. No issues normally. They got my order wrong today which in itself was not a problem as i noticed it right away. However the tension in the room is high and the reaction from the staff was unwarranted. That I was supposed to go back outside for returns and call and wait inline. An intentionally loud exhale when i pointed out the mistake. Her: "Blue, red or orange? " Me: "I need high heat. " Her: "BLUE, RED OR ORANGE? ! " Fingers in the air stomping her foot. I reply in a similiar tone so now others attempt to help and she starts yelling at them. Snide and condescending. Now i understand the tense atmosphere. If you hate your job dont take it out on me take a vacation. Youre not my mom and im not a child.

Called 45 minutes before they closed. Phone just continued to ring until the line was cut. No automated message saying they are closed or anything else pretty poor customer service.

They gave us the wrong parts twice. The prices are good but they got to make sure they are giving the customer the right item. The lower priced does not make up for the wasted time and gas back and forth to exchange.

Update: While some companies have pivoted during the COVID lockdown, this is not one of them. There is something fundamentally wrong with management, let alone the staff who seem to lack the very basic common sense to be in a retail business. Thanks for definitively giving me a reason to never do business here again.

I have used this location numerous times in the past but after today's experience, I may have to rethink that. Service was inexplicably slow and all staff fail to acknowledge any customers that were waiting. It seems like no one wanted to be there and this was only a couple of hours after opening. One cashier ran out of staples and decided to go looking for staples rather than help the next customer.all the while you can hear the manager talking on the phone. As I said, previous experiences were great but today was horrendous and staff need to be reminded, without customers there would be no business.

I walked into this auto parts store along Erin Mills Parkway & Millcreek Dr plaza to browse.

It’s part of the holdings owned by Canadian Tire which also owns Marks Work Warehouse.

Lots of parts on the shelves but you can also line up at the parts counter and inquire about items specific to your own vehicle.

While I was in the store, staff were talking loudIy and I could not stop from overhearing the conversation. I believe one was the store manager.customers should not have to hear venting about other staff and head office issues.

I always go whatever with my husband to get stuff for our cars. Good friendly service and the parts are very well priced. They have a large selection of items and it’s great that they can get any parts you need even if they have to special order them.

The website doesn't match the store. For any of the stores in Ontario. So if you find it online call the store to check anyway because they might not have it.and the customer service line is useless too.

I would have rated 5 stars for partsource but my last visit infuriated me. I purchased a brake caliper to replace and old one and was told I would recieve a refund of $118 for my core. I paid by cash so naturally I was anticipating a cash refund. I was never informed to bring a debit with me in the event they were short on cash to refund me. However they wouldn't take the cash from the till to refund me as it would take a lot of their till. Regardless I drove 30 km to get there, now 30 more to go home to get my bank card to drive another 60 km round trip. I drive a full size truck and the gas alone is costing me almost half of my refund not to mention the time in traffic to make this drive again. As a customer I was done wrong and if partsource doesn't take care of this is some sort of way I will end my 15 year run of buying from them.

The people who work there have the WORST customer service skills on planet earth.
I went in looking for some car parts and WOW.
I never been there before so I don't know my way around, So I asked someone who works there for some help and he Shurgged his shoulders and said "I don't know"‍️
Then his female colleague came to Assistant and OMG. She was worst than him, she got upset at me for asking a question about car parts. (you sell car parts ‍️)
Am not telling how to run your business.
Just understand that not all customers know exactly the right car parts and size they need and may need assistance.
Not everyone is customer service oriented and you can tell who likes to help and who doesn't.
Form my experience the store is nice but the people working there are not.
I wish I can give 0 stars for the customer service.

Really poorly managed. Called to inquire about a part to see if in stock. It was so I drive 30 mins to store only to deal with rude unapologetic staff when the parts could not be found. I have had several poor experiences here including one with the store manager. This is the first poor review I have posted here but really it keeps going down and getting worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and go to the partsource at Laird and Winston Churchill.

First time there. The staff seems to be knowledgeable. Is the price any better? Have to do more shopping and comparing. Cabin filter cost $26 seems to be pricey, but got immediate service rather than wait for garage to order the parts.

Stopped by to grab a few things for my A4. When I approached the service desk to find the location of the items i was looking for the staff were extremely knowledgable and found the items i was looking for within seconds. Staff were also very knowledgable about my specific vehicle and made recommendations of what would fit and tips on how to perform specific tasks efficiently and professionally with minimal error (she really knew what she was talking about).
Overall i recommend this place to anyone whether you're just starting to work on your car for maintenance and need a few tips or if you've been working on your build and need some ideas and tools. Amazing location and great low prices.

After being turned away from Addison Chevrolet for loosing our wiperblades while driving and them refusing to sell us a pair due to "no one being in parts" we crawled to the part source and was quickly assisted with two new blades and was quickly on our way. I would highly recommend them for emergencies if one is in need.

I have been dealing with them for years, prices are good. Always double check your part, they have been known to mix up the part number, you might get a right instead of a left etc.

Not a bad choice. The part I was after wasn't in stock but they had it ready for me first thing the following morning. Price was comparable to other part suppliers in price. The staff at this location was super nice though.

There is one person that works at the front desk that is not fit to be in that position. You'll know him when you see him. He was very very rude and had no customer service skills or class.
Everyone else on staff including management is great.
