Gagan was super helpful when helping me with parts and went above and beyond with assisting me. I asked if they had any drinks other than red bull and they didn’t unfortunately but he didn’t hesitate to go to his own car and grab me a water bottle!

Good stock, staff aren’t motivated to assist you when locating a product. Rather assist phone customers instead of instore customers. Not even acknowledging instore customer. A friendly “I’ll be right with you” can go a long way.

Came there for the 30 special of oil and filter. The workers had no sense of urgency, I was standing on the line for 25 mins with no other customers. They just kept talking and talking and finally they acknowledge me.

Terrible service, Chris answers the phone but leaves you on hold and never comes back. I can't imagine having a store ran by such a terrible employee.

The worst parts source location by far, the manager Fariq is a joke of an excuse for a manager. Not putting things on account and double charging, and when he’s wrong he just waves you off and pretends he’s busy

Didn't even want to get off the chair to check the inventory. They suggested to go to Napa. Miserable attitudes. Rude and close minded individuals. Thanks for nothing.
