On October 6, I visited. The cashier, a skinny young girl, was really unpleasant to me while I was asking a question. She explained her response to me while shouting at me, and she needs to be fired or learn how to communicate to customers. I would never go this kind of store who disrespect customers

These fools confirm your car part thru phone, and then when you show up to pick it up, reveals they got the wrong part in fact. Not very straightforward individuals here. Wasting your time.

I went there and RJ helped me choose the stuff and he was so kind to drop it off to my car as well. Also taught me how to use the products.

Went in for an oil filter cap replacement and even though they didn't have it in store, they ordered it from a different location and it was ready for pick up within the hour. The prices are fair as well.

Worse customer service and would never ever recommend this store. Guy name David (tall) team lead on his batch was spying on me and then I went on the counter to cash out.he was asking my cell phone number. Abusive behaviour. Would never come back.

I bought the headlight bulbs for my car here.staffs were very helpful with my question and the bulbs are working great.

I bought a pair of wipers for my car. After a few months the rubber started to come off. I called them with a reference number for the warranty that came with the purchase. From the get go, they seemed hesitant about replacing the blade, and the guy on the phone asked if I purchased from this location. I told him no, I think it was a different location. He said ok come in we will replace it. After going in, I gave them the reference number and the guy asked me to bring the defective wiper blade inside. Then after doing that, he asked me if I had a receipt. I said no, it's been a while I didn't keep it. So he said, no problem and printed out another copy of the receipt. Then after a few minutes another guy came to the counter, and started saying that the warranty doesn't cover if the rubber part becomes detached. He tried to say that the reason could be because I tried to clean ice with the wiper. I told him, no I always use a scraper to clean the ice from the windshield. Again hesitantly, he said, ok we will replace it and asked another employee to bring the replacement blade. Then he asked if I had a receipt again. Again I said no, but the other gentleman printed a copy. He said, no that's not valid and because I purchased from a different location I needed an original. The other location was far from my current location, so very inconvenient to go there, but it was quite obvious that they were coming up with any excuse to not have to honour my warranty. Terrible customer service for such a well known parts store. I told them, you will not be getting my business anymore, took my defective wiper and left.

I called in to inquire about parts and the agent who picked up the Call is very incompetent and lack of customer service skills. Will never ever call or visit this store. Extremely disappointed.

Not good service over the phone and the people working there are not very friendly specially over the phone. Wrong parts most of the time and cheap quality. Tried to open an account with them but now I am disappointed in their service and parts. Never do any business-with them.

I've been to many part shops, and without doubt, I can say for a fact that this branch is the best. Shout out to the Manager Nr. Shafik, Extremely organized, courteous and highly technical informative. He has gone out of his way to assist me in my needs and offer advice without hesitation frequently. I would recommend this outlet to anyone and everyone! All the best to Mr. Shafik and his wonderful team.

Thanks to JAGSON for a truly unprofessional experience…next time, just listen to your customer…rather than express that you can’t do anything. It was as simple as looking up the part in your system…in stock or not…rather than me having to dismantle from vehicle…in the cold…and, return with it! The info is on/in your system! Or…is it that you have an issue serving certain clientele!?
Regardless…I will not return to this location…ever!

I called and asked them if they have rotary sandpaper rollers for the tool. He said no. I called Pickering and they said yes.both location have them. I checked online and both location have them. I went to your store and purchased it and he brings the bag to me with the wrong part.

If you guys don’t know the products of part source or products of auto body shop. Simple don’t work there.waste of time!

There two other guys old timers which really help you out and know their thing.

I just bought an oil today for my VW GTI and they were quick to respond. They asked me to wait at the front to pickup my stuff due to COVID lockdown and the staff came over and handed me the right oil as per my request. Keep up the good service. Just sad they closed the Midland/Lawrence branch as that's where I usually get my parts. Either way they helped me with my car part needs.

Lots of free parking anytime I have gone here. Staff inside are pleasant and helpful. I have had assistance from them checking stock in the back on more than a couple of occasions. Pricing is typical of the items they carry. Not an overly large store but plenty on hand. Will continue to go here.

Very poor customer service. Ghetto store, 1 person working, I stood there for 10 minutes and not a word, as he was on the phone with a customer. Courtesy, manners, acknowledge the person that is waiting. I will never come back to this Parts Source. Train your employees, or u may not have customers coming back. Equals no jobs and you closing down. My friends dont go here. Go to Napa or 747 Parts

Excellent service and very helpful, informative staff. I went to buy spark plugs and engine oil. They not only helped find the right items but also, recommended accessories like oil filter with reasonable price range. Great Service. Thank you

My preferred parts source store / branch. Staffs are friendly and you can get almost everything there at decent price.

Very helpful team here. Quick to offer assistance, informative, and knowledgeable. The last time I came here the attendant told me change some filters out myself saving me lots of money from having it changed at the dealership. Will definitely be back for all my automobile needs.

It's belongs to Canadian Tire! But it's better service then Canadian Tire! Only sell auto parts and car accessories!
