I’ve been coming here for over seven years last three times I came was very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Went in today to get a replacement windshield wiper! Ken was an absolute delight! He was quick to help and enthusiastic about it too. He was so helpful and made sure we had the right one and installed it for us before charging us. 11/10 service! Thank you Ken!

Replaced my wipers twice here so far and both times they told me they dont have windshield fluid to refill mine. Even though they were selling windshield fluid. Go open a bottle and fill it. Never returning here again.

Published offer on struts not available for a Jeep Liberty, it was claimed that they no longer carry that part. Alternative from a 3rd party available at higher price and no 40% discount as published.

Called in about 10 minutes before they closed (I didn’t know this). Was put on hold, he then came back; looked up the parts for my truck and I asked to order them at which point he replied “we close in 2 minutes “.

I asked if I could place the order and he said “hold please”. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up.

He put me on hold until he could run out the door. Rude.

Bad customer service. I bought halogens lamp for my toyota car and it was tested on my car immediately which was faulty and refused to bring out light I immediately returned the halogen but the sales rep was giving me altitude and refused to refund or exchange it for me. I will encourage anyone to buy from them.

Very knowledgeable staffers. Very friendly and attentive. The part I needed wasn't in stock but Leonard was able to get my air filter from another location to arrive the next day. Picking it up was effortless and fast. Will visit the store again.

Justin moved here from the Queensway [next to Costco] location - that man knows what he's doing. I was just buying some oil and filter - that man sets me up for a reasonable discount - YEA! I saved few bucks and got a superior product! Thanks Justin! I appreciate your effort!

Kay was a awesome sport for helping me tracking down a part with the 26 part numbers I gave him and until the last one he didnt give up and was really patient. His friendly attitude was most appreciated.
Hope to pick up the part by 10 am tomorrow as was told.

Gone there wanting to buy a 'Wheel bolt' for brake job. Ended up of selling me a whole Hub. If I were not in dire need of driving my car today I wouldn't have bought it. I pointed at the bolt in the hub and told him I want to just buy a bolt like this one, no need for a whole hub, but he literally said I don't know it's size! Crooks and exploiters, avoid them.

Aaron helped me out he was fantastic knew his stuff and gave me the best recommendations based on my needs

I needed windshield washer blades. Always a struggle to install. Matthew was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and figured out how to install the rear blade, which I probably would never have figured out. You have to do it blind under the covering.

Thank you Matthew. See you when I replace the blades next winter.

This place is a joke. They have no clue about what they are talking about. I went in to buy high and low pressure caps for a/c and was told by two employees nobody sells them have to go to scrap yard and hophope to find them. I then asked are they not the same for all cars and employees replied yes. So then asked again are you sure none available for sale anywhere. Once again told have to go to dealership or scrap yard hope I find one. What a joke. Went on phone while pretending to browse and looked up 4 places that sell these in 5min.
BE CAREFUL EXPENSIVE ITEM TO TRUST WITH PEOPLE WHO REALLY HAVE NO CLUE OR ARE WILLING TO BLATANTLY LIE TO YOUR FACE

Ok.
So I'm Canadian and just moving back from the states. My car has Kansas plates. I think that's very important and speaks to the prejudice.
I had a check engine light that was going on and off. It was suggested by mechanic here in Toronto take it to parts source to have the electrical test done. This would avoid the cost of them doing it.
The pictures I post clearly state on the building they offer free electrical testing.
I went into the store to speak with one of the associates.
At first one gentleman was very nice he was an older man, younger man came over however and took over the conversation.
First he told me I had misread the sign that they loan free tools they do not do free electrical testing.
I exclaimed to him that he was welcome to send step outside and see for himself to sign clearly states free electrical testing.
At this point he changed and asked me if I had a check engine light on. I told him it wasn't when I walked in the store however it kept blinking on and off which is why it was suggested to come here.
At this point he laughed at me and told me the test wouldn't work. At this point I explained that since the light comes and goes every 15-20 seconds, the test would surely pick that up.
Again he laughed at me and explained that I insisted on having it done, He could do this for a donation.
At this point I was flabbergasted that this young, disrespectful, lying, person was an example of the new Canadian.
So be prepared when you Shop here to be at the mercy of the staff. Their adverts and posted signs mean nothing.
In the end he suggested a place in New York.

These guys are great. Very friendly and helpful. They always have everything in stock when I go in to get what I need, if they don't have it then by the following work day they will! They also have good sales that will save you some money on some of the stuff they sell. If you are a do-it-yourselfer than I recommend using this place for auto parts and other related stuff. The prices are reasonable and lower than Canadian Tire eventho they belong to the same company. The only downside is that the company should look into opening a 24hrs location for those emergency situations. But otherwise great location!
