At first, I didn't believe it when a friend told me that this place is owned by Canadian Tire. After speaking to staff, it erased all doubt.

I waited for 15 minutes in line, lady employee finished with customers, just to start something else, while I was still waiting there. She was too busy to help me. 4 employees with only 1 helping customers. The rest are too busy to help. Terrible customer service. Never go back again. Pickering location BTW.

Worst part source I've ever been to, called on the phone an hour in advance for an oil drain plug and was told that they had it stock, so I asked for one to be set aside for me, i was told no problem and whomever i spoke to on the phone proceeded to take my information, After driving from markham to Pickering and waiting in the store fro 35 minutes to my suprise i was told that they don't have one in stock. Go to any other part source, they employ insincere and underqualifed staff. They say " the parts the pros the price" but i didn't see the parts, and I didn't see the pros

If you want amazing customer service and a fair deal on parts for your car then come to this location. Josh provided me with excellent service and should be manager at this location. Thanks josh your awesome.

Shout out to Arvin at Part Source Pickering! I showed up about a half hour before closing looking for wiper blades after being sold the wrong ones from the local Canadian Tire. Not only was CT expensive, there was nothing else compatible. Nor was i asked if I would need any help with installation.

Arvin, at Part Source, not only took the time to find the correct wipers for my vehicle, he also, without hesitation, installed them for me and was happy to do so.
The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes and I left relieved that I had wipers that fit and work properly.
It's nice to know that you can still get great service without being gouged.

I was told my plugs would be in for 1pm went to the store and was told the did not pick them up from the danforth store would have to back at 4 pm Gas is not cheap driving from Claremont

Fast efficient service at a reasonable prices. This location is a hub with a warehouse so lots of stock too.

Ordering and curb side pickup were efficient. Out of stack item back ordered arrived the same day.

I called for sandpaper about 1 o clock thru said they have it. I called back at 3pm to double check if they have the sandpaper I needed. The guy on the phone said to me “ that a big order you have to place it online we close in half and hour “ it’s sandpaper 3 piece of sandpaper you want me to place online. LOL. I can purchase it somewhere else. Just stop wasting people time.

Outstanding experience! There was a manufacturer defect with my brakes, partsource exchanged all of them without any problems and even refunded me a large portion of the payment even tho they did not have to!

I went to this PartSource to price match as their policy would allow it and I usually shop here. I was told they would not honor the price since they would lose money and that they do not compete with larger retail stores. I reviewed the policy and nowhere does it say that they cannot match the price of they would be loosing money. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I'm pretty sure they've made a lot of profit off of me. I guess I will be shopping and providing profits to another car parts company.

Your shopping experience depends on who you get an associate. One member did not even try to find my item (drainplug) but thanks to Matthew for helping me find everything

Fantastic place. I had a dashboard problem and the two guys working were able to diagnose the problem in less than 30 minutes.

Employees are very discriminatory towards women. Served two men who walked up to the counter after me and answered two phone calls before I again asked for service. Will be more choosy where I get my parts next time as I won’t wait again to be served after every man in the store.

My first visit to help check a battery went well. They offered to check it for me, printed out a receipt for it and said that it’s probably okay. I then asked if they could price out a new alternator and they did that very nicely. No pressure to buy the rebuilt one from them. I found it slightly expensive. Would have been 5/5 if the price was slightly better.

This store has degraded in service, staff don't care. I pointed out a display that was supposed to have featured sales flyer items and none were on sale. Manager didn't care. Also items are not priced correctly. Does this store adhere to the Canadian scanning code of ethics? If so my purchase should have been free since it scanned way over the marked price and it was less than ten dollars. I pointed it out, again no one cares. Also you will notice the staff stand around behind the counter and chat and don't bother asking you if you if you need help or if you found what you are looking for. The store looks tired and about to go under unless proper professional staff are engaged.

Tried to get rear brake calipers for a Volkswagen Golf. Had to go back twice and they couldn't get it right. First time was two completely different calipers, and the second time, they were the same side. I even showed them before I left but apparently they're "inverted" - WRONG. Went to another location, no knowledge of actual car parts here, only inputting numbers.

Had a pretty good experience in the store. I called in to my local store in Oshawa and they told me that the Pickering location had all the parts I needed so I drove there instead. Within 5 minutes I was walking out with the parts I needed without any hassle oh, not much else I can ask for in a parts store I suppose.

Never busy, well laid out, helpful staff always have the parts I need JUST FIX THE PARKING LOT you will break your car in the potholes for last 5 years

Ordered an item and was assured it would only take a few days to come in and I'd get a call, no call. A month passes by during which I went back a few times to check, without looking, no stock they said. If they don't call then they don't have it. Six weeks passes by and I go to check and the associate checks the shelf, it's sitting there and it's on sale. Ok finally I get the item but it's on sale cheaper than when I ordered it. I asked if I can get price adjusted, of course not I bought it over 30 days.

Out of many parts store that I have used over 18 years in the auto industry this is the absolute worst location when it comes to customer service. Very rude and disrespectful, they are without car and understanding. They lack of commonsense training when it comes to customer service. After continuous bad experiences at the Pickering location now I revert to the previous location in Scarborough and I live in pickering.

Got our windshield wiper blades from here. Had gone to Canadian Tire but no one was there to help but over here we got help right away and they installed them and topped up washer fluid. Will return here for car part again. Also they have parts that you don't find at Canadian Tire or Walmart. We bought wiper blades from Walmart and they didn't fit our VW Jetta at all.

Good place to come.
