Was just in the store and waiting in line to buy some duct tape and someone walks in and he gets served immediately while I'm standing right there, I guess they don't like my money oh well there's always Home Depot.

Jay was super helpful in giving me the best advice on the maintenance of my car, I felt bad for coming in last minute but Jay didn’t mind and spoke with me a for an extra 10 mins to just to help me. Excellent employee!

Went in to special part for my car, I was told by Thomas it would be there by next day before 5. The part didn't come there for another 2 days later. I was told numerous lies from everyone in the store I spoke to each of them had different excuses as to way the part was not there. The first excuse was that Thomas, while ordering he didn't change the way it was supposed to be shipped. And so on and on. I would have to say very poor service from this store and staff.

It was a cold day in Nov.and I needed windsheild wipers, so they gave me a custom pair to fit my vehicle and then put them on FREE, you can't beat that.

Why would Part Source persevere to get your phone number upon purchasing a 4 liter of oil and an oil filter, suspicious marketing again and he said its for the warranty for the oil and filter lolll. And l got the wrong oil filter too. Went to Auto Parts

Very quick in fulfilling orders during this COVID lockdown. Placed my order in the morning and it was ready within 2 hours. Home Hardware and Canadian Tire are usually a couple of days.

Went to buy a car battery last Sunday. The man working the door was extremely rude.could not get through on the phone. I told him this and he said keep trying then slammed the door in my face and locked it.it took another 30 - 40 min getting what I came for. I dont mind waiting but I was disgusted by how rude this man was. I will never go back. I have no problem with the store or it's other employees. But I can not justify giving a good review sorry.

Known this place and its staff for over 15 years.
Alfred, Antonio, Sue, Chris, Thomas and even the young bucks are amazing, helpful people.

Went there today (now that they are open again!) and got some things I needed for my car. Staff were awesome, as always! Great selection, and price points are still better than everywhere else!

Had to go here during covid lockdown, the gentleman on the phone who I spoke to 2 times was exceptionally rude! Ended up being a waist of an evening and never got to work on my project for the e evening. Won't be returning to this location.

Always so helpful when dealing with. I have a classic with parts that a hard to get. This team takes the times to dive deep into third party suppliers to get those hard to find items and suggest other businesses when they can’t get them. Never leaves you in a bind.

Bought windshield wiper blade and they were good enough to install it for me right then Very polite and accommodating Will return to shop there

The part I thought ordered was correct, however the part I received was incorrect.
When I tried to return the part (with receipt) they wouldn’t accept the part because the box was ripped.

If anyone wants to make sure they get the right parts the first time. With out standing customer service go see Armand at the far right hand corner of the counter. Thanks for 13 great years i am looking forward to another 13 years.

Awesome customer experience with a parts representative. He even offered to change the new window blades I bought and take care of my old ones (manager's take note - he had a beard and does not own a car - but man, does he know his stuff). I'm not sure if everybody there is like that, but he saved me a bunch of time trying to figure my car problems on my own. Highly recommend!

Called in and inquired on brakes and rotors on a 2010 dodge caravan, was passing through barrie and wanted to stop in and pick some parts up. Lady answered, i enquired and she needed about 2 books of information about my vehicle I didnt even know before she could quote me a price. I got home called my local parts store, less then a minute he had me a price on brakes pads fronts rears and just needed to know the year make and model and engine size, bit more pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Maybe it's time to hire people that know about cars instead of computers.

Gave Partsource a call on Saturday trying to find a part that I needed that day to get my truck up and running. I called and was put immediately on hold (I don't mind as it was a Sat and was expecting a bit of a wait). After waiting nearly 30mins, I thought I was forgotten about so I hung up and called back in. A guy picked up and asked to put me on hold. I said no I didn't want to be put on hold and forgotten about again. He immediately got rude with me and changed his tone "Well I am dealing with a customer so thats just too bad you're going to wait". I asked to speak with his manager, he then tells me that he is in fact the store manager and continues to be rude (never once apologizes for me being left on hold for as long as I was). I ended up calling another Part Souce and was told that this one was the only one that had what I needed (Thanks Tristan from the other location!). I went into this store and it was completely dead. Seems like the manager just didn't want to help out anyone. Really disappointed in PartSource for this. I hear horror stories all the time about PartSource and this just solidifies this opinion. Ill be taking my business else where from now on. Better prices elsewhere anyways

Great service took in a piece of serpentine belt with no part number just the length and they matched one up for me and got me going they went above and beyond when their competiton down the road didn't even try this will be my first stop next time i need a part!

No 1 would help. The lady that did help. When she asked the other guys for info on std OD 6.3mm for master breakline. Thy looked the other way. I had to go behind the counter and find it.close the dam store. Please

This place is awesome. No matter what type of a vehicle I'm buying parts for, I always get treated with respect. Every employee is very polite and professional. And their prices are usually pretty competitive. And when I order something, they usually get it in the same day. I will definitely continue shopping here and will always recommend this place to everyone.

Helpful guys when looking for parts usually have most parts available. Pricing is fairly good.

Service desk is always friendly, and it seems like they've always got the part I need in stock. If not, they'll order it up. My go-to auto parts store.

Brian was the most kind and helpful parts person I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot of them. I called asking for an inverter pump for a Prius, which is not a common part, and the promptness and professionalism with which I was served was honestly mind-blowing. 10/10 would recommend.

Super close to home a 1min walk so convenient, very helpful staff, great for quick repairs & I don't have to drive anywhere.

People were great at south Huronialcation in Barrie. However rear drum brake kit was missing pins. Car was all apart when I discovered this. I had no choice but to reuse old rusty pins. I feel like my car is unsafe still. Not good. I have to arrange use of a garage each time I do mechanical. I'm 66 years old and found this a frustrating experience. The brake kits always had pins in the past? I was able to get 2 out of 4 pins I needed from Canadian tire. Walking there and back didn't exactly make my day. Although exercise is good.
