Party City

Website says they do key cutting and have it available in store but I went in and the employee rudely told me they don’t have key cutting and it’s not on the website. Don’t go here for good service.

The place is understaffed. They kind of have an idea where items are, but because the aisles are long and very few, it's bound to be in 1 of 6 aisles.

The lady at the counter provided an excellent service by providing her expertise on different products. She was friendly and helped me in deciding the purchase.

A typical party store to get all your celebration needs. We went to stock up on birthday items for my son's birthday. Usually, these stores have a section for helium inflated balloons, but I did not see this. The shelves were a little bit bare as well. All in all, a decent store.

They have a pretty good selection of costumes and decorations. Like everywhere else costumes are always overpriced, although the 2 I bought there seem to be better quality than what I bought from Spirit Halloween.

All of the child restraints on the shopping carts are broken. They've been broken for years now. Disappointed that safety is not a priority.

Balloon bouquets are great value (~$21) and ours lasted more than three weeks! Friendly and efficient staff, tons of choice. I will definitely go back.

Sternly told my 3 year old not to bounce a ball that he was just holding and then said it would be an hour to fill 1 balloon cause they were backed up. Huge ripoff too.

My go-to place for anything party related - and also Halloween. This time, went in to order balloons for my child's birthday coming up, got candles and some decorations. Friendy staff, never have an issue.

We ordered a bouquet of balloons for curb side pick up. The service was incredible from the start. We popped one balloon getting out of the car and they replaced it no questions asked. Thanks Party City keep up the great service.

We ordered balloons in May for my child's university graduation in June to make sure that we had what we wanted. We paid an extra $10 to inflate the confetti DONE balloon, which deflated in less than 24-hours. A guest at his graduation stated that they had not inflated the balloons properly and had not sealed it, or else it would have lasted.
We had also ordered a Class of 2021 balloon, when we went to pick it up, she asked if we wanted a refund as it was not holding it's air. I asked her for another graduation balloon and she stated they were all sold out. I understood this and choose to take the balloon as I had no other option at this time.
Maybe this was a random experience but when you order for a special occasion and pay extra for inflation, you don't expect deflation in less than 24 hours.

Your website sucks. Trying to order online and the pages don't load. Would really like to shop in store! Who knows when that will be!

We saw a happy birthday pinata on the wall that we liked, we asked if they had more of them, they said "No" then we asked if we could buy the one off the wall they said "No" so my question is this, if they had of sold the one off the wall to us (We would have it now) They wouldn't have to answer any more questions about it, and when they get more in, they can blow up a new one and put it back on the wall, that simple. This is the third time I have been here, and they have let me down.

Always a great selection of party supplies. I love the isle where everything is colour matched for a dinner party.

Nice store to visit for your kids party needs and small toys. They had a nice collection of Halloween costume. They have lots of candies and balloons as well. Tried their helium balloons once it was ok

My review is more geared to the fact that the LATEX balloons DO NOT last more than 10 hrs max. I think it is because they are old balloons.

Like a previous review 2 months ago said.in less than 24 hours after picking up the two 9 latex and 1 foil balloon bouquet, $20 each,
2 latex balloons had popped, and 6 were on the floor.

When I called to check on the guarantee for the balloons, I was THEN informed of the life span of the latex and foil balloons.

The latex helium filled balloons are only guaranteed for 12-18 hours, definitely less.
The foil helium balloons are only guaranteed for 24 hours or more.

If the life span for the latex balloons was made known to me before the purchase, I would have spent more money on having more foil balloons.

I must add my interaction with the staff a few days before my event was pleasant, they were patient with me, as I probably took longer than most choosing what I wanted, I didn't have an idea beforehand.
Also the lady I spoke to the day after my event was polite, when explaining the guarantee policy.

Need stuff for cooking competition. They found it on the wrong priced display and gave us the lower price. Great service and staff.

We always buy our party needs in this convenient location especially the balloons. Friendly busy staff.

Lots of variety, but the staff were not overly friendly and the prices were expensive. Overall- I would rather visit a dollar store!

Less than 24 hours after picking up really expensive helium balloon bouquets they are practically all on the floor this morning and my toddler is not happy about it. Apparently their helium filled latex balloons are only guaranteed for 12-18 hours. Their 24 hr guarantee is for the foil ones. Take note- if you ever have to pick something up the day before, they will probably be no good for your event. They also gave me no sympathy and could not have cared less when I complained so their customer service is terrible. There are other annoying things about this store- like having balloons on display that are not even in stock. I will likely try party giant or somewhere else in the future.

You visit with ur kids, and I promise you. You will spend 2 hours there. Friendly staff and great prices.
