I spend $60 on a balloon bouquet and one of the foil balloons were not inflated properly. They were in the bag so I didn’t see it. When I called them they wanted me to come back the same day. Otherwise they were not going to replace. I bought them on my way home while going home to start celebrating my daughters birthday. Would try a different location next time than this - not happy with the customer service.

Unfortunately they do not have anything that is dance or gymnastics themed. Still a good price for the generic birthday party plates, napkins, etc.

It was so refreshing to be dealing with such a kind and caring associate at Party City! I came in looking for some last minute party supplies and Yanique greeted me, walked me through my options, double checked to ensure I was purchasing exactly what I wanted and she kindly inquired about my event. It was so nice to see this level of care in customer service! Thank you Yanique

Highly recommend going to the Burlington or Dorval Dr location. Would never spend money here supporting the individuals managing. Have heard the way they talk to staff, and they should be ashamed.

We had an event for our company in October and had ordered some balloons for this event. The cashier took our order and explained to us how the balloons will look and inflated few of them to show us how different colours would look. She was very patient and helped us through the pre book. On the day when we picked up there were 3-4 ladies who were inflating and helping us load the car. Though we arrived early to pick up they had inflated almost all the balloons. Thank you Party city for making our event wonderful and all the staff who helped us through it

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Rosa store associate working this evening October 12 2022. Extremely rude and absolutely awful attitude. Seriously needs to take a different position or find another job. I have never experienced this type of attitude from someone in customer service. Felt absolutely awful for the girl she was training tonight! Disgusted.

They do not provide help when in store and even if you haven’t opened the item they won’t accept a return or even a credit after 30 days.

Fun place to shop but shelves weren't fully stocked with everything we were looking for. Some prices seemed a little expensive compared to Dollarama where you can buy some of the same things

Always get our Halloween costumes here and great place for party supplies. My daughter is obsessed with The Descendants movie and they had plenty of stuff

You can find anything here. I just wish they would update their website to reflect the inventory in store.

The balloon girl was awesome, took the time, fielded all our questioned, displayed options, including ballon sampling.just a true great customer experience.

Positive experience for my first visit. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will return again when the need arises. Lot's of great party items and things you wouldn't think of without being there in person.

I don't know why I've never thought of PARTY city when planning a PARTY lol, but I never have! I went in yesterday, and there is SOOO much stuff! From cowboys to mine craft to pretty in pink to all things wedding.the staff was super friendly and helpful and wonderful to deal with! I will definitely be using party city more frequently!

Always fun to shop at. One shop for all your party needs instead of going to multiple shops. Good service. Friendly staff.

Went to get Halloween costumes for my kids, huge collection at very reasonable prices. There was one staff member helping me he was very helpful! A great place for everything party!

Picked up an online order. Needed one more item. I let them know. I ordered it quickly from my phone. And they took care of it as quick as possible. Called me to come to the door since it was terrible weather. This quick turn around was super helpful since I cannot physically see items I am purchasing and needed to readjust my order.

Great place for all your Birthday needs. If buying helium filled Balloons it is recommended to get the bag so much easier

Didn't have all of the items I needed, but staff was helpful in trying to locate and suggested where I might find what I needed.

The website says Canadian stores allow curb side pick up, but it doesn't actually allow you to put through your order. Store didn't pick up after several calls, I called the 1 800 number and after 20 minutes on hold the lady told me only USA has curb side (when I told her that wasn't true because its on the Canadian website) then she literally told me she didn't know what she was doing and couldn't call a manager or supervisor to help her figure it out and to call back and hopefully someone else that picks up the phone could help me.

Good selection of stuff. My daughter was super happy with their Jojo Siwa napkins and plates. Staff is friendly.

They had a variety of Halloween costumes and great service. They even have a band aid for an cut on my finger

Was quite disappointed when I called ahead to ask whether they provide gift wrapping, just to drive all the way over on my lunch break and find out they "carry gift wrapping paper", but they DO NOT do gift wrapping.

I second another reviewer's note: the service at this location is just dismal.

We had a bad experience at this location where we purchased a balloon bouquet for my son's birthday party. The huge centerpiece foil balloon of a truck deflated significantly as soon as we brought it home (it was not outside, and it was not in the plastic bag for longer than 10-15 minutes that took us to get home, no exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations) ; and was pretty much deflated fully by the next morning. The other balloons in the bouquet weren't inflated well either, I even noticed at the store, when the girl was inflating them, she didn't inflate one all the way but I didn't want to be a pest so didn't say anything. So the big foil balloon had to be removed from the bouquet for the party because it was just embarrassing and in fact i believe it had a small hole and it was leaking. I had absolutely no time to run back to the store and have them fix the issue because things were hectic/stressful enough on the day of the birthday. To be honest, the girl that was inflating our balloons was just way too phlegmatic and didn't even manage to crack a half-a-smile to my toddler son waving to them. Just felt miserable and not at all what you'd expect from a store that sells party ambiance and accessories. Will not be going back to this location again.

P. S. On the other hand, the balloons we got at the dollar store lasted us weeks and had no issues with them. Lesson learned.

The best place for all the party accessories. One stop for all kind of themed parties or events.

Very bad service. The women working there couldnt stop laughing at everything. Loud and rude staff. Even though it was empty no one willing to help in any way.

Hit or miss for me in this location lately. Just depends on the staff's mood. Recently it's been a couple of bad experiences unfortunately. Just today I picked up balloons for my son's birthday and brought my own plastic bag. The girl who handed my balloons carelessly tangled them up nearby balloons and didn't bother to offer any help putting in 7 balloons in a bag after handing them to me. Not even any acknowledgement if I had the right set. Phenomenal customer service there. The last visit weeks ago, my wife and I had to ask 3 employees (2 who seemed to just pointed in any direction) just to get the right location of certain items we wanted. I don't know why but I feel the service in this location is starting to go downhill.

Lots of selection. Reasonably priced. The place is crazy busy during the Halloween season so shop early. Fun novelty themes for parties. I loved the flamingo things.

Went to get a balloon for a birthday.went in around 10am and there were 3 people in line.service was quick and efficient. Girls were talking amongst themselves over customers.not great.but i was in and out in 8mins. Bright, clean, well organized store with lots of available parking.

Amazing. Has everything here! Adds up quickly in my opinion but overall a great place to get party supplies and create a great party in a pinch. The Lotus birthday candle (has 14 candles within it!) And plays happy birthday song, spins and rotates and opens when lit IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! $8.99 BUT WORTH IT! Check it out

Poor rating is not for the store, but for staff who could do be better informed about what they have in store before declining to serve. Asked for something anything with a pic of moustache, knew from.previous visits to other store location that they have those things under costume ideas and accessories, although since they havent named or provided qlues for their aisles it is difficult to locate stuff if one is in a hurry has they have over 10 aisles to go through. Ultimately found it showed it to staff who had declined it earlier and he did say sorry but the excuse was, sorry i though you wanted something that sticks and i added, this too sticks.

The place to go for all of your party needs. We fully outfitted our daughter's shower from there.

Good place to get anything you can think of for your party celebration needs. So many choices to choose from even to get some party ideas.

Poor rating for staff & their behaviors administrators needs to watch out and solve this issue.

Great place with great collection. This is little costly compared to other store and you will never found any promotion. But good collection with good quality. Your search will end here for any party decorations.
