Wish there was a 0 star option. Visited this location 4 times in the month of October at various times hoping to avoid a line (never happened). Terrible customer service. From waiting in line anywhere from 10-15 EACH time, The young girl at the checkout who has terrible customer service skills (dark long hair wearing black hoody each time), to the rep who held up her finger for me to “wait” while she texted a family member for a good minute to minute and a half while I waited (she proceeded to tell me nature of text message so I know it wasn’t work related). Needs improvement

Love it! Favorite place for my little princess the staff is so helpful and friendly: we went there to find accessories for her school Disney day and got so much help she was the cutest minnie they also have a very good toys selection at affordable price.

Went to look for ramadan decor and they were well stocked. Their debit system went down but the staff was very apologetic and kind about it. Thank you for being inclusive of other faiths and carrying Eid Ramadan decor.

Service was so helpful & kind, helping me pick the perfect balloons & inflating them quickly & easily. The sweet service girl helped me come up with a fun & affordable surprise for friends. Would recommend!

Visit this store for the first time. There's a huge collection of Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Bridal, baby shower decorations. But really disappointed with the customer service I ask one of the store associates for help because the item is on the top shelf. And she said she will be there in a minute and we waited 10 minutes for her but she didn't came sitting and restocking the shelf. I feel customer service would be the first priority. You should consider costumer first before anything else.

Friendly staff, helpful on the phone and In store. I was shocked at how good the pricing was for costumes and things. I've been buying off Amazon thinking they were cheaper but boy was I wrong! This place is amazing!

Misplaced items for an online order pickup; complete chaos amongst Staff in Store if more than three customers need assistance. Pick another one.

We ordered 3 clear balloons…. (. $29.00 each) we paid on the 29th…told them we would pick up on the 30 th at 2: 00. Total confusion! Couldn’t find the order. Finally started then and we waited almost a hour before finished. Balloons came with wires……. But never explained that we had to add two batteries in order to actually get the balloons to sparkle …. What a terrible waste of money.
Very unhappy with their dull and unhelpful staff. Would advise everyone to avoid this badly staffed store. It can ruin the effect you want and increase your stress on the day of your party!

I have always had a great experience with Party City. Any time I've ordered balloons the staff has been so organized and helpful and it's always turned out beautiful. They made sure to let me know when I can reuse balloons that I've purchased and the refill process was so easy! Great products and awesome service. My go-to for any party needs!

Love going here. Options for everything, prices are pretty good, and quality too. Staff are friendly. I shop here for most of my party supplies. Even the foil helium balloons are great!

Walked into the store about 25 mins before closing. I needed some themed party decor for my sons Birthday. Well it seemed like ghost town walking in. No customers and or staff in sight. It was easy to find the decor we needed since they are in sections according to theme. Walked straight over and got what we needed in no time. Last thing we tried to look for is a piniata well after walking around my kids decided to go with another one that wasn't part of the theme. I was in the isle looking for a pack of candies for the piniata when a lady came down the isle saying " we're closed" I really didnt appreciate that. I understand that it was mins to closing time however the least she could have done was greeted us and then said it a bit nicer and asked if she can help us so we can be on our way. We went to pay I decided not to get the piniata because it didn't match and I couldn't find the right pack of candies to go in it. I thought since I need to go else where to find those I might aswel find the matching piniata too. After cashing out she asked the cashier if I had changed my mind as I was walking away. Prices didnt really bother me since we found almost all the things we needed in one section and as a busy mom of 4 I don't really have time to make a lot of stops. The thing that I did not like was the lady told me then walked around to my kids to say "we're closed" by the time I got back into my car it was 6: 03 and they closed at 6pm. Definitely will NOT be going back we will find our party supplies elsewhere.

This place is pretty expensive. So I always look for coupons before I buy here. The worst part is their online business. The shipping costs are ridiculously expensive, which makes it less worth while to order online. Prices are a bit higher here than in the US, but the US store (just over the border) has a lot more variety. Overall, this place can be useful; however, you can find great party supplies at dollarama or walmart for a lot less. The balloon service is good, but it depends who fulfills the order. Last time they left the strings too long and they all tangled. The time before they filled them too much and they all popped when I brought them home.

This place certainly does have it all. I was overwhelmed with the selection. However, I was not prepared for the price of the few things I baught. My biggest complaint would be the individual charge per balloon for helium. If you are buying a large bunch they should have a flat fee. I paid 10 times more for the helium than the balloons.

Big selection for things all year round. I was able to find Halloween items in March. Staff were friendly and helpful prices are a little steep. Would definitely recommend and will go again

All your party needs, but I am almost always disappointed by the service. Very few cashier's working, they often prioritize answering the phone over customers in line.

They have a massive supply. It's great if you are in a pinch but you can get the same items online for half the price.

Everyone working was behind the cash. No one available to help. They seemed inconvenienced when I tried to ask for help.

The party city is very small compared to other ones that I've seenand the staff wasn't that helpful I would say I never had anybody come on to me and asked if I had any problems looking for anything or they can make any suggestions.

The quality of the stuff is cheap and flimsy, but if you need a quick fix to a costume or party, and dont mind spending a little extra cash, then this may be a go to, if it isnt already in the nearby Dollar Tree. They surprisingly have a lot of small items that can spruce up costumes quickly, and make costume making slightly easier. Good store, good staff.

You can find pretty much anything for any party of the sorts here. Balloons are decently priced ad last awhile too. Nice staff.

Party City is sooooo expensive, but whatever, it's one spot to find everything you need for a party, so I'm willing to hash out more money to save myself time. They have stuff Walmart just doesn't have, and seriously, saving time and avoiding frustration is worth the money.
The only annoying thing I really experienced was when it was the 10th of Feb and they were COMPLETELY sold out of cool Valentines for my kids to take to school. I went to chapters and got nice ones, but they were much more money than I had hoped to spend.
I will be shopping here again in May for birthdays.

So many party supplies. If you're planning a party, visit here and I'm sure you'll find useful items/decorations. Staff is sooooo grouchy though.

They have all kinds of great stuff.unfortunately the items are over priced for such cheap quality - easily broken, and quite flimsy. Definitely one-time-use products, for the most part. This location also seems to have a lot of "helium shortages".
