Yesterday we received our order. Everything was fine. Employees are helpful and nice. They are doing their job, great.

Fantastic selection of every party item you may want and so much more. Friendly, courteous and efficient staff.

Came here Friday evening to purchase 10 heart shaped latex helium balloons, but they didn’t even last 12 hours. I needed them Saturday afternoon for a birthday party, but the balloons no longer floated way before than. Super disappointing, I paid almost $3 per balloon and feel ripped off.

This store has the worst customer service, the product can't be returned by the original package, you better buy from some where else.

Never back again, the manager, she, is rude and can’t solve the problems.

This store really needs help. Walking in I was immediately saddened that the floor looks like it has not been swept in a few years. Many employees doing absolutely nothing, the store is a chaotic disaster and management should be extremely embarrassed. Poorly managed store from all aspects.

It was okay.it didn't have many skirts to choose from, and most of the candy was out of stock but probably because we could take 10 candies for 1$. Other than that, there's lots of options to choose from for the different costume sets! I think that it's also a good place to go to for Halloween decorations.

The customer service at this location was great, not sure about all the negative reviews. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we asked for. Selection is great at this store, only taking away a star for inflated pricing and lack of promotions, especially on the Triangle loyalty app.

Bought two costumes this year from party city. One was all good, the other, absolute nightmare:
1st time: missing half the pieces
2nd time missing the other half of the pieces.
3rd time. Can't help me because they sold the other costume. That was missing pieces!
Went back to return costume. Not keeping a $60 costume that's missing pieces. Won't refund.
I did leave with the missing pieces, so there's that but pretty sure they are from a different size costume as they are noticeably smaller from the first time I tried them.
Check thoroughly if you buy from Party City Newmarket

One star just for young and kind girl who works there as a cashier. A woman that was tall was so rude, impolite and I felt she was racist. She didn’t answer my friend question about price and…. She didn’t even look at us when talking. I felt sad and shy

Terrible customer service. I would have given no stars if I had an option. Went in for a costume I saw online. It said three in stock. Went to ask for help and was told if I cant find it then we don't have it. Was not even offered any help to even look for it. This store needs to teach customer service skills to their workers. Went to the Richmond hill location and they GLADLY helped me find a costume

Please learn how to tie your balloons together properly. I purchased three anniversary balloons yesterday and two of them blew away when I returned home with car. Very upset after spending $60 on product. Please improve your customer services.

Horrible experience. So I spent around $70 just on balloons and they were not filled properly and weren’t tied properly. They were deflated after 4 hrs. This is unacceptable. Also some of the balloons were filled properly to correct size and some were not filled properly. Sloppy work. This is not what I expected when I paid $70. Very disappointing. I understand the workers don’t care cause is not for them but when customers r paying so much they expect more. What the staff doesn’t understand is the reason why they have a job is cause of customers. If there is no customer there is no job. Also the girl at the cashier didn’t allow me to use my triangle card when I asked her if I can scan it she said too late. I didn’t want to make a big scene. But after seeing the balloons I was so disappointed. Honestly I am spending 100$ In ur store this is not how u deal with customers she could have cx my ordered and allow me to use my triangle card. Also they should ask customers if they have triangle card. I would not recommend this location. If you care about ur special occasion and you don’t want to be disappointed take ur business somewhere else.

Store is always 50-60% empty. Never anything u actually need for party. Staff is extremely unhappy and unhelpful. Clearly cdn tire taking over has done nothing but damage to this company. Don’t waste time going.

Not the same place it used to be. Shelves are half empty, the store is a mess with stuff on the floor. I found what I was looking for, but it's bare minimum inventory.

It's too bad I can't rate this establishment 0 stars. This location has always been a horrible for customer service. Extremely long wait times with 0 communication from staff to customers. The staff must be cold hearted, not a single smile or care is given at checkout most times. The prices are extremely high for mediocre products and subpar customer relations. I can't wait until dollarama gets more party supplies. Not sure who's training staff but they need some help ASAP!
