Party City

I went to this location of party city yesterday for shopping birthday decorations. The closing timing for the store was 9 pm and one of the lady working in the aisles literally started yelling at 8: 15 that the store is closing be quick.
The worse part was that I was holding a packet of balloons and she came to me and literally snatched that and put it on the shelf. I said I am buying this then she said oh it don’t looks like that you are buying. She was kind of racist lady. I was in a bit hurry either I would have taken any action right of away. Not going to this store anymore.

This branch is a let down. Like other negative reviews mentioned, it seems this store is disorganized and understaffed. Visited this branch twice this year on two different occassion and yes, it seems they do the bare minimum to assist when they're swamped unless you're there for a big order. You're better off going to their branch in Trinity Commons for a better service.

Good collection. Bought costumes. Prices on a little high side. I noted it has a great collection for birthday parties and celebration. Balloons collection was awesome.

There's a big Parking lot and is easy to find location.

The cashier was quite new but she was very helpful.

Went to pick up Halloween costume. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great variety for Halloween costumes and decorations. Though a bit expensive. We can blame it to the rising inflation

This is awful store they never have Halloween costumes and they never exchange items, so think before you buy from there. Worst customer service.

Awesome place if you looking for birthday decorations or any other celebration which you are not able find from anywhere that you will get here. I love this place. Highly recommended

I asked an indian lady for help. Response was amazing. Very great service. I can't believe they hired someone that has this kind of attitude.

It was great, the employee was super helpful and helped me when picking out my balloon selections for my daughter's upcoming birthday celebration!

The process of online orders is absolutely ridiculous, more of an organizational issue instead of just the store’s but nevertheless. I placed an order over a week ago for pick up. They delay picking the order for so long, they ran out of the item I needed for an event next week. If you’re not going to fulfill an order in 24 hours and have customers go through this hassle, then what’s the point of offering this service?

Price on the bunker is different and scanning at higher price. Not only they didn't honor the price posted but also I had to wait for someone to override the wrong price.
Messy store overall.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this location. Jasmine was amazing and extremely helpful. She listened to my concerns and went out of her way to help me out.

Cashier who assisted was rude and keep throwing and sliding items on the counter while ringing them up in the system. When asked a question would look the other way while answering as If I was a ghost who can't be seen. I have worked in customer service my whole life but never seen someone like her. If they dont like to assist or work they should not come to work and stop ruining employer's company standards.

Busy place and they have a lot although there are things you can get for less than what they charge. But the staff is helpful and always seem to be on hand when needed.

Ample supplies for party props but it takes time to restock certain items. This store is quite big and well maintained. The isles are property labeled.

Called three time and kept on hold for more than 10 minutes and a girl would pick up and then say party city and then hung up three times.

Party city in Trinity common mall was very helpful.

They seem a little under staffed however the 2 woman that were there were amazing at the front counter. The line was long but they made sure my online order was ready for me. And she had to search for it on top of everything else that was going on. Thank you! Much appreciated.

I went to buy a single purple heart shaped balloon for the birthday of a person that changed my life.
After the 1 other customer in the store was done I asked for a single balloon. I was told it will be a 40 minute wait. I politely said I understand the 3 employees are busy but could you make time for my single inflated balloon? I was told no. And that I shouldve called days ahead. I wish I had known.
I asked Do you have helium tanks that I could purchase to inflate a balloon myself? She said Yes, but it's not worth it.
Who were they to say it was not worth it?
Anyway, I left confused and went to the Dollar Tree down the street and got a single helium balloon.

Staff is very supportive
I need butterfly theme products for my daughter's birthday, they have the stuff in warehouse.
The staff members arrange stuff for me specially from warehouse.
This is called customer service.

Seems like theirs supply issue at this former 3 screen cinema turned party store.harder to find items vs. Other party cities.i love their clearance area as they have/had amazing deals of discounted items.

Walked in and ordered a balloon bouquet. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Service was quick. Will visit again.

Incredibly horrible experience, staff are not interested in their job or maintaining customer service. They forget its the customers that keep them employed.

Had everything I was looking for: party sections are organized by characters like peppa pig, Minnie mouse, etc.so u can have a on theme party and a variety of candy from 50 cents to 10 for a dollar nice and help full staff. Online ordering can be a little difficult, but they always end up sorting it out.

I was very disappointed with the service I recieved. I called this location on Aug 14th asking if they had black foil balloons in stock for numbers 2 and 0. The staff member who took the call said yes, even after confirming with someone. I went into this location yesterday to order the balloons. I asked the girl working at the balloon area if they had the balloons I initially called for and she said no. I asked if she knew when their would be a restock she said not sure. She then told me, I don't have to get black I can get any other colour. At that point I just walked out of the store dropping the purchases I had in my hand. Why would I purchase another color of balloons that don't go with my theme? I found her response to be very rude and no help to my customer service issue. Never going back to this location!

Poor customer service from the counter staff, less care on what the kid ask though there was no line-up at the counter where the place run for kid needs. Find them seems frustrated and trying just to process the payment.

Other than above, the shop has good merchandise and found few good supporting floor staff.

Massive store with everything you need. A little pricy with some items but reasonable for most items. Super friendly and helpful manager, and plenty of parking spots. Great location if it’s close by.

They carry absolutely everything possibly you need to have a great parry.

Met brooke at this party city location! Super good! Friendly with customers and super fast! Although it was a huge line up she handled cash counter along with gettig balloons ready for me! Loved her energy abd dedication! Brooke should promotion and raise! Keep it up!

I was charged twice for an online order. I called the store and the customer service line each multiple times, and was always told they would do something about giving me a refund, but never did. It is now a month and a half later from when I made the first call, and it appears that Party City has no intention of resolving this issue.

This place is awesome for last minute shopping for things like; birthday or parties in general, good for Drama teachers too because they have costumes all year long

I think it's ridiculous to go back on website after requesting for the balloons to inflate over the phone.it should be done all at the same time when ordering online.rather than getting a code from them. Also how come we can't choose different balloon prints to make a bouquet?

Save your time and purchase at another location. The manager named Krystin is rude and doesn’t know how to own up to her stores mistakes.

Amazing place, lots of goodies 4 all different age groups. Really worth checking B4 anywhere else

It has a lot of things and ideas for party but I find it quite expensive for objects you will throw out after the party. If you have the money to spend it's great stuff to buy.

It's a nice store and has okay selection for party favours but great selection for candies, sometimes a bit expensive

I was there as soon as they opened so the store was nice and clean. They have good inventory but if you have a stroller like I did or in a wheelchair, the entrance isn't easily accessible.

Large selection of every kind of item for parties, costumes. I went looking for a Santa hat - they had several different kinds at different prices.

The employees have great customer service skills and were able to provide us with all the help we needed (especially with finding the costume). The manager (Peter) was also amazing and shows exceptional communication. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back here!

I usually shop here, but my last experience was terrible. You’d be surprised how many other stores are stocked with the same merchandise.

Party city staff were helpful by finding something for me and putting it on hold until I could arrive.

Prices are expensive. The dollar store in the same plaza is much cheaper and sells almost the same things at a fraction of the price.

Need more representatives to help with work. Love the products except I wish the stores had items that were listed online.

They used to have a great selection and fantastic options for costumes I've been here twice in the last little while to find asiles empty and no sign that it will be changing. I'm not sure if this has something to do with Canadian Tire buying them out but it's disappointing to say the least.

Within Brampton I'd say this is the better stocked locations. Fairly big, remote and not often overly busy. Staff are friendly and approachable. Whatever you do don't rely on their website when it says they have items at specific locations. It's a total ruse to get you. Always call ahead! The website has fooled me multiple times and they need to fix it. You know it's bad if all their employees tell you not to trust their own website. Tsk. Other than that this location has never let me down.
