Party City

Great place because this have everything like Christmas, happy holiday, happy birthday and more. That awesome.

After striking out this year at Costco for the first time on Christmas disposable plates and napkins, Party City filled in with excellent replacements in both quality and price. Only one register open made for a longer lineup than I would've liked, one girl was busy with hydrogen balloons.

Nice store, unfortunately it suffers from the supply chain problems as other merchants. Some things are just out of stock with no knowledge of when they will be in stock. Not the fault of the store or even the chain. Just the new normal. It may be wise to call to see if the item you want is available.

Nobody greeted us or said hello, or even smiled. The aisles were full of boxes and I couldn't get down some with the stroller my child was in. Most of the lights were turned off or down, so it was sort of dark. Just didn't feel welcoming or easy to shop. Ended up leaving. Argyle store is awesome, so we will go to that one.

Amazing place that sells party and celebratory products and balloons. You can buy all types of balloons there and the staff will fill the balloons you buy in store upon request. Lots of products to choose from and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to hold a themed party or for any kind of celebratory occasion.

Clerks are rude. Prices high. Make customer stand in line to pick up previously paid for orders even hen they have a pick up line designated for "pick ups".

Very small section.almost like they are going out of business. For a party store the staff were just "meh" there

Staff I encountered was very helpful, but the star review is indeed a result of how backwards it was set up with cash and the carts who ever the floor planner is should be fired at the corporate level

Large selection but unfortunately too many online only options. It is often hard to tell the quality of costume or party products you may find online. Otherwise the location is a good size and well organized.

Slow cashier only one line open. Was 4 ppl back it took 15 mins to cash out. Might be better managed through the day while a real manager on staff.i was there in the evening.

Stopped by to pick up 1 helium balloon, 4 employees blowing up balloons, we were told they didn’t have time to help us make this minimal purchase, it wasn’t possible! Very poor customer service for any walk-ins, apparently a 5 minute face-to-face service doesn’t matter here. Put back our other intended purchases (100+), and left. Bad business move on their part.

Found what i needed, great store, but stood in line for over 10 min. 1 cashier was checking customers through. 2 till lights were on. 1 other girl was behind the counter doing things and looked right at me a few times but didnt offer to help me.

So much to choose from! I needed Transformer decorations for my husband and they had a huge section. I ended up leaving with everything I needed plus some cool things for myself Very organized, clean, and the staff was friendly. Prices were great too!

Was there once with my friend to get something for halloween. Got there 30 minutes before they close, but they were already closed when we got there.

Staff was very quick and helpful with a return. Cleanly store with lots of options for any themed party.

While there was nothing wrong with the products or service I received, I went in last Sunday and it seemed like all the employees where complaining about each other. The morale seemed very low. I stood there for 10-15 minutes while waiting for balloons and just listened to the complaining. Correcting staff or addressing issues one staff member had with another should all be done privately, not in front of customers.

It's the best place to prepare for ur party, I love the huge selection of items they have. The Staff are really friendly and nice.

Found 5" round ballons for an event that I wanted in colours required for my project.
The staff knew which aisle they were located in.

Excellent selection of party decorations and costumes. Great place to shop during holiday seasons, especially Halloween! I've come here a few times and they always have what I need - thank you!

Was in a tight situation and was super happy the sales staff stuck around at close so I could grab an item I needed early the next morning. Thanks for the above and beyond customer service.

Ailes too crowded and items difficult to find. Staff unwilling to come from behind counter to help locate a product.
