Terrible policy for helium balloons. Bought some helium balloons for my 4 year olds birthday that deflated after just 12 hours and they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s their “policy. ” Never had balloons deflate that fast, even ones from the dollar store. Ridiculous and a waste of money. Definitely never coming back here.

Waste my money and time i wait 25 min for air balloons and the store was not busy at all just one before me the girl so so slow and she don’t care about the waiting time awful

Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received. I picked up an online order and when I got home I realized it was missing an item, I contacted customer service who reached out to the store. The store manager (her name was Lei/Leah idk) calls me and acts like it’s MY fault that something was missing, takes zero accountability for the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered. After arguing with her, she tells me that she’s gonna do me a favour (?) and refund my money but it won’t happen again.you’re right it won’t happen again because I would never come back to spend my money here. Never once says sorry for the issue or that I had to drive all over the place. Giving my money back for something I didn’t receive isn’t a favour, it’s doing your job. Serious customer service training needed here, avoid at all costs.

Not sure why there is low rating, the staff was very helpful and there are plenty of options irrespective of your party needs.

Service really needs to be improved. I called in over 10x to try to put in an order, but no one would pick up. Then the automated phone instructions said that I could put in the order online and someone would contact me re pickup and inflation. I had to call in to confirm my order and found out that I am not able to request for inflation unless I physically go into the store, they won’t do it in advance for online orders. Fine. I get a confirmation e-mail that order is ready for pick up, however, when we go in, they say they don’t have my order ready and can’t find the order.

Worst place to go. The staff are lazy and will not help in finding anything. Their excuse is oh we wouldn't know where to find anything cuz someone else does the stocking.

Eh, should your Valentine's Day balloons not be cheaper on that day at closing time!? You had a discounted price on them but charged me the regular price upon cashing out. I didn't want to argue with you so I left it alone.

Please everyone check your receipt before leaving this store. I bought halloween costume for my daughter for 39.90$ and when I reached back home I checked the receipt found it 49.90$. It’s not the first time this happened to me and this also happened to my friend before.

This is the worst store and the customer service is HORRIBLE! The website says items are 15 in stock. I had to 3 people about it. All I got was a run around and no one actually looked at the website or the product or even bothered to help me.

Terrible experience. We asked for blow up balloons that require helium and the worker who helped us was anything but a help. He took over 10 minutes doing this task. He did not secure the balloons to the strings properly so when we left the store and got home one balloon flew away outside and another balloon became undone at home as soon as we set them up. These are balloons and decorations we paid for. When the worker put our balloons into the bag we watched as he tangled up all the strings and left a giant mess for us to untangle once we got home. Would not recommend.

Their online stock is COMPLETELY off. It said they had 66 of the item I was looking for. Went out of my way to go there and they had ZERO. And the two employees were less than sympathetic or helpful. As someone who has worked customer service you, as an employee, should help the customer find a solution where that's finding a different product or finding where the customer can get the product they want. It's not difficult. Further more there was nobody working the floor.

Very unprofessional staff. Drinking Starbucks behind balloon counter. I waited 10 minutes at balloon desk to be told to go to cash first to order. 3 people standing back there not really paying attention to the customers right in front of them. One cashier was chatting up friends for over 5 minutes about college courses while there was was growing line

They turn of the lights in the store at 7: 45 pm even though they close at 8 pm. You can hardly see things properly. That is not the way to kick people out, they can make announcements and or turn the light of 5 minutes before. Just overall was a bad experience.didn’t feel customer centric place. Felt really rushed I only had few items to pick. Waste of a trip. Will order online!

Very good place for party favours and balloons. Staff is very helpful and understanding. I was in a pinch and they really helped me out.

Price difference and inaccuracy from what was posted on label to what was charged at cash.reason given was because they are now owned by Canadian tire.not sure why that should make a difference

Just had a great experience with ordering from Party City! Crystal (sp?) was great to interact with as she guided me through ordering online to find the products I needed. She was patient and courteous!

The manager does not care, they had only one person working there with and the manager act like nobody was there.very disappointed

Disappointed to learn a children's balloon I was after was listed online as having 2 available. So, I drove there only no be told by staff that this item left on the "summer returns truck last week. " Well then why on earth does the website not reflect the availability? It was a wasted trip.

We picked up balloons for my daughters birthday that I ordered ahead of time. We picked up the balloons Monday October 19 2020 and today, Tuesday October 20 2020, four of the balloons are deflated! Today is her birthday. Extremely disappointing!

The store is ready for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Great costumer services. You can find a lot of costumes and accessories for Halloween night.

Has pretty much everything you could ever need. Even things you didn't know you needed. Staff is nice and helpful.
The only drawback is the cash. It's a super slow movingng line.

Very very unprofessional and rude staff. 1st of all there is no sign near the candies if it is weighed or per candy. When we took the basket to the cashier the supervisor or manager (I know that because she was training someone) rudely asked how many are there I said I dont know I thought they were gonna be weighed and she rudely said I do not have a scale they are ten for a dollar. We suggested that there be a sign close to the candies that say that and again she rudely said it is head offices decisions. There is a dollar store near that and I got ten times better customer service with better price.

I LOVE party city store.but honestly MILTON location has the WORST and I mean THE WORST customer service ever or should I say NO customer service at all.and when u finally find someone to help you they are sooooo freaking rude! Never going to MILTON location again!

It was pretty quiet the day I visited the store. Check-out was efficient. Although I'm getting tired of cashiers asking for my email address to be added to the corporate promotional campaigns. As usual, I told them that information was "confidential".

I just want to say the staff at the Milton store is arrogant, helpless and absolutely doesn’t know anything about customer service. I don’t even know how the girls got hired.

Love.love.love.there is so much for everyone. I always visit this place when I have to decorate my place for an occasion.the quality of stuff is amazing too

I ordered 3 bouquets of balloons. They were unorganized during pick up and was not the way I had asked to set up.
Than the strings were all intertwined so the bouquets didn’t look evened out.
So disappointing I had ordered in advance and I spent $60 on nonsense. Dollar store organizes them better.

Fantastic assortment and quality. I'd rather do a one stop here and get everything I need for a party then try and three different dollar stores. The color sorted supplies make my ocd heart flutter.

Do not order balloons from this place. We spent $70 to have balloons done up for a birthday party. They looked absolutely ridiculous. We had to take them all apart and redo them. Also the balloons only stayed up for a day then they were all laying in the floor. Very unprofessional service.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lady didn't even ask for bag and gave me bunch of stuff in my hands. Not going there again
