Party City

Went there to buy costumes for my kids 5yr m and 9yr female and my sons costume was size 5-6 which was reasonable as he's about 2-3 feet tall but I asked a worker which size my 4 foot tall daughter would be and they said 5-6 I asked if they were sure and they got very snippy and told me it's their job to know so I went with it. The costume was way too short for her. I would recommend measuring your children before even thinking about entering the store

Have been shopping at the Orangeville location for past 5 years for my Halloween Costumes. This year I finally decided to BOYCOTT Party City all together!
The Costumes are flimsy, material is poor and over priced! While trying to return, the customer services is HORRIBLE!
This year we experienced SPIRIT HALLOWEEN. This store is amazing! So much more to choose from, lower prices, better quality! Able to to try on costumes,
well worth the 30min.drive to Brompton.
Will definitely do my shopping there from now on, just wish we've done it earlier!

Good selection of costumes all year. I got some stuff for a last minute cosplay.

Staff was great! Helpful and patient, especially being the last customer in the store at closing time.

The people are so pleasant and there are always so many things to look at. Some time I feel like my kids could buy the whole store to play with it. I will return to this store anytime I need the items they sell.

Good selection of Halloween things. Friendly staff. Very poor return policy as each store has a different policy. If you buy something at one store, you need to return it to that specific store or you will only get a partial store credit instead of a refund.
