3 due to price. You can get anything you want and customer service by the person who helped me was awsome. But they sold my 3 helium balloons for 16.99$ per balloon, and the number 5 was defective. I brought it home it popped when I sent it back it was another lady. The #5 was still bad, so she put less air and I brought it home it was deflated. Imagine paying 17$, and it blows up. When u drive back, they give you less helium in it, so it d9esnt blow. Check the picture so you can see.

Don’t bother, shop elsewhere. Called to ask if they have a costume in stock and was told they’re not allowed to check over the phone. So I asked if their inventory on the website is accurate and they said no. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’m not sure how the person who owns this store doesn’t see what’s happening. Terrible customer service and the store always looks like it’s in the process of shutting down. I wish I took some pictures to post here.

Short-staffed during the Halloween season, long queue and the team needs organisation, every member needs to know the processes in place or transfer you to someone who knows instead of just confusing the customer.

I really don’t know what to say. This review honestly spans over my last couple of visits to this location. Bare in mind the only reason I come here is because it’s the closest one to me if I can, I travel out to other locations. I honestly think this store has an issue but it’s unfair to place blame on the lower level sales associates. Just by looking at the first aisle you can see what a complete disaster this store is. I don’t know what management is doing but this store has taken a complete 180 from the last couple of years. However, the real reason for this review is the amount of unprofessionalism I encountered by the management team when I was there. I understand newer employees might not know or understand how to run a store or treat customers - BUT it is the lack of proper management that makes this store feel like it’s run by 12 year olds. I don’t want to name any individuals but all I will say is any past reviews in the last month are true and they really just sit in the back. Please listen to your customers and retrain or hire new management because this is absolutely horrendous.

Don't trust their online stock inventory. Ordered and paid for something online (as it shows that inventory is available), only to get a notification much later that the order is canceled because it's out of stock. My guess is that they don't look at online orders or they are just disorganized. Disappointed.

Normal party city but terrible management extremely rude manager named suki who had such a negative attitude when helping me find what I need. I asked one of the other workers there if she is always this rude and they said she always sits in the back and does nothing. Other than her all the other employees were very nice and helpful.
